Was a wonderful stay. The campground was beautiful, and had a lot of activities throughout the park. They also have chickens there which was nice to see. Had a great time!

Staff was very friendly. Big hello when we got there. Very quick to get us to our site. Very clean site and the bathroom and showers where spotless. Had something going on all day. Pool was a nice relaxing time spent there. Very quiet days and nights. Liked it so much we reserved a 3 night stay in October 2027. Hollween weekend. Thinking about early December this year.

Was an enjoyable stay. Staff was all very friendly and the place was clean. Pond was stocked appropriately for a pleasant experience. Fresh chicken eggs from chickens on site was a great surprise.

This is probably one of the nicest and most rustic KOAs we have stayed at. Staff was extremely friendly, bathrooms were spotless and sites were beautiful. Highly recommend.

The store was stocked and we loved the pizza option. Thank you so much for having gluten-free! The staff were super friendly and we fully appreciated the guidance into our spot. We would’ve liked to see more group opportunities or events with other campers. And we were shocked that the Wi-Fi was as strong as it was!

Just passing thru and stayed for one night only. Did not use amenities. Was led to spot by CG employee. He pointed out trees and rocks that could be a problem if not aware of them.

The stay was awesome. The cabin was great and all the amenities are great. The cabin was very clean and the staff were awesome and very helpful and kind.the campground was very beautiful with lot of trees and shade and for kids lot of activities like pool swimming and playground

Stayed here overnight, if we are in the area this is where we like to stop. Very nice campground and quiet. Would definitely recommend if you like away from the highway.

Established with bear enginuity and great staff. Sites are great. Registration is quick and friendly. Store and pizza � stood out. Layout of campground is organized and decorative. A must for family enjoyment.

We just stayed overnight twice while going and coming back from a trip. We really liked this campground. Nice shaded sites that are pretty spacious for a KOA. You can tell the workers take pride in the campground. We met the campground manager and she and her husband were very nice and obviously care about what they do. Pizza was good also, delivered to your site. We will go back and stay longer.

Such a wonderful campground!! Going forward we are booking with KOA as much as possible. Everything was absolutely beautiful! Clean and very well thought out. Sites spacious and wooded. All the amenities were perfect!! Highly recommend!! Staff kind, helpful and so welcoming!

The entire property is well maintained. Great amenities. Fun activities for the family. Plus, the entire staff is friendly and went above and beyond to see that we were taken care of. And my grandson even caught a fish in the pond!

Nice shady level site. Room to park next to our motorhome. I would recommend un hitching your tow vehicle at the service station at the exit. Nicely located to the middle section of the National Park which made for a nice day trip. Plan more then one day to drive the entire length of the National Park.

We were booked for the wrong day. Called ands Alana fixed it in no time. Check in was super smooth. Facilities were awesome. Free coffee in the morning was a real bonus. But it was so nice to see kids playing around and enjoying themselves. Would stay longer next time.

Very nice campground for RVs but tent-only sites were very rough given the price you pay. Lots of rocks, very close to your neighbor, and could only accommodate a 2-person tent at best.

We are sorry that you were so unhappy. There were a couple of other sites we could have moved you to had you spoken to a manager. Leaving a bad review when you didn't try to give us a chance to fix your issue doesn't help yourself or our campground. Please speak to Manager in the future.

What an absolutely wonderful campground! Loved our back in site with patio. It was level, excellent spacing between sites, good hookups, nice water quality, really great amenities (even though we were so busy in the National Park we didn't have the energy to enjoy most of them), and friendly staff. Grounds are clean and very well maintained.

It was a great time, the campground was well kept and the bathrooms were clean. The staff were awesome and very helpfull. There is alot activities for kids and adults during the weekends and overall alot to do at the campground we did not have much luck fishing but it was still fun. The campground was packed but it was quite early morning and at night witch was great. They have a good delivery service, pizza, firewood and propane all delivered to you site. The only downfall we had is that it was far from anything we wanted to do, but that was due to our planning. We will definitely go again

🌟 An absolute gem for a weekend getaway! We came up to see the fall colors on Skyline Drive and truly picked the perfect place to stay. From the moment we arrived until checkout, our experience was nothing short of awesome. The staff here is phenomenal—friendly, helpful, and genuinely engaged. Every single interaction felt welcoming. You can easily tell the owners take serious pride in this property; the sites and facilities are impeccably maintained and clean. Location-wise, it doesn't get better. It's the perfect launchpad for Skyline Drive (we did a gorgeous 5-hour loop with breakfast and tons of photo stops). We also ventured down to the Harrisonburg Farmers Market, which is a must-try if you stay here! Back at the campground, it's incredibly kid- and dog-friendly. Saturday was packed with events for all ages—the trick-or-treating and haunted hayride were an absolute blast for everyone. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a memorable weekend! 🙌🏼🏕️

We have camped at this KOA quite a few times! The staff are wonderful and went out of their way to accommodate us when there was a scheduling error! They made sure we were taken care of ! The sites are well maintained and the amenities are A+. We were there over the Fall weekend and throughly enjoyed the “Hey Ride” with Brian, he makes sure kids of all ages has a great time! We will be back for a third year next year!! Check it out you won't be disappointed!
