The staff was very kind and helpful. The amenities were better than many other KOAs we have been to. We did not like our site but that was just a bad draw and can happen anywhere. The waste disposal was up hill but the worst part was being so close to the shower/bathroom building because the scent was very strong.

We enjoyed the pool very much, was not cleaned, had lots of sand in it, not sure what chemicals were used in it left a white film on our skin. No ice cream machine, we always enjoyed that. Ate at restaurant Thursday night one man to bar tend and cook food was burnt and bad, pizza was not tastety through out most of the food. Dog park needs attention no shade or water for them.make a swimming pool

Fine staff but the site was impossible to exit with a small RV towing. We were forced to disconnect our car in the rain to get out. Not acceptable.

We have been coming to this campground many years. Since KOA took over, this is the 1st year the buildings and grounds were nice and clean. Only downside was Sue from Texas in the office was not friendly any time I dealt with her. Downright rude. That can make or break your stay.

We had a great spot under the trees. Bathroom were spotless. Pool area was so fun, two pools and a kids area. Nice big spots. Fishing pond. Arcade games..

Love the area and all the friendly staff. I would however like to see some sort of rubber bath matts just outside the showers to stand on to dry off so your feet aren't all getting wet and dirty.

Would like more presence/patrolling on golf carts in the evening like we see in other KOAs.

Stayed on pull through site that held truck, trailer, tv and 2nd car. Imprinted concrete patio, block fire pit, fenced area for dog(s), with full service. 2 sewers for the larger RVs. 3 heated pools, heated splash pad, and the kids fav the water slide. Typical camp store. Small on site bar and grill. Kids menu lacking- for grandparents this was disappointing cause small kids get hangry so fast.

To start, check in is 3pm and office closed at 5pm. Unrealistic window for problems. We booked two nights and were given too small of a sight and we could not fit our tow vehicle. We stayed the first night because we had too. We left the next day without staying and we were offered no resolution or refund. Bad experience. We are experienced travelers.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Kids loved the and mini golf. Playgrounds needed some updating / were roped off part of our stay. My family used 4 of the showers and 2 leaked. Plenty of hot water and very clean bath houses though.

The sites are very nice, they did a lot of work and it shows! But, we are paying for the amenities and the toddler pool was ice cold and the splash pad wasn't on. The water slide and upper pool were also ice cold and not enjoyable. Everything in the store is insanely over priced. I paid $11 for 2 swim diapers!

Check in was a breeze even with 8 trailers in line. Site was nice and grounds were kept up. One big con was the huge 3ft tall fire ring, need someone to come in and cut those shorter or get nee ones.

It would have been nice to know a week or two ahead where our campsite was instead of finding out when we check in. I don't think my daughter should have been approached to help out on the water slide. We are paying 58.03 a night for a site, we don't expect to have to volunteer to take care of someone else's children. Very unprofessional.

Friendly staff, very nice, spacious site. Site could have been a bit more level but that was not a real problem. The folks tending to the showers, grounds, etc were friendly and did a great job.

Clean, big spaces. Maintenance man was quick and efficient as he fixed a breaker upon our arrival. Team very helpful in extending our stay. Great campground and great team.

Nice campground but fire pits are more like barrels, way too high. You can’t sit around a fire that you can’t even see!

Great place. Really caters to families with lots of activies and events. I am a solo traveler and appreciated everything about the staff, willingness to help and make everything perfect. Totally awesome place to stay

It was a good stay for the most part. A lot of the water stuff wasn't working amd neither was the slide which is one of the reasons we booked there. This should have been mentioned somewhere as my daughter really wanted to use it. I also don't think there were any fish in the pond to catch. That is another thing we wanted to do while at KOA. Nice campground and we were able to pick our site.

All the staff in the general store, bar, and on site we're super friendly and helpful. We had a perfect spot that was close to the bathrooms and showers. The bathrooms were clean even smelled good. They also have delicious pizza from the bar. I was extremely impressed with everything this campsite had to offer and I look forward to making more memories here in the future.

Everybody was soo nice. The staff was just as nice. Very family oriented. My kids had a ball. It was very sad/quiet leaving after our labor day weekend. My teenagers and 4 year old begged for us to purchase a seasonal.

The drive in can be confusing, however once you get there it all makes sense. It is one of the nicest KOAs in the country, and believe me I've been to over 20 of them across the Pacifi NW, central and Midwest. Their sites and amenities are top notch. My wife and I enjoyed night walks around the charming permanent neighborhoods and sit by the bonfires at night. Highly recommend this KOA. Not a whole lot to do outside the park like restaurants etc, so come prepared with everything you'll need. Dog friendly park. We were in a 36ft 5th wheel in one of their deluxe sites. We stayed there in August 2022 for 2 nights.
