Great customer service and the cleanest bathrooms we’ve experienced. After a long day on the road it was nice to take a hot shower.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Facilities were very clean. They offered that little something to make the stay more enjoyable. Such as heat in the bathroom and hand lotion. I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay.

We were not there during peak season so we did not fully take advantage of all the amenities. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were especially taken with the beautiful chickens - not loud just cute. The camp was well laid out and organized. We enjoyed our site, being close to the restrooms and laundry room was great. Laundry room with 3 washers and dryers with a place sit.

The Harrisonburg/Shenandoah Valley KOA is a wonderful place to stay. Our site was level and very spacious and clean. We were disappointed to find out that there was a burn ban upon check in, but we received a text as soon as it was lifted (within 30 minutes of arriving). The bathrooms were immaculate! Will definitely be booking this KOA again in the near future.

A hidden gem! Conveniently close to the interstate, yet tucked far enough away that it feels peaceful and secluded. The grounds are clean and well-kept, and the entire atmosphere is quiet, relaxing, and family-friendly. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the sites were easy to access. Perfect spot to unwind without being too far off the beaten path. We will definitely be returning!

Great stay. Thank you for laying down the new layer of gravel - made getting through hook up and tear down easier during the rain. Little to no mud. Much appreciated! Site 57 was perfect!

Lovely stay!!! We really enjoyed the spacious spots and wooded setting. Easy check in after hours. My “complaints” are minor - at booking, the website stated that the pizza kitchen would be open until Oct 31, so I planned on that. Only when we got there did I notice that the kitchen closed Oct 25. WiFi was poor at site 57. Worth it for the secluded spot, though, and would pick it again!!

This place is great! Beautiful setting, amazing staff, some great amenities, and really all that you could ask for. The sites are snug, but you don't feel like you're sitting on top of your neighbors - so it's a good balance! We came with a 36ft bumper-pull and were able to navigate just fine. Road in is pretty windy, but it's worth the drive! Amazing place! We'll be back!

Great camping experience, 4 wonderful nights w/my son enjoying local hiking, camp fires, and civil war interactions at New Market Battlefield. Clean restrooms, friendly people, very organized outfit…what more could u ask for.

Check in was very easy. We arrived after the office had closed, but our map and site info was waiting for us. Our site was perfect for a quick overnight.

Very nice KOA. It's in the woods with tons of trees and shade. Sites are spread out so you are not packed in next to your neighbors like many campgrounds. I was also able to move around easily with my 33 ft trailer. Would absolutely stay here again.

One of the best koa facilities I've been to in a while. Roads are well kept, staff is kind, sites are nicely place with plenty of trees, activities to do if you feel like it and a decent pool. Not much to complain about here. Thanks for making this a home away from home!
