Nice large campground with good clean restrooms. Only one complaint and that was that the office and store closed so early. We stayed the end of June and it was light till 9:00. Several times we wanted things from the store but it closed at 5:00. Most campgrounds I stayed at close at 6:00 or even 7:00 in the summer.

Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. I just wish that the WiFi was a bit better signal otherwise great stay. Thanks

Much dirtier than previous years due to recent management changes and hope the issues like no toilet paper and a pool closure will be attended to. Staff was fantastic and very attentive but not enough of them. We will try it again in the fall to allow the new team time to turn it back around

We booked our family camping trip in November with 4 other families because of the amenities it offered for ages 1-15 year olds only to find out days before our arrival that the pools and water slide would be closed. The lack of communication was terrible we had left over 3 voicemails with no calls back. Definitely can tell not enough staff working. Hoping the campground will improve.

no staff swimming pool kiddy pool and water slide closed. website not updated looked like there was going to be activity's for the kids. looked to be only one lady as maintenance running around like here hair was on fire. get it together last year this was a great campground to stay.

As we have stayed at Holiday KOA for several years, this year felt different. Disappointed that the lawn care was non existent, stayed a week and watched the grass grown around us. The bathrooms were not 100% clean. Issue with the pools I heard from other campers regarding closing time. It has been said that this KOA was sold and only had limited emp. Door Co. has other RV Parks, just saying!

We have stayed at this KOA for several years. We appreciate the pull through sites with patios. We also appreciate that it’s very pet and kid friendly. We did notice that the maintenance and cleaning has slipped from previous years and we hope that will be better next time. We do plan to return

The website states that all three pools are open and the splash pad/water slide are being repaired. Only one pool has water, and nobody is repairing anything, including the playgrounds. The bathroom were only clean the first day. It was disappointing considering the price we paid for all the amenities. The deluxe site with the patio was nice, and the staff was friendly, but we would not return.

One pool and the waterslide was closed but not relayed to us until after we arrived. This was the primary reason we stayed. Felt over charged for "broken" facilities. No extra activities other than a breakfast Saturday morning. Definitely not the same KOA we stayed at a few years aga. We will have to do some serious thinking if we want to stay again. Probably will go to Jellysto

We were there in early June, our site #15 was supposed to be a full hook up, after we set up E & W, my husband couldn't find the sewer hook up. Bey came over to help, as he said it should be there. Neither one of them were able to find it. Bey was fantastic and offered to move us to a new site free of cost. We were put at site #64, it was lovely and we had a smooth trip moving forward! Thank you!

Just spent 4 days there and very disappointed. Not up to the standards of the many other KOAs we have stayed at across the country. Needs lots of maint. and upkeep. Our site had a "paw pen" for our dogs that was full of dog poop and the door was broken. Exit is not big rig friendly. Water was sulfur smelling and staff said "that is how it is" in cabin. Water slide and pool out of order.

We enjoyed your staff and the campground overall. But we were not informed that the water system was on well with a heavy sulphur content. I went through the entire process and cost of changing out my filtration cartridges and was still unable to drink the water. At the least the staff should make guests aware before we get to the park so we can choose to fill our tanks and use our house water.

We found the only site #s are on the utilities and can't be seen from the road in the dark resulting in alot frustrating searching when we arrived late. Your policy of dynamic pricing is price gouging as we paid ~$20 more for the same type site we had the night before. Not likely to return even though its been our default for 3 yrs... On the. + side, showers & bathrooms are great.

We had a nice stay, but we were a bit disappointed that the events that were advertised did not happen. The Facebook page and the email sent to me promised a fun "Under the Sea Weekend" with Adult Bingo, Ceramic Painting, Tie Dye and Movie by the Pool. None of those things happened.

I have spent many years camping but this campground was just the perfect size and was so quiet and peaceful! Staff said hi or enjoy our stay each time we saw them!

Very good service. I ran out of propane my first night there and Bey came over and filled my tanks at 8:00 PM. I really love this place.

We booked this location for the splash pad and the water slide. It is the middle of summer and being her of these advertised attractions were on during our entire stay. My kids were very disappointed. Also the playground is old, rusted and outdated. Everything needed a good paint job. This place was in its glory 30 years ago. Now it needs much TLC.

Very nice campground. This was our second time here. I like that there are not too many restrictions. They let you enjoy without bothering you. There are rules and regulations which we all have to follow.

We love this campground but there were a few things that were not as up to par this time. I don't think anyone cleaned the ladies room for the 3 nights we were there. The garbage was full and the paper towels were out by Sunday. The floor had the same pieces of paper on it since Thursday. Also we mentioned that there was a pile of dog poo in the site next to us. It was still there Sunday.

Nice large campground. Nice pools (only 1 open when we were there but nice . Nice area in Door County. Nice showers but be quick for hot water. Wish they mowed the grass. Other than that I’d stay there again. Nice location. Beautiful area.

Such a nice campground! Loved the concrete patio/patio furniture/grill that were included with our site. Also loved the bar & food option next to the general store but were disappointed to find out it was not open every day of the week. Bathrooms were new and clean. Laundry was sufficient but would make a more positive experience if change machine was available or credit card operated machines.

Showed up…lots of employees just sitting around. No escort to our site and the map wasn’t to scale…I went to wrong road. Terrible site for a 45’ motorhome…sloped and twisted on my frame…very bad. No one ever came out to help find a level site…my wife had to go up to the office. When we finally found a somewhat level site Then a rude worker BANGED on my door and yelled at us. Terr

Lawn was not cut, mens garbage can was full of beer cans and diapers from Thursday thru Sunday even after complaining, only 1 pool open out of 3, online it says main office will be open until 8pm but they closed everyday at 5pm, closed at noon for lunch break, seasonal people partied with loud music until midnight everyday and no one enforced quiet time. Terrible experience and will never go back.

Stay was good. Staff was attentive when stopping by. One issue. The restroom nearest my site, could have used a bit more attention. TP was low in many of the stall even after i texted that supplies were low.

Excellent dog run. Has 3 pools but only 1 working so very crowded. Asked to have the bathrooms cleaned twice. Not cleaned. Showers dirty.

Great location. Large campground. Lots of stuff to do. Very well stocked camp store. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Would absolutely stay there again.

Maybe a cooling system or fan in arcade, too bad the slide wasn't working. The fire ring on our site was quite tall,so couldn't sit and watch a fire,but mostly good...but any time your camping it's good...

I was very disappointed. When I booked my campsite I chose a site with a dog in closure, we were placed in a site with no dog in closure. The site also was suppose to be near the park, it was not. The fire pit was barely useable, it looked like someone had taken a sledgehammer to it. We were excited to use the multiple pool areas, including the slide, only one pool was open. Office Closes at 5.

A few thing - lawn was not mowed, fire pit is crumbling, large pool and splash pad wasn’t open. This is starting to look like a run down campground. It was always pretty top notch- not sure what is happening.

Multiple amenities not open, one of the pools, waterslide, splash area. Bathrooms filthy - overflowing garbage, no toilet paper, no soap, liquid poop on the floor outside of showers. Overgrown grass in sites. Camp store hours are odd. Was put into a double site with a stranger, even though most of the campground was empty. Playgrounds in terrible shape, missing swings, paint comes off on you.

Overall campground was ok; this was the third time in four years at the camp and told of multiple items not functioning/closed. Camp from the first time until now is starting to show signs of lower maintenance and age of the systems. The site was ok, but grass needed mowing. At an average of $115 +/- a night, I expected more.

Much improved with new management. The slide, splash pad and 2 of 3 pools were still not open so they brought in two large blow up slides. Can see new management is actively working to improve the campground and experience. Thank y'all for the hard work so far!

We had a great time at the Koa cabin. The cabin was like a tiny home and had everything we needed. We didn't get to take advantage of all the amenities, but were impressed how much there was to do right on site! The fire pit and grill were so nice for cooking food, making smores and just relaxing.

Great campground if you have kids. The jump pad was a hit! It is huge 70 feet by 30 feet! They have a playground right across site 167 and site 168. These sites would work perfectly as a double site with friends since its small and only one entry for both sites. Very tight! The pool was nice and they had an arcade also. Only one pool was open, splash pad and water slide was closed. We did come on Sunday to Tuesday so it was very quiet. I am sure there is more activities and events on the weekends. Kids had a blast. Thank you KOA!
