Everything was wonderful. Only mention is the Wi-Fi is not good at all. It was packed so probably the problem. Coming back next year!

The people were friendly, but the bathhouses were not kept super clean and I could tell the cabin we stayed in has not had a deep clean due to cob webs covered in dust behind the bed. I wouldn’t mind coming back if I had my own camper.

Everytime I come its always after the checkin time that I get my key. If it was once in a while I i ould understand but its evertime. The camping cabins are minimal cleaning.

Nice cabin, plenty of room, will be back again. The only dislike about this cabin there was no bathroom in cabin.

No problems, check in (after hours) was easy, staff was very nice. Stayed on site 292, my only complaint is the bathhouse closest to 292 could use some updating, and wasn’t very clean.

Only issue was speeding through campground. Seen alot of staff and others telling people slow down. Personally think if your staff seen people speeding faster then 5 mph i think yall should fine the person $50 or $100 dollars that would slow them down. Know yall had send 2 different text while I was there about it

Stay was great, cabin was dirty. There was old candy on the loft with ants, old food and someone's socks under the pulpit couch.

Get the indoor swimming pool fixed and opened. That's one of the perks for this KOA. Improve on the wireless internet.

Wonderful time as always at Cherokee KOA. We go every year for a Halloween. weekend and random weekends throughout the year. The staff is amazing, the amenities, and the lodging. My kids always ask when are we going back, because they always have a blast.

There are no clear campsite numbers. Please insist campers have an escort when setting up AND improve campsite numbers with paint on the roads and signage. It was tiresome getting texts about driving the speed limit when KOA staff buzzed around far faster than 5 MPH. Finally, when sending texts about water being shut off, please indicate the area of the campground impacted. Thanks.

We had a great family time. The cabin including sheets and a bathroom was less to pack. Probably will do it that way again next time it's more than just husband and self. We enjoyed our fires by the cabin and the shower was sufficient as well. Nice not having to walk to the community restroom!

We had an awesome stay, everyone is always so friendly. The park was clean and well decorated for Halloween. Have a lot of activities for children ,as well as adults. we saw was happy faces everywhere.. They have a great manager who keeps everything running smoothly.

We love coming to the KOA. This was our first time coming during Halloween . Our kids had an absolute blast. They enjoyed getting to trick or treat. We definitely plan on coming back next year.

People camping by the bathrooms were drunk all night.The men were peeing on the posts instead of going across to the bathrooms or in their own campers. I did not feel safe at all. Both men & women's bathrooms were unclean & not picked up or checked on frequently. There were plenty of people riding around and picking up trash yet no one cared about the bathrooms, especially on such a busy weekend.

The camp ground is in the perfect area. However the camp ground was not clean. The bathrooms and showers were dirty the whole time we were there. The dog poop trash cans were never emptied. Very disappointed.

It was excellent! We are retired but we loved the Halloween decorations and all the kids and families enjoying themselves. The gentleman on the golf cart slowing traffic down was exceptionally nice. He had darker skin and a black beard. He was soooo nice!

Such a nice campground. Staff is friendly. Sites are a nice size and clean. Campground offers many amenities. Store is well stocked.

All if the employees I spoke with were very helpful and nice. I like the text message option that they used for important updates. The campground was clean and decorated with fun Halloween decorations

Very nice park with a lot of amenities especially for kids. Cabins could use some work as there is a Crack at the bottom of the door that let's in cold air when it's cold outside, kind of defeats the purpose of heat. Also, the bathrooms could use more heat especially when it's very cold outside and you need a shower. Other than that everything was great.

We go every year in October. We try to stay for 3 weeks , but our sites (3 separate sites) were not available for that long, but we were fortunate to get 3 weeks booked for next year.

Rented two cabins, both gas grills had no propane and cabins had not been cleaned very good. For the price, not very good, someone needs to get house keeping doing a better job, not happy with what I paid for two cabins.

The GM did not accommodate my stay to make it manageable, asked for a set of silverware, she said no, I was so shocked at her attitude, we also asked for a larger cabin, they had one available on out last day but she said no to that, the cabin was miserable, the rudest GM I've ever seen at this location, hopefully she will not be there when we revisit

We had a great visit. One area of improvement is cleaning the showers and toilet areas more often. Rainy weather made that harder. Listing site numbers at intersections would help with folks arriving late; it is hard to see site numbers in the dark, even with the map provided. Thank you for a great time.

The women’s bathhouse was non working and some of the individual stalls were dirty. The indoor pool was non working during our October stay which was highly unfortunate as it is the reason why we’re booked this campground.The cafe post on the app stated they were open on Sundays but it wasn’t. While overall we liked the area these small details make a difference w small kids in tow

We stayed at premium tent at site 45. One of the benches at the fire ring is broken. There is no covering over the picnic table and there is no patio. Other premium sites had these options, ours did not. Something to be aware of; The water spigot is very close to the tent pad causing a mud puddle to form when doing dishes. Otherwise our stay was fun and the staff at the KOA was excellent.

Really enjoy the quiet setting. Close to town for shopping and groceries. Tons of things for kids to do. Convenience store open 9-5 if needed

This place is great our cabin was clean and neat.(except for the stink bugs) Plenty of places to fish if you want to Always someone doing something to keep the camp ground clean

Wwe stayed in a cabin. Cabin was nice, alittle small. The mattresses were less than desirable. Overall and great place to stay!
