We were in Cape Hatteras and because of a storm we had to evecuate. We decided to go home earlier and I called them the night before we wanted to stay and they worked to get us in. I was appreciative

It was good. There is lots to do in the area. Several towns other than Harrisonburg are nearby. The weekend we were there had lots of kids. People walking through our site. Kids screaming, just being kids but seemed to lack supervision. Thankfully we didn’t spend a lot of our time physically in the campground. Will likely find other accommodations for our next trip.

WE hope that in the future you can find a campground more to your liking. You came on a Halloween weekend in which we were full. You never came to speak to management to allow us the opportunity to fix any issues.

Horrible manager poor customer service.

We are sorry you feel that way but when a guest comes in with an attitude when management must follow the rules there is nothing else that can be done. Please ensure in the future that you pay the select my site fees to ensure you are assigned a 70 foot site for your 20 foot camper.

very friendly staff. Very clean restrooms. This is our third time staying at this location and it never disappoints. The campground is in a beautiful, wooded location. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Staff is so sweet and helpful! Our truck broke down, they were very calm and understanding. They moved our trailer to storage and we were able to get a rental car. We will be back !

I absolutely love camping here! I have been here two years in a row. The staff is always super nice and helpful. They do a nice job with campground upkeep and even decorate for the holidays! My site was level and everything worked nicely. Thank you!!

Only stayed overnight while traveling but the sites were large enough. The campground was quiet and appeared clean and maintained.

Great campground. Sites were gravel but pretty level. Rock fire pits in all. The staff were very friendly. Everything was kept nice and clean. Good location to Shenandoah National Park. Oh and there are chickens at the campground!

Angela could not have been better she was so helpful and kind. The place looked great. The whole crew were helpful and friendly. The other campers were friendly as well.

We love this campground and come back every fall. We’ve stayed here for 5 years and already booked For 2027. Not only is the campground beautiful but the staff are amazing. And big shoutout to Delaine! She is so personable and so accommodating. Best KOA manager we’ve ever experienced. Thank you Delaine for all you do!

We always enjoy staying at your KOA. We were hoping to be a part of the decorating contest and see a bunch of trick or treaters. Next year we will definitely book for the weekends when those activities take place!

Great was campground! Staff was great. It was extremely well kept very nice sites. My only negative thing about the campground I would have to say is I wish we were warned/asked if it was ok to be across from the chicken coop. Every morning one the chickens crowded at 5am for 10mins and woke us up. Other than that it was a great stay! I definitely would recommend to friends and warn about the �

Peaceful and relaxing stay for our first visit. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We appreciated how friendly everyone was. The campground and facilities were clean and well maintained. We'll be back.

This campground is very well done & cared for. There is plenty of games & activities for kids & the staff take care of everything. They deliver firewood & ice, pick up the trash, & help back you in. The mountain scenery is great & the fall / Halloween decorations this time of year was perfect.

They fit us in at short notice and were very helpful one of the workers that was off duty because it was after hours when we got there help us alot!! Also I really loved the rooster wakeup alarm!! It reminded me of my chickens that I have. Had a short but great stay

Aside road going in the multiple stays we have enjoyed Just need to go carefully over hills and curves. But we know that is nothing you can do about it.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was so helpful, especially in the torrential downpour we woke up to on our last morning. Everything was seamless and the Halloween festivities were such a fun touch.

Very clean -super nice bathrooms -really great hosts. Excellent signage -ez to find site in the dark late arrival -highly recommended for every aspect.

Staff very welcoming & helpful. We had to leave on short notice due to a family emergency. They assisted us getting our RV quickly stored on site. As for overall impressions, property very well maintained and laid out. Lots of family activities.

We only stayed 1 night on our way back from Tennessee wish we could have stayed longer, staff was very friendly and alot of activities for halloween. Beautiful campground

Only problem with your facility is the stones. Stone roads, stone campsites, stones everywhere. Not to kind on my feet as well as the dogs. But manageable if I had an outdoor rug. Will know next time.

It was a great time, the campground was well kept and the bathrooms were clean. The staff were awesome and very helpfull. There is alot activities for kids and adults during the weekends and overall alot to do at the campground we did not have much luck fishing but it was still fun. The campground was packed but it was quite early morning and at night witch was great. They have a good delivery service, pizza, firewood and propane all delivered to you site. The only downfall we had is that it was far from anything we wanted to do, but that was due to our planning. We will definitely go again

🌟 An absolute gem for a weekend getaway! We came up to see the fall colors on Skyline Drive and truly picked the perfect place to stay. From the moment we arrived until checkout, our experience was nothing short of awesome. The staff here is phenomenal—friendly, helpful, and genuinely engaged. Every single interaction felt welcoming. You can easily tell the owners take serious pride in this property; the sites and facilities are impeccably maintained and clean. Location-wise, it doesn't get better. It's the perfect launchpad for Skyline Drive (we did a gorgeous 5-hour loop with breakfast and tons of photo stops). We also ventured down to the Harrisonburg Farmers Market, which is a must-try if you stay here! Back at the campground, it's incredibly kid- and dog-friendly. Saturday was packed with events for all ages—the trick-or-treating and haunted hayride were an absolute blast for everyone. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a memorable weekend! 🙌🏼🏕️

We have camped at this KOA quite a few times! The staff are wonderful and went out of their way to accommodate us when there was a scheduling error! They made sure we were taken care of ! The sites are well maintained and the amenities are A+. We were there over the Fall weekend and throughly enjoyed the “Hey Ride” with Brian, he makes sure kids of all ages has a great time! We will be back for a third year next year!! Check it out you won't be disappointed!
