Everything was clean and in very good condition except for the grass around structures, rocks and trees. The grass was cut, but it was very weedy around items. Weed eating needs to be included in the groundskeeping. Other than that, the place was in great shape. Lots of activities for the fall and the sites were a good size. We will come back! Book if looking for a place to camp nearby.

This place is amazing!! It’s super kid friendly and wonderful for the family. The indoor pool and hot tub was very clean and well maintained. The kids stayed in awe with the Halloween decorations and activities. Trout fishing is a MUST and tons of fun. We stayed in a camper and the site was perfect! We had plenty of room and was able to enjoy time as a family without being squeezed in with someo

Very nice KOA, with the exception of the area where the employees reside. Many of the utility boxes need serious repairs and some sites need concrete replaced. On a super positive note, you have Corey, very hard worker who goes above and beyond. Enjoyed our time there and will be back.

The Cherokee KOA was shady and quiet. The sites were well maintained. The staff told us where to expect to see elk and we were not disappointed! Great RV Park.

The campground is located in a pretty mountain valley. Everything is clean and well-kept. Best shower house I've ever experienced in a campground. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool, playground, and bouncing pad. There was a fun fall festival on Saturday night. The WIFI signal was strong. The cable TV didn't work but it may have been an issue with my RV. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed with you since about 2020. We keep coming back because not only is the property site SO BEAUTIFUL with the surrounding mountain & all the big beautiful trees in the campground but there are always new improvements. This year we were impressed to see the ac/heat in the upgraded cabins! That would definitely bring us back in hotter/cooler weather!! Your H'ween decorations are AWESOME

It was a beautiful area and the staff was so friendly!! Great place especially if you have little ones. Only one small problem was no hot water one morning during a shower otherwise I would say excellent stay and we will be back next fall!!

This was our first stay with KOA. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Our cabin was clean and comfortable. We were very pleased and look forward to the next time we can come back!

The cabins are way too expensive! Air conditioner only in one room not bedroom. Nothing to set stuff on while in bathroom. I enjoy camping in my 5th wheel here. Park was decorated very cool for Halloween except babies hung from the fence

We loved the amenities at this KOA. However the sites were fairly close together which normally would not be an issues except that several neighbors were smoking weed the entire stay. Mornings, evenings, nighttime. For a family friendly place this was unacceptable in my opinion.

Your Wi-Fi is the best of all campgrounds, which is particularly important since there is zero cell signal available for our own router/Wi-Fi box. Also, the grounds and facilities are very clean and neat--much appreciated. No negatives at all.

All good except the cabin beds. They were absolutely horrible. I realize it's not the Hilton and obviously didn't have that expectation in a campground cabin, but for the money charged per night I thought it would be at least nothing to worry about. My back is still in knots 2 days later. They were very comparable to what you would expect in a sleeping bag on the ground though.

Perfect location for Great Smoky Mountain park, very peaceful and festive! The fall festival was great and the Halloween decorations were AWESOME!!

Requested pull through on reserv. didn't get it. Change was made with $ increase. Next day I inquired about the change in $ & the person at the desk chalked it up to the tribal taxes. 2 days later Inquired about the 25% off to extend my stay per text rec'd. The $ increased by 50% before the discount was to be applied. Inquired again the next day and the $ went up even more about 60%. RIP OFF

Very pet friendly though the PawPen needed mowing so it would've been easier to clean up and the waste container should be emptied before each new visitor

This is by far the best KOA that I have been to so far. The staff are very friendly and professional. The campground is very clean and easy to get around. Our campsite sat right on the river that was beautiful. I will definitely be back again.

Communication thru text was a breeze adding an extra night to the beginning of our reservation. We checked in late and even had an escort.

The campground is amazing and super well maintained. Your staff is great especially Corey who was super helpful both times we visited. He always goes above and beyond and I always see him working his butt off to make that place great.

Wow! This was our second trip here and I can’t say enough about the awesome experience. Everyone there is so friendly and nice but we have to give a major shoutout to Corey. What an amazing worker you have. If he is not a manager you should promote him immediately. Both times we have been to your Cherokee he has gone above and beyond. He is always positive, helpful and available to lend a hand.

This is one of the great KOAs. Tons of amenities, and the staff really put in a lot of effort. They've decorations for Halloween would out do most cities. Fabulous to see. The location is ideal for visiting Gatlinburg, Blue Ridge Pkwy, Smokies, and Ashville as well as the town of Cherokee

Beautiful setting. Wonderful paved, level sites. Great pool and hot tub. A lot of attractions and hiking very close by. Best laundry of the campgrounds we have stayed at this year.

The swimming pools and hot tubs were very nice and clean . Enjoyed our stay with one exception our picnic table was warped and we were not able to use half of it we noticed several others in disrepair overall though it was a very very nice campground Would definitely come again , close to many outdoor activities and great smoky mountains

We really enjoyed the campground and everything was too notch, except the individual toilets. Those were filthy and reeked of urine, even right after the cleaning person had "cleaned" them. The group bathrooms, however, were very clean.

Absolutely love this campground! So much for my grandchildren to do, just amazing! Clean cabins and campsite, we rented both in our week here. Very accommodating staff, they will help you with just about anything!

Awesome time, spent with my brother. We had a good site on the river. Very peaceful and relaxing. The place was very clean The trout fishing was awesome. Will definitely be back soon

This is a great KOA and camping spot in general! The staff were extremely helpful from pre-arrival to late check-in, and all onsite needs once we were there. We rented a deluxe cabin which was well appointed. The location is just far enough out of downtown Cherokee to be quiet and serene yet just a few minutes drive and you're right at the Oconolufte visitor's center in GSMNP. We requested help with getting a cooking grill grate added to our campfire ring and not only did the office staff kindly request it, but it was already swapped out by the time we walked back to our cabin.
