This is the most beautiful camp site we have ever been to. Gorgeous sites, views and staff. The bathrooms were beautiful and showers were beautiful and spacious. Love the tiled floors. Can’t say enough about how great it was. Loved it. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great place to stay with awesome customer service. When we arrived we discovered we had a sewage issue. Lisa & Rick were very supportive, helpful & encouraging. We were back on the road the next day. Made it home safely to Vermont with no issues. Thank you both so much!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The site we were in had plenty of room and close to the bath house. The staff is very friendly. We didn’t have a complaint. It’s close enough to the park and plenty of breweries. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect!!! Brian (Bat Man), Jim and Robin were wonderful. My lady, Marilyn, was upset she had to walk back to the campsite from Laundry room because the attendant (I don't know who) couldn't put the roll of laundry quarters on the site card but needed cash and had to walk back and forth. She couldn't borrow the quarters and return the cash when she came back to collect the wash.

My wife and I have stayed at numerous KOA's throughout the country. This was by far one of the best we have stayed at. The KOA crew was very nice and the campground was very clean and organized. The sites are very nice- a little confusing road system- but once you drive it once you get the hang of it. We will definitely be back next year for a longer stay. Thank you

Good clean campground. Best part of the place was the people. Had a nice walking trail. Dog park was adequate.

I had 2 nights booked but could only stay 1…. So disappointed, this is a great KOA in the perfect location to enjoy the Shenandoah Valley. Clean facilities super friendly staff! We will are already planning a return when we can stay 4 to 5 days!!

A perfect cabin setup for us and our furry friends! The AC unit was a pleasant surprise and awesome added bonus; it was very warm during our stay and the unit added some much appreciated comfort for our fur children. The grounds were very well kept, clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Nice, well kept, woodsy campground. Welcoming camp office and store, level gravel site. We were just passing through, but the pool and play areas looked inviting and theres lots to do the area.

We enjoyed our stay. Our site was level and large. Trees surrounding us. Employees helpful and friendly. Good location for visiting Shenandoah and Harrisonburg.

Not much can be said due to arriving late in the day and leaving early in the morning. This KOA is very enjoyable with the staff and help to get to the site. IMy only suggest is this. It is an adventure to leave Rte.81 to get to the KOA. I don't know if anything can be done, due to the trees, overhanging the road. Several trees struck my RV and reposition the passenger mirror.

Friendly and welcoming team. Site was a little tight, and the wooden deck was old. Decks on both site adjacent were neat, clean and inviting. Smoke from nearby campfires, with no breeze and 80 degree temps after sunset, was inescapable. Even inside, with AC, dogs were sneezing. We left a day early, and forfeited the payment, because of air quality. This was no fault of the team.

I made this reservation months ago and the campground put us in an extra site that wasn’t level and would not compensate us. The site was less than desirable and the management could have done better! Very disappointed! For KOA not acceptable!

Hello, we apologize for not meeting your expectations. When you called to adjust the dates of your stay the day before your arrived, we gave you the only site that would accommodate your rig. We offered to move you when a better site became available, and we offered a full refund for leaving.

The stay and all of the atmosphere of the grounds were amazing to include all the staff, only minor complaint we have is the AC in the lodge keeps the center room cool but the bedroom/bunk room don’t cool very well

We stayed here while visiting Shenandoah National Park. One of the best KOA’s we’ve ever stayed at. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Sites are big and not crowded. Loved everything about our stay. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Staff is friendly, sites are clean and spaced far enough apart that we didn't feel cramped. I like the trash pickup and food/wood delivery services as well. It's a great place to stay. We felt welcome.

Staff was amazing, the only concern I had was there were 2 dead trees on or by our site. Site 65, and 66 both had large dead trees which was a concern during the heavy storms we had. Other than that and the sites had not been mowed or weed whacked. Staff was amazing.

Campground was very clean and everyone was very nice. We did have a problem with the 50 amp circuit so we could not use it so we could only use the 30 amp. A gentleman came out and took a look at it, and I did note that we were only staying one night. He could fix it the next day. The only concern we have is KOA‘s are now getting expensive for people on a limited budget.

We had 2 one night stays. Wonderful grounds with trees, shade and lots of activities. Will stay there again. Highly recommend it to one and all.

Nice campground a bit off the interstate. Bath house is centrally located at the front office but very clean. Sites are tight and mostly level.

What a great place! The grounds are well kept and the staff is so nice! Laundry was easy to do here. $2.00 for each machine did seem like a lot but to have the service I think is more important. They have pizza made and brought right to your sight for you! I thought that was so neat! Lots of activities to do with kids and keep them occupied. Next time we stay we need to check out the little pond they have. I enjoyed hearing the water flow by in the background. We ten camped so I don't know if your experience will be different if you have a camper based on location for each spot but for tent camping this place was legit! 100 percent would recommend to anyone. Only things I think I would change is cash back at the register so if you didn't bring cash you can still get cash to use the coin machine. If the laundry was $1- $1.50 would make a little more sense. I also don't know what it would cost to run or maintain those so maybe it is a fair price. Others who own a laundry business would know.
