When our space flooded with over night rains, the staff was very accommodating and allowed is to move to a new and upgraded site. They were all very friendly.

Campground was in a great location, however, the quiet hours were not followed. It was loud, kids riding golf carts blowing horns, loud music sometimes until 2:00 am. I will probably not go back due to this. I enjoy my peace and quiet while camping especially after 10:00 pm at night.

Nice site on the river, with trees and views of the mountains. (motorhome with full hook-ups) Friendly staff, great amenities and huge camp store with nice gifts/souvenirs. Would definitely stay here again.

We came in and checked in, got set up. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds. We did not experience any issues with customer service but come friends did. Overall very pleased and may be back soon if not next summer

you no longer have crafts for the kids. For years there were crafts everyday. You no longer do that its important to the kids and to adults.

Nice place to explore the area. Holiday weekend so the park was full. Lots of unsupervised children riding ebikes and scooters. Several rode behind the RV as I was trying to back in. Campground is dark and lots of bikes after dark with no lights.

This was the worst stay we have had there in regard to amenities. The pool was disgusting. There were bugs and such floating all over the top and the water was cloudy and gross. I did not get in, but the kids and people around us said it was slimy feeling. Somebody said one of the workers said it was due to the number of people in it. Get a professional and shock it nightly and use a skimmer!

The campground has great amenities and activities, especially for families. Our site wasn't cleaned from the previous guests, and our after-hours check-in map was missing. With no cell service, it was difficult to get help. The staff was very friendly. Suggestions: extend store hours and post daily events more clearly. Overall, a good stay with room for improvement.

Camp ground was just ok. Nothing special. Cost was way too much for what was offered so the value was poor. The grass needed to be cut and it had clumps of grass piled up from the last cut. The comfort station was not very clean. No toilet paper in one stall and no soap in the sink dispenser when I first used it early in our stay. They did refill both items later in the stay.

We had a mix up on our vacation plans , so we called on Saturday before the 4th of July week and they had a spot for us. A perfect spot in the back in the shade. Thank you for saving our vacation. Definitely will be coming back

The staff they had was nice but they didnt have enough to do some activities. The camp store was stocked very nicely and the food was great. We had a good stay

Great amenities, great layout, beautiful location. The only negative is that the bathrooms could have used more frequent attention- men’s restroom at one point went over 24 hours with no hand soap.

Great location. Lots to do. Away from loud traffic and nice pretty level spots. Very dog friendly though we don’t have a pet. The only thing is that kids were out at all hours. Just have to watch for them if you come in late

When we first arrived the spot we were placed in (23) only had one hookup for power on the pole and it was already being used by 8. Due to this, we had to move our camper down to 21. Not a major deal, just a little bit inconvenient in the heat. Being a holiday weekend, quiet hours were not honored and there were some issues with other guests, but overall, a great stay and we would stay again.

The cleanness of the bath house has really went down hill. Everyday the women’s bath house #2 was out of toilet paper & same qtip and tooth brush cap was in the common bathroom shower area from the day we arrive until we left showing they had not been cleaned. It summer should be activities every day not just in the weekends our kids looked forward to the activities & was very disappointed.

I enjoyed my stay. I used it as a base camp to hike and fish. The camper next to me had a sewer leak. I came by the office, but no one made them fix it. Also the grass and weeds hadn’t been cut while the rest of the camp had been. Kids just rode their bikes and scooters wherever they wanted as fast as they wanted.

The campsite and surroundings are beautiful. The sanitary facilities are dirty and hygiene standards are poor.

The staff were very courteous and responsive. The camp store and swimming pool area were great. The rest of the campground needed mowing and landscaping improvements. Way too many kids zipping around on electric bikes and scooters and cruising on golf carts late at night with music playing. My site was close to a pond and smelled like dead fish. Kids walked through my site on the way to bb court.

Ideally, cafe at the outdoor pool should be open every day during summer. Disappointed to learn only open Thurs-Sat. If budget only allows cafe to be open for 3 days each week during summer, it should be Friday through Sunday (IMO).

The campground was beautiful. The sites were spacious so we did not feel like we were on top of our neighbors. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the building was clean and organized. We will most definitely camp there in the future.

Great campground for kids! Recommend you purchase a tube and tube down the rocky stream that runs parallel to the campground. Mingo Falls is a short walk from the campground. The pool is nice for wading in since it is only 4 feet deep now. Bathrooms are clean and there are plenty of showers! Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was great. I suggest you do not allow e-bikes. All age drivers of e-bikes drove fast. Faster than most vehicles and faster than golf carts.

This KOA my kids really like due to amenities and kids activities that are held. My rating is based off of how clean the bathrooms were for the entire weekend. Every time we used the restroom/ bath houses there was nastiness on the toilets, we would check stalls and there would be no toilet paper. Never saw a cleaning crew all weekend clean any of the facilities.
