Where to start!!? This place was amazing from top to bottom!!!! Amenities, lodging, activities, staff, cleanliness, everything! I was shocked at how many activities and kid-friendly things there were to do ON SITE! The staff was insanely responsive and kind and helpful, which was refreshing! This place will be a yearly family vacation staple! We can’t wait to come in the summer too!

This was a completely wonderful weekend. The Halloween decorations and activities were fantastic. Everyone on staff was just lovely and created such an inviting atmosphere. The camp makes an amazing effort to be user-friendly, from delivering wood directly to your campsite, to creating fun mystery quests, to having a dedicated sink in the laundry room. I certainly hope to be back soon!

This was our second visit and it was just as great as the first visit! The staff is wonderful and the campground is really well managed. My whole family loves this campground!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked, campground is clean, well maintained and streets/sites are well marked. They deliver firewood or ice right to your site if you'd like. Sites are spacious and level. Our adult daughter and her husband stayed in a cabin and it was very clean, quaint and stocked with necessities. We were very impressed and will definitely visit again!

This is the cleanest, & best KOA we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at KOA in multiple states. We are from Arizona. The staff goes beyond what is expected and always ready to help. The activities for the kids are engaging, especially Delaine's Hayride. Thanks for the safe haven you provide for families. I know it is a lot of work and you are all so happy to please. See you next year!

Our cabin had a fragrance device that saturated the room and immediately gave me a headache. We had to air it out for hours, and the lingering fragrance affected my sleep. When we raised the concern, staff dismissed it by saying they were privately owned. Please disclose fragrance use and offer fragrance-free cabins for sensitive guests.

We are sorry that you had a bad experience at our campground. The fragrance was put in the cabin to help the glamping experience. In the future always let staff know ahead of time of sensitivities. We hope you are able to find a campground more to your liking.

Very clean grounds and bathrooms. Decently stocked store with friendly staff. Wish the pool would have been open. Closed after Labor Day. Tried to fish pond several times with no bites. Shower hot water is spottie.

The Diaz family Loves coming to this KOA campsite yearly. The management team is wonderful, caring, and goes out of their way to ensure their campground and guests are 5 stars. Every year the kids love swimming at the pool, smores by the fire, the labor day festivities, and going to the general store for candy and treats. We always leave waiting to come back. Thank you for all you do mgmt team!!!

The office personnel recommended joining the KOA club which wound up saving me about $150. Well worth it. Communication from the staff on a regular basis via text message was very much appreciated. I rented a cabin and the cabin was very clean and was more than I was expecting. Very pleased and will be back to rent the same cabin again next year.

Susan was very helpful getting our reservation upgraded due to a glitch in the process. The cabin was beautiful, clean and very organized. The campground is very well kept and user friendly.

Clean. Cabins were nice and had more amenities than those at beaches I have been to. The staff that we interacted with was the best. Everyone had a story to tell about where they originate from. I hope these people stay with this KOA. If they lost them they would be losing great people. I will recommend this location to others. It works as a great base camp for doing many things in the area too.

Staff were extremely helpful, kind, and personable - while being efficient and accommodating. The lodge perfectly met our needs, and was well supplied. The location of this KOA offered access to ample and varied activities. We had a great week!

We were warmly welcomed by the office staff to your beautiful park. Our RV was in the shop, but we so wanted to get away for a nice weekend. We found your camp in our KOA directory and it was very inviting. We booked one of the premier cabins and we found it delightful…spotless and very well appointed. Also, the camping store had a wonderful selection of items for our stay. We will be back!

The stay was awesome. The cabin was great and all the amenities are great. The cabin was very clean and the staff were awesome and very helpful and kind.the campground was very beautiful with lot of trees and shade and for kids lot of activities like pool swimming and playground

The entire property is well maintained. Great amenities. Fun activities for the family. Plus, the entire staff is friendly and went above and beyond to see that we were taken care of. And my grandson even caught a fish in the pond!

Everything was lovely. The campsite was peaceful and well managed. We were particularly impressed by how clean the bathrooms were consistently kept.

Our stay was AMAZING. The best KOA we have been too (and we have been to a lot). The RV Rental was spacious and so clean. It had plenty of space on the little patio outside. All of the crew had been so friendly and the best part of it all was the water battle hayride. The kids had a BLAST. We absolutely will be back again.

we love this campground . this is the 3rd year, we ended up having an issue with our RV and no air, and fortunately they were able to get us into a deluxe lodge for the remainder of our stay.. We really really love this camp ground.

Very nice team, clean cabin, nice laundry, pool and store. A/C had tough time keeping up with 100 degree temps, but very nice campground.

We had a wonderful time and everything is especially nice. We will be booking the Deer cabin again next year. We had a sister stay and you guys made are stay very nice, we live in Harrisonburg and Timberville and it felt like we were miles away with no worries. We will see you again for a good time Glamping. We stay in the rustic cabins , which we enjoy. This trip we were next to the pet park. Didn’t mind the daytime visitors but late at night when they came by flashlights, they did not pick up after their dog. Next morning 6;00 am another visitor with a barker. Maybe there should be posted hours like same as quiet hours. Other than that we enjoy this park.

Everything about the stay was fantastic. Everyone at the front desk was super helpful, friendly and a joy to interact with. The cabin we stayed at was well maintained and perfect for our family. We Rented their on-site Trailer the "Bee Hive" and for our family it was aptly named as it was the center of activities. nice concrete patio, with a table and chair, Grill and Fire pit made for late nights. a definite repeat location. Thank you to all the staff who diligently cared for us during our stay.

It was a great time, the campground was well kept and the bathrooms were clean. The staff were awesome and very helpfull. There is alot activities for kids and adults during the weekends and overall alot to do at the campground we did not have much luck fishing but it was still fun. The campground was packed but it was quite early morning and at night witch was great. They have a good delivery service, pizza, firewood and propane all delivered to you site. The only downfall we had is that it was far from anything we wanted to do, but that was due to our planning. We will definitely go again

🌟 An absolute gem for a weekend getaway! We came up to see the fall colors on Skyline Drive and truly picked the perfect place to stay. From the moment we arrived until checkout, our experience was nothing short of awesome. The staff here is phenomenal—friendly, helpful, and genuinely engaged. Every single interaction felt welcoming. You can easily tell the owners take serious pride in this property; the sites and facilities are impeccably maintained and clean. Location-wise, it doesn't get better. It's the perfect launchpad for Skyline Drive (we did a gorgeous 5-hour loop with breakfast and tons of photo stops). We also ventured down to the Harrisonburg Farmers Market, which is a must-try if you stay here! Back at the campground, it's incredibly kid- and dog-friendly. Saturday was packed with events for all ages—the trick-or-treating and haunted hayride were an absolute blast for everyone. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a memorable weekend! 🙌🏼🏕️

We have camped at this KOA quite a few times! The staff are wonderful and went out of their way to accommodate us when there was a scheduling error! They made sure we were taken care of ! The sites are well maintained and the amenities are A+. We were there over the Fall weekend and throughly enjoyed the “Hey Ride” with Brian, he makes sure kids of all ages has a great time! We will be back for a third year next year!! Check it out you won't be disappointed!
