Absolutely delightful place to stay. Campers of all kinds, from Overland rooftop tents to motorcoach. Staff is friendly and attentive and the facility is well maintained. 10/10!

We had a great time! Our site was nice and shaded. The campstore was super nice and very big! We enjoyed the cooler weather and were able to have fires every night we were there! Thanks for all the help at the front desk Ray and thank you for taking us to our site Thomas!

Lots of stuff to keep the kids occupied

The staff and the pool/store area were very nice, and we enjoyed the snack bar at the pool. However, the grounds are not well kept and are in very poor shape. The grass was long and there were weeds everywhere. We saw lots of staff driving around, but no groundwork was occurring. It would be so simple to have these workers trading off riding around and groundwork. Fix the grounds for 5 stars.

The staff are great and friendly. The Creek / River is a little misleading behind the RV sites. Map show it as a flowing creek. It is not. There need to be some regulations on speed, kids on golf carts etc. It's like a free for all. I'm surprised no one has been hit.

Very well kept and nice campsites. The staff is friendly and they have excellent trash pickup service.

Great campground with friendly staff. Very nice pool complex. Very clean restroom/ showers. We are looking forward to returning in October!

We drove in from Birmingham schedule to stay at another campground. We we arrived we found they only had thirty amp service and we needed fifty amp. We had no adapter for thirty amp service. We decided to go back down the mountain to find another campground. We stopped at KOA hoping they could accommodate us. The staff was able to help and I couldn’t be happier. Plan to stop when we return to Te

I believe this was the nicest campground we have ever visited. The clerks were polite and helpful, the spaces were shaded and the concrete was a great surprise. We just recently got a KOA membership in addition to the first time we had visited a KOA facility. I am most certainly interested in coming back next year with the rest of our family.

This was the nicest campground we have ever stayed at. Surrounded by the mountains it was just beautiful. The grounds were well groomed and spotless. Very clean well maintained showers / restrooms. The staff went above and beyond to assists. It was fun to be able to fish in the stocked ponds. Oh yes - the elk just outside the entrance was a bonus to be able to see so close.

The campground is very nice, pool, store, grounds, etc. I am overall happy with our stay and location of the campground. As for the location of our site I was not so satisfied with. We stayed next to the ponds, I will definitely visit this campground again but will not stay in the pond side. Do to the presence of many fisherman we had absolutely no privacy at our site. Hot tub was also broken.

We've gone to Cherokee the same week for the past 4 years. This is our 5th year going. Nothing but great things to say. Love the campground. Great communication, friendly staff, picturesque views. Great location with lots to do without even leaving the campground. Met other families that travel the same time making each year a reunion of sorts.

I was in cabin 224. It was great! Loved the creek behind it. The. Staff was very nice and helpful. This campground was immaculate and very quiet.I will be back !

it was a great trip I like Cherokee I think you guys should go there sometime you would like it the workers was nice up there in Cherokee I will give the campground 100/100
