My family and I love this campground and plan to return every year we can. This was the second year we’ve stayed and it was just as wonderful as the first.

Area was beautiful! Great view of the river, pool was nice, very relaxing and we had some great fun fishing!

Our stay was good.... although I have some recommendations....I would like TV in all rooms.....also the shower head was a bit to forceful for the younger ones...it was like bees biting you....the pressure was great just change the shower head .....overall it was a good time for all ...staff was friendly and helpful....see you again

We rented the 2 bedroom cabin. The camp ground was great, fishing and pool. The cabin was less than desirable for the cost. Water was turned off on arrival. I was able to turn it on no problem. Massive water leak at the connection. Smell of mold, floor was sagging and air conditioning was lacking. In general we have enjoyed the cabins before but this unit was not in the best connection.

The bathrooms were in very rough shape with a broken shower and cleanliness was poor. The pool deck was very slippery due to green algae. The store closed a bit early at 5pm. There was very poor drainage and we had a lake at our campsite after a light to moderate rainfall. Everything else was nice.

Love this koa. Outdoor fire pit by river needs repaired. Need game pieces to the outdoor cornhole ping pong rope throwing game etc Great place but needs up keep on things like that.

Overall the stay was good, i will say the bathrooms were a little on the nasty side. all and all a good trip! make sure to watch out for kids riding around on bikes and such!

We love this place! Return stay. Kids activities included jump pad, gem sifting, caterpillar train, playground, pool and hot tub. Our cabin was clean, on the water, and had all needed items. We'll be back next year!

Clean bathrooms and showers, great amenities and fun activities, AC kept us cool while sleeping. Kind staff. Our neighbors directly across would yell and scream at eachother all hours of the day, which was a but disturbing but its out of KOAs control. We still had a blast �

We arrived after hours, easily found check in info by the office door. Cabin was near bath house and laundry. Cabin, bathroom/showers and laundry were always clean. Even with campground being busy, it was still quiet and peaceful. Lots to do within the campground. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We can't wait to go back in the fall.

Store needs to be open until 8:00pm. Cafe needs to be open 7 days a week between Memorial Day and Labor Day. So many cabins crammed in that parking for them wasn’t planned very well. All of our cabins needed filters changed on the AC.

We love this campground and had a wonderful time however I don’t understand the cafe only being open Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Also wish the pool and hot tub stayed open til at least 10pm. Closing at dusk seems too early.

We rented a deluxe cabin, and it was nice, but several things ruined our stay. The wifi connection was terrible. None of us were able to stream from our phones or the tv. There was no toilet paper. At peak times, there was no hot water. The room with the bunks had bugs so we had to leave early. They gave us a refund, but we would rather have had the vacation we planned. So disappointed.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our stay was great with no complaints except when we first arrived at our cabin, the floor was very sticky from a spill and needed to be mopped. Our shoes stuck and made noises over the whole floor. The bathroom smelled like urine. We bought a mop and cleaner, cleaned the toilet and bathroom floor and mopped the whole cabin floor and resolved both issues.

We’ve seen a decline in facilities and services. Kids programs no longer happen on weekdays. Store hours cut. Our cabin L226 smelled of sewer gas. Plumbing is not vented properly and vents through the sink. Indoor pool is closed. The unused floor vents are filthy. Ceiling fan caked with dust. Freezer clogged with ice. Frig was dirty. Ac and heat worked great. Beds were clean and comfortable.

The campground itself is well maintained. The Deluxe Camping Cabin provided plenty of room and was situated on the river. Unfortunately, we had to do quite a bit of cleaning when we arrived. There were potato chips underneath the sleeper sofa and sporadic ants. The air conditioner in the bedroom was coated in dust. Upon removing the filter screen, it was absolutely disgusting. I cleaned it!

Our 6th year coming from Florida. This year, we needed 2 cabins and the staff was great at coordinating to make sure we were as close as possible. We’ll be back next year!

My day was fantastic. The staff and everybody that worked with their fabulous people. I enjoy the scenery. I was misled a little about the access to the river for fly fishing, but that’s OK. I really had a great time and the trout are all so tasty.

The staff was great . Sara(Mgr) was amazing. However the cabins could use a deep cleaning . The ceiling fans were absolutely filthy, the AC units too. I cut the AC on in the bedroom and black nasty chunks of dust blew all over the bed every single time . The bottom right drawer in the frig was broken . The lights above the bed were rip out of the wall with electrical wires exposed.

I stayed in cabin 249. The cabin was ok but the grass was so long my 14 month old son could not play in the grass. The grass on most of the campground needed to be cut. The store closed at 6pm even when they told us they would be open until 8pm. I believe the bathrooms were only cleaned 1 time the whole time I was there ( 5 days ) The bathrooms should be cleaned 2 times a day.

We have been coming to this KOA since 2002 and the last 2 years have been really bad. We have had ants in 2 cabins, bedbugs twice, we found wrappers under our bed (cabin 253). The cabins are not being cleaned properly, the grounds are not being taken care of. Bathrooms not cleaned. It has been so bad over the last 2 years that we found another camp ground that we will be staying at from now on

Very nice clean campground, great pools, not far from Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge areas, just be sure to verify your stay with email confirmation.
