Bugs � n the cabin. The floor was very sticky. The couch had two busted cushions. Cabin door was very hard to open.

This was our 1st time at this campground. We had an amazing time with family. So peaceful and relaxing. Our cabin was on the river with a nice view. The campground is nice and clean as well as our cabin. Staff is very nice and helpful! Easy check in and check out process. Loved the coffee truck as well!! Lots of fun things for the kids to do. We will be back!

We rented a cabin and tent site. Everything was clean down to the bathrooms. The only problem was the cabin was on one end and tent on the other

Put in the same cabins again along the fishing bank. Looked to me like there were plenty of empty cabins here. But online says differently. Ordered firewood. Not delivered. Had to go by office. New pool area is nice but dirty. Seems like filtration is off skimmers not working. Pool area has limited seating I was disappointed for a new pool area. Hot tub not working and loaded with kids.

Everything was great but the cabins themselves are not very clean. I know we are camping, but the fans are covered in dust and the bathrooms have mold in the corners as well as the shampoo/conditioner/body wash containers are very moldy. All staff were amazing. Overall our stay was excellent.

Reasonably priced, great friendly environment around the property. Surrounded by mountains, one of the most beautiful. Friendly helpful personale to answer all your questions. Plan on coming back.

Enhanced cabin 103 isn't.....cabin to close to other 2. Only thing your paying for is a little bigger refrigerator. A/C worked on and off.

We have stayed twice and we will be staying again . Love the environment and the staff is friendly and helpful and will joke with you .best place for kids and adults.

We stayed in a cabin that needed to be cleaned on the outside - the inside was clean but the outside needed much attention. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Stayed in cabin 513 very nice. I neglected to tell staff the filter needs cleaning. Third time staying here always enjoyed.

The Campground is amazing, Clean quiet. The only issue I saw was 2 gentleman arrived Friday afternoon and had their Dog that was large and would Bark at everyone and sounded like he was going to tear you apart, they Chained him to the post on the cabin and left him like that for the entire weekend meaning he was outside Day and Night and they never walked him either.

The cabin itself was clean but very ran down air conditioner was very musty smell furniture all torn up fridge had broken missing pieces outside fire pit really just had 2 wooden benches no chairs. Love the stay but could use some work on the cabin doors needs to be sanded down at the bottom to open easier and the screens on the screen door so the bugs don't come in and one other thing to fix the cable wire out side the cabins to keep anyone from falling over it,hope to see you soon .thanks Mr Rodger moore

This campground was full of great activities from the pool, jumping pillow, and reservable items. We had a cabin that was right by the river so hearing the water flowing was peaceful and helped me forget all my stressors. Sadly we had to have a short stay but I definitely want to come back.

I wasn't as thrilled this year as years past. The cabin price was $100+ more than previous years and was smaller compared to same model I've stayed in and had a few problems. The indoor pool was also closed on the rainy weekend without any previous knowledge. If all amenities aren't accessible we should get a discount, esp a pool if it's raining. Most Staff are always great, but 1 had attitude.

I was in cabin 255, the parking situation back there is ridiculous & telling all the cabins they can park wherever causes issues with everyone back here. If yall are going to do activities with the chance of rain I recommend building a place to do your activities out of the rain. We come Memorial Day weekend & have for years but this year was pitiful and we probably won’t be back cause of it

We had a great time in Cherokee! We stayed in cabin 509 and the only things that would have improved the stay would be for the bathroom vent fan to be fixed and remove the poison ivy from the sycamore trees at the patio. There was also quite a bit of poison ivy at the fenced patio below cabin 502. Lamps would be a nice addition.

This was our first time staying at a KOA campground, and we absolutely loved it. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. We rented a cabin with upgraded amenities, which was basically a glorified tent, and it was perfect. We will definitely visit this campground again!

Cabin a bit worn down. Indoor pool and spa closed for renovations. Memorial Day festivities advertised as much more than what they were (kids circling the campground on their decorated bikes /scooters)

I really enjoyed having the heated pool that stayed open despite the weather. It was game changer not having to keep the kids couped up in the cabin. Definitely one of the best KOA stays

We had a great time at this KOA. Everyone was so nice. Our cabin was so cute and clean. The grounds were really clean and nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The people working in the store and the cafe were so sweet. We will definitely be back soon.

Everything was great. My only complaint was the porch swing was old & broken. When you have kids that’s not good. It’s not safe and they want to swing.

At check-in, we asked to upgrade to a cabin with A/C, but were told they were 100% booked to capacity (on a Thurs night). But when we woke up the next morning, there were unoccupied cabins with A/C all around us. Our cabin also didn’t have a porch swing, like most do. The campground itself was very nice . They cabin and the washroom were clean. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there but they had the game room open . The only not great thing was that one of our mattresses must have had bed bugs . I got a lot of bites on my arms.

My family and I absolutely love Cherokee/Great Smokies KOA. We have stayed here many times and plan to visit many more! The staff is friendly and informative of the local area. The campground is well maintained and cleanliness throughout. There is always something going on for the kids and adults alike. A great place to relax and enjoy the company of your family and other campers!

We arrived on Friday afternoon and we were not able to get in the cabin until 4. The staff said that we were allowed to use all the properties amenities until the cabin was ready, which was awesome! The cabin was ready at 4 and we were very impressed with how clean the cabin was, the bed and couch were both comfortable. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay and looking forward to coming back soon!!!

I have been cheated two years in a row on my reward points. Last year I made reservations and did my deposit. Got there they said my card was old but a new for forty bucks save 60 bucks. Why did the reservation not cover it??? This got reservations in December paid in full. Got there said they gotten check me with rewards on it so took them off then same crape my card was not good so you owe 100
