dog park needs shade, water our site with the table,chairs, stamped cement was pretty, fire pit was in a terriable place really couldn't sit by it. sit 61 liked the sewer hook up at site. would like a dog swim area for them to cool off and have fun too

Hello , We RV 'ed with another RV and asked to stay next to each other . The other RV was charged another $25.00 charge for this . When we arrived , we were not close to each other, so they move us to a site across from them. Then another RV camped next to us and their site faced us . They had two big dogs on 20 ft leashes and the dogs would come right next to our RV and go potty. Bad Design !!

Campground was clean neat organized and the staff were friendly! Even when we had a flat tire they were more then helpful to bring an air compressor to fill my tire back up.

It all started out on a bad note. We have dogs and yes they were off leash and were supposed to be they are well behaved and no other campers had a problem. Then our sites were completely dirt and with dogs you can only imagine. My buddies water spicket broke during the night and we were flooded. Bathhouses had standing sewage outside of them.

Check in lady didn't freely give all information, I had to drag things out of her like the kid programs. And she never gave me wifi info. It wasn't a busy weekend, we were right next to the shower and bathrooms, it smelled like a sewer for my stay, there were 2 sites next to us that would've maybe smelled a little better. The site was a little muddy as the water spout leaked coming from the ground

Our group of 25 plus sites has been coming up to the campground for 30 plus years and after this last trip we are now looking for a new campground. The staff is extremely rude. There was numerous examples from different staff members. Even called the cops on one of our group members because of a clerical error on their end.

It's beautiful there, but even though they are updating, there's a long way to go. Only one dump station for all those campers!? Store needs the ice cream back, bar/restaurant open. But other than that, beautiful, nice, loved it!

Growing pains are to be expected on a camp ground that large. That being said, the renovations that are complete turned out fantastic. Can't wait to see what it looks like next year. Only real complaint is the fire pit rings are far too tall. I hope there are plans to bury them some.

We had a run in with a security guard that enjoyed his authority position too much. Quiet time was 11 and he was visiting and trying to instill fear at 915pm. The older worker in the office was extremely rude to children that asked whether the pool was open or not (it was after the open time, as posted). We are looking to venture away from this KOA going forward.

Our stay was good, but there are exposed electrical wires at the back of our site and the site next to us. It wasn't a danger to us. But it is also not legal.

I am reading it just based on how much the sites are compared to last year. Love their site but need to remember this still is camping not a hotel and there's not very affordable to do compared to other campgrounds.

Our site by the covered pavilion wasn’t awesome but overall they had many nice sites. There were a lot of uncontrolled dogs at this KOA, off-leash and barkers. We have stayed at many KOA’s and that was unusual. They were understaffed in the office but the lady was professional and friendly under pressure. Pools were great, our kids loved the waterside. We would stay here again.

The site was great! The shower houses were a bit of a message and the smell of sewer around them was terrible. Luckily we could not smell the sewer smell at our site. Pool area was also great!

We brought our grandkids with and they really enjoyed the pools and the water slide. We stayed on one of the newly done sites with concrete pads and it was really nice. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Everything was great. The only things that were disappointing was the pool was cold. If you have heaters for them why aren't they on? And the shower rooms were dirty.

Our visit was less than enjoyable. Our campsite was right next to the bathrooms. It smelt like sewage,very strong smell, the entire stay. The AC on the building rattled. Our site had very little grass & mostly dirt. Our water line had a constant slow leak & blew out the line twice causing it to flood our site. The owners made us feel unwelcomed with our dogs. We will not be returning to this KOA.

Not planning on coming back unless things get better. There were barely any kids activities, yellow slide was broken again. There were so many septic issues and it was hard to have fun with all the smells. They use to have so many kids activities, like balloon animals, face painting, and bounce houses. Not the best campground stay. Very disappointed

The grounds were very well kept/employees very cordial. The only thing would be to maybe have 1 of the pools used for adults only ( instead of closing it) maybe a few hours each night. Very Nice Place to Stay

Employees were nice. Site was nice. The patio and patio furniture was really nice. Lots of fun things for the kids to do. Nice sized dog park. Only minor issue was that the gate to the dog run on our site didn’t close so we had to block the door with a bundle of firewood to keep it closed.

The campground is overpriced. I had a pop up and was assigned terrible site 213. Basically an earth pimple. Not worth $30 per night much less $67. Other sites were nicer but not worth $67 either. Site 20ft away had loud music after 3 am. No privacy at all in the campground. Dusty road in the sun blew over sites. Nice amenities but I will not return unless friends or relatives decide to come here.

Staff were nice; store well stocked; semi-good hours. 2 complaints: Bath house septic smelled like it was leaking-luckily we couldn't smell it from our site. 2: I was under the impression that we could back our car up to the tent pad, but it was closer to the other tent site and seemed to encroach on neighbor's space. RV spot right next to ours was too close, and left very little privacy. Awkward!

Beautiful location! Every employee we had interactions with was friendly and helpful except for the lady in the office. She abrupt and unfriendly. Cell phone and internet coverage are not great.

We loved camping in the trees. Very beautiful scenery. We had no grandchildren with us but is a great spot to stay with all the activities for kids.

I know they are under construction, however the raw sewer in the lawn next to the bathhouse was a little to much. Maybe it was only "grey water" But the smell lingered into the bathrooms and showers. We also found it frustrating that the laundry is available 24hrs but they isnt a change machine. And lastly this is the second KOA we've been to where there is a water feature that is closed

Enforcing a quiet time would be nice. We had a loud group next to us who were loud until 2am. Fire pits were too high. Couldn’t even see the fire in them. Also cost of bundles was pretty steep. The events like the Adult Bingo and Tie Dye were pretty pricey. One of the activities offered l should not cost anything to the campers. I can see charging $1 for Bingo but $3 is too much.

Site had plenty of space, that's it. All restrooms (but main office) were disgusting and full of bugs, all weekend. Playground has not been maintained in 3 years. Could not access dump station due to placement of large rocks. Minimal signs on camp roads lead to confusion for other guests. Some staff were very nice, others didn't belong working a customer facing position...

Beautiful clean campground! Patio site did not feel too close to others. Wish the splash pad was open. Enjoyed the 3 pools. Friendly & helpful staff. A challenge: enforce dog leash & poop pick-up rules. Encountered unattended dogs tied on long leashes to picnic tables. I’m afraid of this because I’ve been attacked by dogs dragging a table. Also witnessed dog walkers not picking up poop. Gross!

Overall the experience was okay… some of the amenities we expected were not available or sub par. - floor was dirty when we arrived in the cabin - cabin water smelled terrible - both water slides were down during the week - wifi was unreliable

I was very concerned about my stay considering the recent reviews. Fortunately, we had no issues at all. The spots were nice and roomy. One pool was open when we arrived, and the other opened a few days later. The info re: the pools was posted on the site, and we received an email one week in advance telling us the status, so we knew what to expect. Less busy during the week, which was nice.

Not sure how long you've owned this KOA, but here are pointers we've experienced along the way. If your cabin is for 8 people, then have place settings for 8. Towels washcloths for 8 people, etc. Please spray for mosquitos! In campers we use orange tablets,(TST)can you do that with your holding tanks? Pools were clean, lack of staff no slides or splash pad. Nice shade. Yes, would stay again

We had requested a Patio site but weren't given one on arrival. The extra $ for a patio site were refunded. Office needs to keep up to date with construction progress in the campground. A strong storm knocked out the electricity to the campground for over 24 hours during our stay. We had a generator, so we were able to stay in the park. We enjoyed our stay and will probably return next season.

The sites are very wooded for a KOA. There were pools & a mini-golf. We visited during the week, during VERY high season. The shop closed at 5:00pm. By the time we were looking to purchase firewood and ice, it was closed for the night. I understand that the slides and such were closed because of repairs, but it would have been nice to have the inflatable water slide working during the week.

Lovely. Only things that would have made it better were that the fire pits are too high....they need more sand in them, and it would have been nice to have measuring cups and spoons and a mixing bowl/serving plate in our cabin. I had to mix up the pancake batter in a pot and only had 4 plates, so didn't have anywhere to put the pancakes once I cooked them for my family of 4. Staff was nice!

All the staff in the general store, bar, and on site we're super friendly and helpful. We had a perfect spot that was close to the bathrooms and showers. The bathrooms were clean even smelled good. They also have delicious pizza from the bar. I was extremely impressed with everything this campsite had to offer and I look forward to making more memories here in the future.

Everybody was soo nice. The staff was just as nice. Very family oriented. My kids had a ball. It was very sad/quiet leaving after our labor day weekend. My teenagers and 4 year old begged for us to purchase a seasonal.

The drive in can be confusing, however once you get there it all makes sense. It is one of the nicest KOAs in the country, and believe me I've been to over 20 of them across the Pacifi NW, central and Midwest. Their sites and amenities are top notch. My wife and I enjoyed night walks around the charming permanent neighborhoods and sit by the bonfires at night. Highly recommend this KOA. Not a whole lot to do outside the park like restaurants etc, so come prepared with everything you'll need. Dog friendly park. We were in a 36ft 5th wheel in one of their deluxe sites. We stayed there in August 2022 for 2 nights.
