Inside and outside staff go above and beyond to help with your stay! If I didn’t like the staff or the RV grounds, I wouldn’t be back. I appreciate everything they do each time we stay. My stay was awesome from check-in until leaving, I came with a large group, and the staff was ready. Everyone was very nice and genuine. I had a small issue with the water faucet upon arrival, but it was immediately addressed. The pool areas were great, but loved the wave pool. For the all white party, we did not have to be concerned about the attire being soiled as the chairs were very clean.

d. The park was well kept , showers/restrooms were clean as were the pool/hot tub area. Quiet time absolutely not maintained. Unfortunately, we were there for the Juneteenth weekend. Golf carts playing Loud music ( vulgar lyrics) with flashing neon lights late into the night. Weak internet.

Thoroughly enjoyed out first time at the KOA Holiday in Galveston. The only small suggestion would be to have more seating available around the lazy river. Otherwise the RV sites are amazing, very spacious and the staff go above and beyond to assist with any needs and are super friendly and professional. We will definitely be back.

I wish we would have been told about the Black RVers and campers big booking prior to getting there so we could have looked to stay somewhere else. Only issue was the closing of some of the facilities to accommodate their group parties and all the golf carts driving around blasting music and parking at the camp sites blasting music. Staff was friendly as usual

Beautiful campground with a very friendly staff. Had site 14 which has a very large cement pad big enough for a large RV and dog fenced in yard with a sail cover to provide shade for the pups. Nice little store with basic provisions but the highlight were the adult frozen drinks. Pool was large and clean and there was a covered area with picnic tables right in the pool area.

We love KOA! The only reason I didn’t rate this KOA with 5 stars is because we had visitors and they charge an arm and a leg for visitors. It costed me more to have my sister and her family visit us on a single day than it costed me for a spot for the night. Love the area, the sites were beautiful and the amenities were worth the cost if you don’t have visitors!

We stay here every year for the 2 weeks we spend in Galveston. Grounds are always well maintained, sites are level concrete, office staff is wonderful, and the Lazy River is perfect. Year after year. The only place we will Stay!

Top notch! We were so impressed by our entire experience here! The staff were super friendly and always working to make the campground the best and cleanest it could be. This KOA was among the top five we’ve stayed at.

I did truly enjoy our stay. I didn’t realize that there was not a fire pit to roast s’mores that would be one of the downfalls for me and the pool closing at 9. I feel like the pool could at least be open until 10pm on weekends. It is a very nice RV park and we did enjoy our stay. A food truck or out hen on site would be awesome too!

This was our second stay at this KOA -- we absolutely love it. We had our two year old grandbaby with this time and the facilities available to entertain her with -- the pool, the lazy river, and the playground were all great. She loved the lazy river and the playground. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. My husband and I both love this KOA and look forward to coming back.

The grounds were very nice. Nice staff. Pool clean. Sad the hot tub was down the entirety of our stay. I wish they had tubes to borrow at the lazy river. When the mowing started and text for picking things up around site of grass, weren’t coordinated, he was already mowing our area before text went out. Cabin E - The A/C in the loft was leaking water. I called & reported it. I got a texted later telling me that it froze up & the thermostat was turned up to defrost it. We were told not to put it lower than 72 degrees. That is not comfortable to us. Y'all need to add freon to the A/C to make it work properly. The cabin needs to be exterminated. The bunk beds didn't have a fitted sheet, only flat.

The sites are big, pad was level and facilities are great. I liked having the distance between sites. The location is a bit far from the Sea Wall (approx 25min). The mosquitoes were horrific. You cannot enjoy the outside without taking a bath in mosquito repellent. Lots of repairs going on with bathrooms, hot tubs.

The staff, with the exception of the 2 ladies in store and the 1 craft lady needs a few lessons on hospitality. The only downstairs restroom/showers being remodeled in the summer was a bit ridiculous. Our 3 young grandkids do not pee in pools and had to go across the street and upstairs every time. Our grands love camping, pools and beach. This was our 2nd time, not sure if we will be back

Everything went very well. A slight problem with ants near the picnic table was dealt with very quickly. Grounds were clean and well kept. On going upgrades were only a slight inconvenience .

Everything that keeps us returning was there! Two things I would change - most importantly of those consider MOVING the dumpster! We enjoy pickleball as a family but the consistent smell (like decaying flesh) permeates the whole community games area ��Depending on your sensitivity this could be a dealbreaker for some. This is a hidden gem if you’ve never been here before. The staff is uber friendly, the park is quiet even during the day, and the amenities speak for themselves (lazy river, pool, cocktails!)

From the time we arrived to the time we left, we enjoyed ourselves. The staff was friendly, informative and fast to respond. We had pesky ants. Dale and his wife, Wendy, Belinda all of you made us not want to leave. The facilities were clean and well stocked. Oh the sites are very spacious. We will definitely visit again.

We were there 10/24-10/27. Team here is awesome! We love the location away from the helicopters, loud stereo's from passing cars, and all that big crowds bring to the Galveston main road by the public beach. Amenities are awesome, something here for everyone. Park is just the right size, and is directly across the street from the beach. Daily emails with activities for the day that you can choose to participate in if you wish. Great play area for kids in addition to a jump pad. Onsite store is well stocked, and they offer great tasting adult beverages! Even a great place for the pups to play in center of park. Come on down, highly recommend. Will see ya'll in December!

This place is truly awesome me and my family just spent the weekend there and the staff was so sweet they did bingo,carnival games,and we even watched Beetlejuice the pools were amazing the whole experience of the place was just perfect thank you so much we will be back we plan on becoming regulars

We fully enjoyed our stay in Flamingo Fun! It is perfectly located by the Lazy River and Pavilion. The Lazy River let's you kick back & literally go with the flow. They have several activities in the Pavilion as well as TV's to watch your favorite sports game with plenty of picnic tables to all sit together. The staff is super friendly & grounds are very well kept and clean. They all take pride in hospitality and keeping everything nice. The general store has so many items to grab if you have forgotten anything. If you like a special frosty adult beverage, they have 4 flavors! Kamp K9 is perfect for our furry family. The loved hanging out and freely roam. They enjoyed the long walks around the grounds set up with doggie many disposal areas with bags or the waste. When in Texas be prepared with bug spray to protect you and your family, just like you would with sunscreen and apply often. We will be back!
