Our cabin was in a very nice area near the little creek flowing into ponds. It was clean and as described when booked online. Restrooms and showers were also kept clean during our stay.

Overall stay was wonderful, friendly staff. The cabin crew need to clean a little better especially when previous travelers had pets. The pull out couch had pet hair all in the mattress/sheets. Windows was super dirty as well. Other than that the overall stay was wonderful.

Very nice campground. We were only in for an overnight, so didn't use the pool or other amenities, but clean campground.

2 bathroom stalls not sufficient for the amount of sites/cabins near it. Always filthy.

Bugs � n the cabin. The floor was very sticky. The couch had two busted cushions. Cabin door was very hard to open.

This was our 1st time at this campground. We had an amazing time with family. So peaceful and relaxing. Our cabin was on the river with a nice view. The campground is nice and clean as well as our cabin. Staff is very nice and helpful! Easy check in and check out process. Loved the coffee truck as well!! Lots of fun things for the kids to do. We will be back!

Very pretty park right on the nat’l park boundary. Lots of activities for kids. The staff was very accommodating, rearaging things to get all three of our familiy’s RVs close together.

If you are looking for a quiet stay, this is NOT it. If you are looking for speeding cars, golf carts, bikes, and scooters from early til way into the night, you've found your park. The MOST disappointing speeding vehicles were the many park golf carts driven by folks in KOA-yellow clothing. The "leashed pets" rule was also broken by many campers; we were rushed by barking dogs several tim

Me and my family had such a great time! It was even better than I had originally expected. There was something fun for my 5 year old son to do all day every day there. His favorite part about the stay was the Dino bike ride, and the bounce pillow! I won’t Lie I felt like a kid again myself between the wet and wild train ride and riding the Dino bikes with him! Thanks for an awesome weekend!

Great campground! They've made a lot of improvements over the 10 years we've been coming here. Love the "pet" sites with a large fenced area so you don't have to set up your pen. The Raven Fork River running along the campground boundary is great for fishing or just enjoying the sound of the rushing water.

I HAVE BEEN STAYING AT THIS LOCATION FOR NEAR 15 YEARS SERVICE IS GREAT HOWEVER THE FEES ARE GETTING OUT OF HAND CALLING ON THE PHONE TO UPDATE OR CHANGE A RESERVATION IS A JOKE --I CALLED 6 TIMES TO ADD A NIGHT TO ARRIVAL AND GAVE UP

We had one of the buddy sites, and loved it. There was so much to do, or nothing at all if you wanted. Property and facilities were clean and in good working order. It's kind of in the middle of nowhere, but that's what we wanted.

We rented a cabin and tent site. Everything was clean down to the bathrooms. The only problem was the cabin was on one end and tent on the other

Put in the same cabins again along the fishing bank. Looked to me like there were plenty of empty cabins here. But online says differently. Ordered firewood. Not delivered. Had to go by office. New pool area is nice but dirty. Seems like filtration is off skimmers not working. Pool area has limited seating I was disappointed for a new pool area. Hot tub not working and loaded with kids.

Everything was great but the cabins themselves are not very clean. I know we are camping, but the fans are covered in dust and the bathrooms have mold in the corners as well as the shampoo/conditioner/body wash containers are very moldy. All staff were amazing. Overall our stay was excellent.

Reasonably priced, great friendly environment around the property. Surrounded by mountains, one of the most beautiful. Friendly helpful personale to answer all your questions. Plan on coming back.

Enhanced cabin 103 isn't.....cabin to close to other 2. Only thing your paying for is a little bigger refrigerator. A/C worked on and off.

We enjoyed our stay, and the campground was very nice and well maintained. We were disappointed, however, that the indoor pool was closed all week for renovations (although no work was done the entire week we were there). Also, we made rsvps for 4 families (via phone call) w/ 2 campsites and 2 cabins and we were spread very far apart which was very inconvenient.

Bathouse we used not clean and needed attention. Outdoor pool clean well maintained. Abundance of activities for kids! Pet pen at our site spacious, maintained, clean. See y'all again soon!

This was the PERFECT Smoky Mtn getaway! Being on the south side of the park meant needing to drive back thru for most things, but it was so worth it to be in a quiet town and a fun campground. The amenities were awesome and our cabin was great. The only (very minor) bummer was the hours for the office. 9-5 meant we never made it up there since we got out early and got in after that every day we were there.

This is my favorite camping spot when we go to Cherokee and the Smokey mountain area! It's a little further north from the main town part of Cherokee but it's nice and peaceful! Theres a river around the campground and it's nice to go and explore! The rv spots are nice and spacious with most having a small lawn area with room for chairs and such! There's also a few extra things like a small playground, bounce pillow, and a pool! Unfortunately last time when I went the pool was down for maintenance but it was definitely cold enough to not want to swim anyway! The koa is in nice distance of the Smokey mountains and a few other waterfalls!

Been coming to this location since I was a kid. Changed a lot but for the better and love it. Definitely will be coming back and bring friends to enjoy the experience. **make sure the cabin cleaners make sure everything is clean. Animal hair all in the pulpit couch sheets, windows dirty** cabin 228**
