Only issue was speeding through campground. Seen alot of staff and others telling people slow down. Personally think if your staff seen people speeding faster then 5 mph i think yall should fine the person $50 or $100 dollars that would slow them down. Know yall had send 2 different text while I was there about it

Get the indoor swimming pool fixed and opened. That's one of the perks for this KOA. Improve on the wireless internet.

There are no clear campsite numbers. Please insist campers have an escort when setting up AND improve campsite numbers with paint on the roads and signage. It was tiresome getting texts about driving the speed limit when KOA staff buzzed around far faster than 5 MPH. Finally, when sending texts about water being shut off, please indicate the area of the campground impacted. Thanks.

We had an awesome stay, everyone is always so friendly. The park was clean and well decorated for Halloween. Have a lot of activities for children ,as well as adults. we saw was happy faces everywhere.. They have a great manager who keeps everything running smoothly.

We love coming to the KOA. This was our first time coming during Halloween . Our kids had an absolute blast. They enjoyed getting to trick or treat. We definitely plan on coming back next year.

People camping by the bathrooms were drunk all night.The men were peeing on the posts instead of going across to the bathrooms or in their own campers. I did not feel safe at all. Both men & women's bathrooms were unclean & not picked up or checked on frequently. There were plenty of people riding around and picking up trash yet no one cared about the bathrooms, especially on such a busy weekend.

The camp ground is in the perfect area. However the camp ground was not clean. The bathrooms and showers were dirty the whole time we were there. The dog poop trash cans were never emptied. Very disappointed.

It was excellent! We are retired but we loved the Halloween decorations and all the kids and families enjoying themselves. The gentleman on the golf cart slowing traffic down was exceptionally nice. He had darker skin and a black beard. He was soooo nice!

Such a nice campground. Staff is friendly. Sites are a nice size and clean. Campground offers many amenities. Store is well stocked.

We go every year in October. We try to stay for 3 weeks , but our sites (3 separate sites) were not available for that long, but we were fortunate to get 3 weeks booked for next year.

Awesome stay, absolutely beautiful area, only knock would be how tight together the sites are. But we would definitely come back

We had a great visit. One area of improvement is cleaning the showers and toilet areas more often. Rainy weather made that harder. Listing site numbers at intersections would help with folks arriving late; it is hard to see site numbers in the dark, even with the map provided. Thank you for a great time.

The women’s bathhouse was non working and some of the individual stalls were dirty. The indoor pool was non working during our October stay which was highly unfortunate as it is the reason why we’re booked this campground.The cafe post on the app stated they were open on Sundays but it wasn’t. While overall we liked the area these small details make a difference w small kids in tow

Campers were very loud and rowdy too many people in campsite. Campsite crowded most camp sites filled Lots of children and events for them to enjoy Not many people fishing. Not many fish caught If you want plenty of people around this campground is for you. Not relaxing at all.

HAD A GREAT STAY! ALL MOVING VEHICLES SHOULD HAVE TO ADHERE TO THE 5 MPH SPEED LIMIT. KIDS ON MOTORCYCLES/E-BIKES, SCOOTERS, ETC. TRAVELING AT HIGH RATE OF SPEED! CHILDREN EVERYWHERE, IT ISN'T SAFE. ALSO, WE COULD NOT REBOOK OUR CABINS FOR NEXT YEAR BEFOER WE LEFT, SOMEONE HAD RENTED THEM BEFOER WE HAD OPPORTUNITY. THE POLICY HAS ALWAYS BEEN YOU COULD REBOOK BEFORE YOU CKD OUT!

Had a great time with grandkids. I would have rated the highest if it weren't for the kids allowed to dangerously fly up and down the road in the campground. We saw a gas powered mini bike & 4 wheeler. High powered electric motorcycles were literally drag racing in front of our camper. The campground speedlimit is 5mph for a reason. Definitely be back once more but not if this isn't addressed.

Great camping. Office hours not sufficient for a full campgroup. Should stay open. Until 7 pm during busiest times. Wood over priced. $10 a bundle. Twice the cost of everybody else.

Everything was great except for the mix up on the campgrounds end in posting on Facebook book the Halloween schedule for Saturday that was way off for the costume contest. This resulted in us missing it because it actually occurred earlier than advertised which was a huge disappointment as we had a lot of effort into the costumes. I would have given a 5 star rating if it were not for this.

Been there many times, dirtiest bathroom and showers i have ever seen. 2 of them stunk of urine with toilet paper strung across floors that stayed the whole 3 days of our stay.

Great campground! I would like to see some fall activities that are not Halloween related - pumpkins, harvest, etc. Not all kids like scary Halloween related activities.

I’m very disappointed as I have come here for years. Bathrooms were extremely dirty, out of toilet paper and soap. And my card was charged extra for a charge I did not authorize. Iv been going here for 15+ years and they have gone downhill. I would not recommend.

The only complaint I have is that under aged drivers were driving golfcarts and children were riding bicycles at night with no lights on them. There was a young adult riding a dirt motorized bike every night night after dark without lights too—very dangerous.

This by far has always been our favorite place to go RV'ing. My daughter and her family always RV next to us and it is so enjoyable and relaxing. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful in making our stay the best

I've stayed here twice. Last year was very nice. This year was NOT WORTH THE MONEY ! Every night until 1-2 am kids were on their bikes yelling, someone playing loud music and cars driving through the empty space next to me. THE RULES ARE NEEDED but are useless without enforcement. I spent a lot of money for a campsite I could have had in a much cheaper location. As of now I won't be back.

Great stay even with the rainy weather. Kids still got to trick or treat and enjoy activities. No matter what the weather is or what’s going on we always have the best time in Cherokee. We will keep coming back every October for the Halloween festivities.

Due to rain the haunted house was canceled but when the rain stopped they didn't try to reschedule or give a discount.

Really enjoy the quiet setting. Close to town for shopping and groceries. Tons of things for kids to do. Convenience store open 9-5 if needed

This place is great our cabin was clean and neat.(except for the stink bugs) Plenty of places to fish if you want to Always someone doing something to keep the camp ground clean

Wwe stayed in a cabin. Cabin was nice, alittle small. The mattresses were less than desirable. Overall and great place to stay!
