The campground was very nice and clean. Tim was super helpful and Delaine was a delight. Enjoyed the roaming chickens and the loved the feel of camping outside like the old west cowboys did, not with a metal ring around my fire, but all natural stacked stones. It was a nice touch, hope it is the same when we come back in 2025. Site 30 will be our special spot from now on!

The only issue I have is that some sites are better than others and you cannot choose your site. This year I was given a narrow site with lots of trees and rocks to avoid when I arrived at 7 pm in the dark. The site next to me could have had two of my 25 foot trailers comfortably in it, and the person that was given that site had a very small tear drop unit.

I stayed for a weekend. The campground was busy, and nearly fall for a holiday Halloween weekend. However, I was provided assistance in backing up my RV into a site, immediately got Firewood when requesting, and found the facilities well cared for. The landscaping of the campground was also pleasing. I intend to stay here again!

great stay. Awesome location and even better staff. Made us feel at home. Immaculate facility. clean up crew was in the site as soon as the RV departed. Great activities. I cannot stay enough about how awesome the staff is. We will definitely be back.

Loved all the Halloween decorations and activities. Clean campground and was very pleased with the escort and getting parked since we arrived after dark. My husband was very nervous about parking in the dark so the assistance was very much appreciated. The staff that we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return

Very clean and well equipped bathrooms (new shower heads with lots of hot water). First KOA we have seen with true broad band WiFi. Staff always spoke with a smile. Did a beautiful job delivering everything (wood, ice) including pizza to camp sites. By far our favorite KOA in the area.

Wonderful and well kept campground with a lot of character. It is truly a special and unique campground with cute signs, great kids games/activities and the best feature of our site (5) was the beautiful stone firepit. The kids asked for bonfires morning and night. The staff was attentive and friendly and our family loved the chicken coop. A great place to stay in the Shenandoah, we’ll be back!

Adorable KOA! Seasonal decorations so cute. Clean and newly remodeled. You can tell. The rocks n layout makes the campsites feel spacious even when we were in center of campground. We’ll be back for a few day stay for sure.

The park itself is very pretty and seemed to be well maintained. But the road to get there is horrible! About 3 miles of very narrow & 90 degree turns. We saw a motorhome & truck going opposite ways & their mirrors hit, that’s how narrow the road is! When you exit the park there should be a 4-way stop, instead it is blind to try & exit the park. Also there is not a level spot in the park.

Very friendly personnel, large wooded sites and clean. No road noise. Will definitely come again. Just stayed 2 nights in class C MH towing.

Very nice KOA. It's in the woods with tons of trees and shade. Sites are spread out so you are not packed in next to your neighbors like many campgrounds. I was also able to move around easily with my 33 ft trailer. Would absolutely stay here again.

One of the best koa facilities I've been to in a while. Roads are well kept, staff is kind, sites are nicely place with plenty of trees, activities to do if you feel like it and a decent pool. Not much to complain about here. Thanks for making this a home away from home!
