This was my second time staying but first time as a booking guest. The experience was amazing! The customer service is exceptional and efficient. I received notifications before, during and after my stay. I had to change arrival time last minute and they quickly offered an alternative check in. I am so please and am planning my next stay soon!

First time staying at KOA, it was nice but the cabin hot water was awful we had lukewarm showers. Yet the smoke alarm would go off every time someone showed. More kid friendly activities in the evening would have been nice. We will definitely try out more KOA though.

Enjoyed the park . Very clean and organized. Stayed over Easter weekend lots of activities for the kids. Staff is excellent. Rented an RV spot and cabin both were great !

Our stay at the KOA was lovely! We had everything we needed! The pool and lazy river were a big hit with the kids/adults and the office staff was very helpful with information on the town! It would be an excellent idea to have more places to hang up wet bathing suits and towels in the room and bathroom to dry. Since it was windy we couldn’t have our stuff outside and we’re running out of place

It was a two night cabin stay. What a wonderful time we had. Thanks to all the staff that make this KOA special. Everything was super clean and comfortable. A short walk to the beach to frolic in the surf or stay close to camp and play in the pool and lazy river before enjoying a Pina Colada from the camp store. The only problem was we didn't have more time to stay, but we will be back!

The campground was clean, needed more activities for the kids, we did tie dye shirts and they didn’t have sizes for the kids, ran out of colors, my kids had to soak up leftover color from the tables to finish their shirts which were already too big for them. Our water in the cabin wasn’t working when we first checked in and the lady who answered the phone was a little rude, not welcoming.

This is a beautiful park. We really enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the hot tub just wish it was open a little later. Would stay here again!!

Horrible customer service Very rude We came with our 4 boys and stayed in cabin They only gave us 4 towels! Our cabin only hade 4 of everything We came here specifically for the hot tub No kids Mattresses all springs horrible sleeping! Not coming back

We stayed in the elevated cabin which was absolutely amazing. So pretty appears brand new and perfect size for our family of four! Manager (Tammy) was so nice, too! We'll be back!

Have stayed there before but never in a cabin. Cabin had multiple issues wrong but assistant manager did allow me to check our early since I was traveling with my mother with dementia. Great facility and I really appreciated them doing this. I was more than willing to take a credit for another stay but they refunded my money.

We were impressed with how clean the park was. We especially liked the heated pool and jacuzzi in November. Staff was professional and polite. The cabin was cozy and well equipped with linens and kitchen tools. Will definitely be back.

Mosquitos were awful not the fault of KOA. Just fine of year. The service was unfriendly- very rude this round. Needed more towels asked for sheets took two days to get them. They also didn’t provide fitted sheets for the lift bed and sofa bed.

It was a wonderful stay. It was very peaceful. Everything was in excellent condition. The staff was very warm and helpful. We hope to be back again soon.

The linen was not clean. The sheets on the fold out bed had what appeared to be human body fluids. The floors were filthy. The entire cabin was one huge mosquito nest (I may as well have slept outside). The television had snow on every single channel. The refrigerator was messy. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom looked like it was about to come crashing down at any minute, extremely off balance

We had an awesome time staying in a cabin Friday and Saturday. Very friendly and helpful staff and a lot of things to do for granddaughter and us. Many Halloween decorations and activities for the kids. We highly recommended staying here.

The stay at KOA was very good, everybody enjoyed themselves. The staff was very accommodating, thumbs up to Arline. You are the best!!!!! The cabins need a little TLC . Underneath the couch could use a sweeping and floor needed to be mop.

We have stayed several times in one of your cabins. Our recent stay was a disappointment. The sliding doors were difficult to close and because the lock on the doors were not working properly, it was a struggle. The cabin is not level because the bottom drawer in the bedroom would not stay shut. The big issue this is the floor in the bedroom is spongy next to the bed. Structural issue.

This was the cleanest, most well maintained stay we have ever made on the island. The staff was polite and a pleasure to deal with. We're definitely going to be back again for our next beach weekend.

We had a great time there, the only thing I would suggest you change is the music selection(s). While we were there, it was Jimmy Buffet until you puke, then someone's personal playlist. Contrary to popular belief, not everybody wants to listen to over-played music or watered-down new music. The people paying to stay there are not 25. There are so many options for folks that pay what I did.

Love staying here! This was our 3-4 th time and each time we have so much to do there that we don’t even bother w the beach. Kids love the pool, lazy river, playground and jumping pad. They are always having something going on for the kids on the weekends. Well kept, clean and we look forward to it everytime!

Our first time staying - we rented a little cabin because we had friends bringing their motorhome. We were impressed with the entire staff they were friendly and very welcoming. Cabin was very comfortable and clean. People who we visited with around the KOA very all friendly. Music and activities a bonus. Will definitely returning. Thanks for an enjoyable trip!

Friendly, clean, not too crowded and easy access to public beach. Perfect. i can’t even think of any improvements except maybe having the pool and lazy river open a bit later for the grownups.

Great stay. The cabin was nice and accommodated all of us well. It was very hot outside but the pool and lazy river helped make it fun. The staff was very helpful and friendly and made sure we were happy with our stay. We loved the pickle ball Court and the music by the pool.

Very nice, the a/c was the best, I never touched it Room was cool when I walked in, room was super clean, it is pricey for one person (that was me ) but they sleep 6 so if you split it , very affordable, thank y’all for the great stay

This is one of the best campgrounds we have ever been to. If you like campgrounds that have a lot of organized things to do in a stunning location at a great winter rate, this is your place. First, the location is perfect with the easily accessible ocean and awesome ocean front properties to look at or take a walk by. Both are just across the road. A perfect blend of nature with restaurants and stores 10 minutes away. The campgrounds and road are quiet. Grassy plains pretty much surround the campgrounds. Each campsite is pretty big with well maintained grass and palm trees. For activities, we saw musicians, organized bingo and card games, Easter egg hunt, craft fairs, weekend nighttime movies, a talk on how to best vacation in Alaska, and on and on. 2 to 4 activities every day that don't interfere if you don't want to participate. There is a great playground for kids. A lazy river and a pool. They are very dog friendly. An amazing and memorable place to vacation that is incredibly well managed. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend it!

I don't often stay at KOA campgrounds due to the price, but this one was very reasonably priced. The grounds are immaculate. The store has everything you might need and the staff are pleasant. The pool, jacuzzi and lazy river were delightful. Showers were very nice. Easy walk to the beach. I had a wonderful time here!
