Plenty of trees for shade, roomy RV sites. To me it feels like your camping out but you have sewer, water and electric. Just a calm feeling and theme in this KOA.

This is a beautiful kampground . I loved the USA 250 decorations and all the rocks were really cool . It was obvious that the gravel on the roads was brand new and well maintained. The bathrooms were clean and pleasant smelling. Great stay !

Stayed on site 62 in a 32' Class C. very nice and plenty of room for rig and tow. Beautiful forested. Lots if wildlife. Very quite and friendly. Staff is amazing. Great locstion for visiting surrounding area.

This KOA was spectacular. It was clean and well organized with plenty of thoughtful amenities for guests. We will definitely be returning for our next trip to Shenandoah.

We only stayed for one night but we make it a practice to always stay here while traveling bank and forth on the east coast. Wonderful people.

This KOA is the first that didn’t have us right off the highway. It was perfect, there was no Hwy noise. It was in farm country so we could explore all the historic spots around the area and traveling was along creek beds and old narrow roads.

Very nice. Not much going on, so very relaxing if you are looking for that. It did have a lot of golf cart activity, which I was not a fan.

From the friendly staff, to the amazing views and lovely RV spots, this hidden gem is a go to for us. Its quiet at night, beautiful during the day, and everything is clean and well maintained. We will certainly be back!!

We just stayed for a one night stay as we were passing through. The grounds were very well kept and clean. We will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice site. We enjoyed everything including the pool, dog park, and store. It was really nice how the staff qould deliver ice and firewood to our site!

This campground was a lot better before they removed most of the vegetation between the sites. Now it is not much better than a parking lot with spotty WIFI.

We are sorry that you think our campground was prettier with the vegetation. Had you asked us about it we would have explained that the vegetation was eliminated to keep snakes out of the campsites. We hope you find a campground more to your liking in the future.

We were only there for one night but the facilities are well maintained and the park as a whole was very nice. Staff were helpful at check in. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was lovely. The campsite was peaceful and well managed. We were particularly impressed by how clean the bathrooms were consistently kept.

Beautiful campground with well-maintained sites and grounds. The bathrooms are sparkling clean, all day long! Friendly staff! Next time we’ll stay longer than just overnight.

It was a wonderful 5 days! The campground was so quiet it was amazing! Loved the activities for our little ones under the pavilion. The staff was always so kind!! Loved that they picked up our trash every morning. Lots of gnats, but it’s the season for bugs! Will definitely be back!

Spacious, level site, lots of grassy area to play, clean bathroom, well stocked store. Good food at cafe & even delivered fast Just wish it had more shady sites & the dog park was not tiny & up a hill. Loved our stay until the flood waters flowed like a river into our site & rutted out the driveway and covered the patio in mud. But staff quickly came to shovel & spray the patio clean.

I'm not sure that you are reviewing the correct campground. Our dog park is not up a hill as it is right next to our store and bathhouse. We also have never had to clean a patio that got flooded by rain waters. I hope you are able to review the correct campground.

Very nice camp like setting. We enjoyed the pool, and the giant yard games. The bathrooms were nice. Would definitely return.

Beautiful sites with lots of tree cover for shade. Sites don’t feel like you are on top of each other. We only had an overnight twice on our way to and from Michigan. We plan to come back to this location for a longer stay. The folks in the office are friendly and helpful.

Loved our stay at this KOA. Staff was over the top helpful, delivering ice when our fridge was struggling. The site was nice with shady trees on a hot stretch of days. The "Hey" ride had a fun twist; adding lots of water to the afternoon. The pizza and large cookies were a nice treat on a rainy afternoon when cooking out would have been a struggle. Thanks!

Spent 4 nights here. Very pretty park. Extremely quiet. Plenty of activities for kids & adults. Pool looked very nice. They make pizza’s and deliver them to your site, although we did not have one. Staff very helpful and nice. If they have fried pies at check-in, buy them - they are excellent!

It was a great time, the campground was well kept and the bathrooms were clean. The staff were awesome and very helpfull. There is alot activities for kids and adults during the weekends and overall alot to do at the campground we did not have much luck fishing but it was still fun. The campground was packed but it was quite early morning and at night witch was great. They have a good delivery service, pizza, firewood and propane all delivered to you site. The only downfall we had is that it was far from anything we wanted to do, but that was due to our planning. We will definitely go again

🌟 An absolute gem for a weekend getaway! We came up to see the fall colors on Skyline Drive and truly picked the perfect place to stay. From the moment we arrived until checkout, our experience was nothing short of awesome. The staff here is phenomenal—friendly, helpful, and genuinely engaged. Every single interaction felt welcoming. You can easily tell the owners take serious pride in this property; the sites and facilities are impeccably maintained and clean. Location-wise, it doesn't get better. It's the perfect launchpad for Skyline Drive (we did a gorgeous 5-hour loop with breakfast and tons of photo stops). We also ventured down to the Harrisonburg Farmers Market, which is a must-try if you stay here! Back at the campground, it's incredibly kid- and dog-friendly. Saturday was packed with events for all ages—the trick-or-treating and haunted hayride were an absolute blast for everyone. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a memorable weekend! 🙌🏼🏕️

We have camped at this KOA quite a few times! The staff are wonderful and went out of their way to accommodate us when there was a scheduling error! They made sure we were taken care of ! The sites are well maintained and the amenities are A+. We were there over the Fall weekend and throughly enjoyed the “Hey Ride” with Brian, he makes sure kids of all ages has a great time! We will be back for a third year next year!! Check it out you won't be disappointed!
