We would like to see lights in the dog park for night; it is hard to scoop poop in the dark. It was not made clear if we were supposed to provide additional trash bags and paper towels in the cabins if we ran out. Pet friendly cabin was worth the price!!! We LOVED the lazy river and pool and close access to the beach. It was an added bonus that we were able to bring our pets.

Met with friends that were staying there in their big RV. I rented a cabin with my Service Dog. Everyone is very friendly that works there and staying there. My friends go there a lot. I'll be back !!! Bebe & Ceasar

The stay was ok. The cabin was NOT what I booked on the website! I booked the deluxe cabin (the bridge yellow cabin) but was placed in cabin B instead. The couch was TERRIBLE, the doors locked you either/inside or out (we had to call maintenance to unlock the bedroom), there was animal hair on the bunk bed mattress (we didn’t even use those beds). I would not stay in that cabin again!

Everything was good however we felt like we were being watched. We had some friends in an RV and we drove over there to get them and within minutes 2 people came up on golf carts saying we couldn’t park there. We told them we were just picking up the people at the site and we could hear the lady on the radio saying they can’t park there in a very rude manner. We told them we were just picking

We greatly enjoyed that cabin and the Lazy River Pool! Your staff was very friendly and helpful. Your store has everything one could need. We even enjoyed seeing rain for the first time in months. Thanks v. much.

We stayed in a cabin. It was great. However there needs to be more towel hooks to hang beach towels and bath towels on. Ours only have 1 we had to hang them around the cabin and various places there also needs to be a bigger broom to sweep with, we had to go and ask for trash bags very time we needed one. Being that we were staying in a cabin for accommodations there should be a roll of trashbags

We had a great stay over a holiday weekend. It's clean, well kept, with friendly and efficient staff. My kids loved the pool and lazy river, I loved the shade they supplied next to both. The playground and jumping pad was also a great feature, just overshadowed by pools for my kiddos. I appreciated the texting updates and means of communication. It was extremely handy to be able to text any questions or answers to their questions.

Lucked out and got a last minute spot for Memorial Day Weekend 2023. When we arrived, we were greeted by one of the staff members and since we had pre-checked, didn't even have to get out of the truck. We were quickly escorted to our site, which was awesome! It was a standard site, had plenty of room for our 27' pop up, was recently mowed and super clean. The staff was very friendly and we appreciated them checking wristbands and car tags and enforcing quite time as we were there to to have a nice, enjoyable weekend. The showers and restrooms are private and well maintained. There is plenty to do at the park and I appreciated the all of the red white and blue on display. Awesome stay, awesome people, awesome KOA. We WILL be back!

I really love this KOA but I do have a few things I would change. The location is great, and quiet. Service is amazing and they have great facility. We've been here a hand full of times and loved it. They are updating the grounds constantly, which is great, but the “dog runs/Ruff Pads” they just installed at the RV spots are SO TINY. You would have more space for your dogs to roam on a 6 foot lead. The photo online is very misleading and I don't think this upgrade is worth the price. It's a shame because they could easily tripled the size with the amount of grass at each spot but didn't. It feels like they did a really cheap install to charge extra funds but this feels like a ripoff. I wish they would have been transparent about the size or given dog owners an actual “run” to use. Also, with the rain, the mosquitos are outrageous. I wish they were treating the grounds or would warn you to avoid the grass areas. We went to the new playground and we're swarmed by them. Hundreds or hundreds on our whole family. Lastly, it's texas and stickers are everywhere. The grass around the RVs isn't super tall, but they aren't mowing constantly so the stickers are drying out and they are pricking everyone. Dogs, baby, us - so I wished they mowed between the spots more often to keep those at bay. Outside of that, you'll love your stay here. The music is great, staff is amazing, their market has everything you need. It really is a hidden gem.
