Keeps getting better. We've been coming here since around 2008 and it keeps us coming every year. Very clean and people are so friendly and helpful. We booked for October when we left yesterday.

Really enjoyed the entire stay. Most of all were the geese and their fledglings. They were so cute prim and proper. LOL!

Beautiful campground, and a very peaceful stay! From an easy check in by very friendly associates to a clean, level site, fun Mother’s Day activities, spotless bathrooms and showers, nice laundry facility and close to restaurants in town, Cherokee KOA offers it all and we loved our 4 night stay (our third visit). Solid 10/10. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the GSMNP!

Great stay. Only problem was neighbor with blinking red white blue green lights all night line.??? Need a rule on that. Had a good time anyway.. thanks

We arrived after closing time and found that we had been assigned a different cabin than I had requested at my reservation. I called the after hrs#and the manager, Teresa, took care of things right away. All staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Many upgrades have been done. Campground looks great. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks KOA staff!

My screen door did not shut did not have a latch on it to lock it at night. Whoever put that screen door up was not a carpenter. It does not shut. It does not fit the door go look the hairdryer did not work the night light did not work and I also didn’t have no clock at all in the cabin And then they need to put some mixing bowls in there. Thank you.

This campground is absolutely beautiful and the staff is super friendly. My only suggestion would be adding a light to the dog park. Other than that, it is perfect!!!

The screen door did not fit the front door at 5:05 didn’t shut or lock latch lock the hairdryer did not work. Neither did the nightlight on my hairdryer and did not have no clock in the cabin at all, and they could use some bowls for mixing, but that front door screen was awful and I don’t even know who put that door on, but was not no Carpenter it didn’t shut was not happy about that

We came up for my bday and Mother’s Day. We camp a lot n koa is our weapon of choice and this koa didn’t disappoint clean bath houses good grief they were clean. All the employees were awesome and kind Wyatt was awesome he told us all about local places to visit and actually talked to us and answered questions. The camping cabin was perfect don’t assume that’s just an ac in that cabin go e

We had a great trip. We stay every year from Mother’s Day and always have enjoyed our stay. People are helpful and very nice. Would recommend too many.

Way over priced, deluxe cabins were more like a cheap hourly hotel room. Kitchen faucet would not turn off, had use main water cutoff to turn it off. Large gaps around outside door that bugs keep using. Toilet seat with cigarette burns. Lights above bed didn't work, missing drawers from furniture. Floor was uneven and.pulled apart with large gaps. Have not been in over 4 years. Has greatly improved. Still has a way to go. Need to pave the roads and put fold down seats in the women's showers along with a rail because of the slipping and slope of the floor. Was a yearly trip for my mom and myself. Will try to go again.

Great stay for 5 nights. There has been lots of improvement made to this place. Bathrooms were clean and much improvement from last stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I can't wait till next stay!

Stayed in a small cabin for couple days. Enjoyed it, the only thing I wish you had was a place to wash a couple pots and pans we used to cook with. Thanks,

Very scenic, pretty park. Lots to do, especially if traveling with children. The indoor pool complex is dated and could use a remodel.

You moved us to a smaller cabin. The cabin was not adequate because it didn’t have the kitchen setup that our original booking was supposed to have. It also was not pet free. The queen bed mattress was horrible and was completely worn out and needed replacing. The shower curtain was moldy. Old rat trap was left under the kitchen counter. The gutter downspout was missing.

it was perfect! The campground is so close to so many things to do, it's quite, and beautiful. We plan on going back next year since we didn't have enough time to do all the things we wanted to do.

This time was disappointing. 1) We arrived at 3:30ish and were told, in no uncertain terms, check-in was 4:00pm. No exceptions. No explanation. Bad customer service. 2) Water main pipe burst and we had no water as of Sunday morning through check out. We were refunded 2 nights OR offered another cabin. Moving wasn't feasible. It really should be made a priority to fix the issue w/in 24 hrs.

Camp staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Campground was very well maintained. Outside the town limits, but easy to get to. I would only suggest more info on sites. I would have opted for a different site type had I known what was offerred? Regardless, I'll definitely be back.

Very nice campground. Clean restrooms and showers were very appreciated. The staff was great on accommodating some reservation changes. Great experience.Only 1 suggestion, putting some chairs in the cabins. Even folding padded chairs, that could easily be stored against or hanging on a wall, would be better than sitting on a bed

Really enjoy the quiet setting. Close to town for shopping and groceries. Tons of things for kids to do. Convenience store open 9-5 if needed

This place is great our cabin was clean and neat.(except for the stink bugs) Plenty of places to fish if you want to Always someone doing something to keep the camp ground clean

Wwe stayed in a cabin. Cabin was nice, alittle small. The mattresses were less than desirable. Overall and great place to stay!
