Pool closed but it's wasn't their fault waiting for health dept inspection

The staff was friendly but there were a few issues. The lady’s restroom in the center of the campground was not attended to for the the entire time we were there. By the end of the day on Monday there were no paper towels and only three of toilets had toilet paper by Thursday morning only two of the toilets had toilet paper and the showers had not been cleaned.

The Boston/Cape Cod KOA is a wonderful campground. They organize activities a couple times a day and always have something for the family. The staff is very friendly and the facilitys are well maintained. We have stayed here twice and will plan another visit soon.

We always have a great time staying at this KOA. The bathrooms are clean, the activities planned are always enjoyable (even if you’re just spectating) and the staff team are courteous and helpful. We cannot wait to see the finished swimming pool area renovation! We will definitely be back this summer!

The bathrooms were disgusting. The whole time I was there the front ones were not cleaned. The showers, toilets, feminine boxes were not emptied. The back bathrooms were not open either.

They didn’t tell us when checking in the bathrooms by the pavilion we’re not open. I waited to use them for a while since there’s a sign saying they close periodically for cleaning. Finally after I couldn’t wait anymore, I went to the main one and asked about the others, where they said it was closed until further notice. Would have been nice to know so I wasn’t waiting about to pee my p

People are exceptional, tent sites would be improved if railroad ties were filled with pea gravel so water can escape in a rainstorm and tents are not flooded.

Even with stormy weather and at the end of the season the staff was friendly, professional and enthusiastic with plenty of Halloween and fall activities for kids and adults

My wife and I had a wonderful time on our honeymoon. The campground was very nice and everyone was so accommodating to our needs. The Halloween festivities were amazing and we enjoyed every moment spent at the grounds. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful time

The tent sites are located in a decent spot with pleasant woods. There is only lawn access which is a real inconvenience.

Great time at the Halloween weekend 10/10-10/12! Lots of fun crafts for the kids, enjoyed the movie, and the jumping pillow is always a huge hit. I do wish the Saturday night Monster Mash was a bit more structured. When we came a couple years ago, there was a dance party with a DJ and we found that to be a lot of fun. And there was a costume parade for all the kids, instead of just golf carts.

Activities have gone down hill. The haunted trail and trick or treating was nice but the monster mash dance was pathetic. The games were the same on each table. Could barely hear the music. Charging to hit a tiny pinata is insane. This campground in going downhill in the last 2 years. Will be staying someplace else next year.

We were pleased with the facilities. The tent campsites were nicely shaded and offered decent privacy from the adjacent site which was nice. We really appreciated the laundry facilities and the washrooms were always nice and clean. The only glitches we noticed were the showers could be better maintained as they leaked and the washrooms didn't have the garbage emptied for the first three days.

Reserved site with power and water. Paid for sure with power and water. Power and water was not available at the site. The neighboring site would not allow access to the post in between the sites. Made it a difficult camp experience for a child with autism who requires night lights. Used lanterns and battery powered lights as backup. Ended up leaving early because, too dark for child.

Todo estuvo muy bien en mi reservacion, lo unico malo fue que no sabiamos que la picina estaria cerrada y luego unas personas en la noche se metieron a querer llevarse nuestra leña, nunca nos habia pasado por lo demas nos encanta acampar.

My family and I had a wonderful time. Very clean!! The Bathroom had heaters!!! The night was very cold!! Wish we could of stayed longer!! Next year definitely!! Thanks to all the staff at KOA for making our family reunion wonderful!!!

It was really clean will laid out and the sites were well taken care of. I ended up saying a second night because there's so much to do in that area and it was nice to know there was a very comfortable place to go back to for the second night. Bathrooms and showers were also very well taken care of.

We had a fantastic time camping at Boston/ Cape Cod KOA! The events and activities offer were excellent and the staff was amazing! The programing personal were friendly and helpful, bathrooms were clean, ice and fire wood deliveries were timely! We can't wait for next year!

Staff member in office was quite rude. Spoke to manger about it. This location needs more staff as the ones there were spread thin and unable to keep up with the cleanliness of the bathrooms and showers.

Activities for the kids was great and lots of things to keep the kids busy. The bathrooms are not clean at all. The campground also had so much litter on the ground. The campground was very noisy with cars driving around all hours of the night.

My tent site was great. The shade was optimal, and it fit my car and tent perfectly with enough room to have a fire going and cooking on the grill. The bathrooms were always tidy. There was plenty of entertainment there for kids and myself included, although the pool was a bit cloudy, but I think that's to be expected with a lot of kids. The campground is huge, and I look forward to next time.

My son had a ball with the hayride and the movie. There were only two things that disappointed us—the mini golf had been removed (one of our favorite activities) and neither of us cared for the tent “platform.” I wasn’t big enough for both our tents and I kept tripping over it.

We stayed in site 712 with our 37' fifth wheel for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was super convenient to take the train into Boston, and driving to Cape Cod, Newport, and Plymouth were a breeze. The RV sites are tight, but it didn't bother us. We were there for the Memorial Day weekend and it got packed, but after everyone cleared out on Monday, we had a little nook to ourselves. The staff interactions were helpful and pleasant. The laundry room is a nice size, with 5 or 6 washers and just as many dryers. A little pricey at $4 per wash and $3 per dry.

I visited KOA Boston/Cape Cod this weekend, and we absolutely loved the experience. The space was cozy and well-organized, the service was exceptional, and we received a very warm welcome. (I can't recall the names of the specific people we interacted with), but we want to thank the entire team. I needed a spot to store my travel trailer and was able to make a reservation with them in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend it—it is very well located.
