We had a blast it was our second year going v for Halloween. We ended up going the weekend of and although the park wasn’t full they still did a great job with the activities and the boo bash. The campers were great for trick or treating and my son loved it. We will be back next year for sure

Very nice stay. The showers were hot, as well as the washing machine and sink to clean dishes. Pet areas were clean and plenty of pet bags to use. I’m just a road traveler, so I only need the basics when stopping into a KOA. I found the campsites filled with Halloween glamour and truly enjoyed viewing all the happy campers and children �

We were very disappointed to learn that the pool was closed this year for the member appreciation weekend. This was our 10th year coming, and as I said before the kids and adults were disappointed. I was told this year a lifeguard is required. We don’t understand why you couldn’t have the usual swim at your own risk sign, no lifeguard on duty. Everything else was great.

Lovely campsite, good facilities and nice sized tent pitches. Good location to the cape and Plymouth town especially.

The stay was terrific. The staff was friendly and very accommodating when we needed something. This is an excellent place to take a family camping, especially if you have little kids who like to stay entertained. The only thing that I didn't like, was the showers because the floor you are supposed to step coming out of the shower were as wet as the shower floor and slippery.

Super loud nighttime parties at the pavilion until 11pm, loud music and noises and our young family had to get to sleep with tons of noise Friday and Saturday evening. The online system does not accept gift cards, and calling KOA they said to pay the deposit via credit card and fix it at check in. At check in they only applied the gift card to the remainder and was left unable to use the card.

I didn’t like that much, because they closed the pool on Sunday all day to clean. There’s another day our time to clean the pool ….. and all clean the pool…. This not right

We really enjoyed our stay at the KOA Middleboro. Lots of activities for the kids, honestly we couldn't even do all of it, there wasn't enough time. Site did have some garbage on it when we arrived. Bathrooms only were cleaned during the day and by the morning they were gross. Pool was closed on Sunday due to "maintenance" but seasonal campers told us they close every Sunday due to staff.

This was the first time my family and I came to your camp site and one of the reasons we chose your site is because of the pool. When we checked in on Saturday the front desk said the pool would be open until 7:30pm but when we got down to the pool we were told due to a lack of lifeguards they would close earlier. Then Sunday the pool never opened. So disappointed.

We booked Boston/Cape Cod KOA for the pool, but left after 23 hours of a 5-day stay. Day 1: pool closed 3 hours early at 4pm due to staffing. Day 2: pool was closed all day with no explanation. The planned activities also fell completely flat. With nothing to do and no working amenities in 90-degree weather, it was a waste of time. Avoid if you want reliable amenities or family fun.

We were extremely frustrated by the ever changing pool hours with the law of 3 lifeguards. It made it very hard to plan as a family. A huge reason we booked was having access to swim and cool off and not having that available with consistent hours was awful.

First we were assigned the smallest tent site even though throughout our stay more than half of the tent sites stayed empty. Bathrooms were dirty, most of the doors would not lock. The pool hours were very inconsistent. I understand needing lifeguards, but you only have to supply them for 2 months a year and your camp can’t even accomplish that? Very inconvenient to your guest. Won’t be back.

It was great! We enjoyed a lot. Bathrooms were clean and dry. One suggestion is to fix the latches on bathroom doors and perhaps provide more lights in the shower stalls.

We had a wonderful stay last weekend. This is our 5th annual father-son trip with 8 dads and 14 boys. We stay at a new location each year. This was the best yet! The pool & splash pad made the weekend! Staff was very attentive and quick to respond with help on all matters. We'll be back!

Campground itself is beautiful, the gift/supply shop is huge, and the staff are very nice. Only recommendation I’d have to is for the bathrooms to be cleaned more often and make sure there’s hot water for showers. Other than that it was wonderful and would definitely come here again.

Loved the community games and area of the camp ground. Bathrooms nice, and the tent sites where tucked back a bit but also still near the middle of the camp grounds.

I booked this campground specifically because the new pool was heavily advertised as open. On Sunday, July 19, with temperatures in the 80s, the pool was closed. The manager said all the lifeguards called out and told me to “ask the teenagers.” No apology, no solution, and no effort to make things right. The splash park was open, but we booked this campground for the pool.

Are camping tent site was dirty and had trash all over it. The site next to us was empty but there was food in garbage everywhere.I was disappointed in the sides but it was a beautiful place to camp.Just need to clean it up

I took three kids camping midweek for two nights. They absolutely loved the pool, riding their bikes, and the activities in pocket park. Cornhole, ladder, golf and basketball equipment was readily available! We had a tent site with electric and water that was shared with a neighbor. The site was well kept and private. There were 2 picnic tables, 1 covered and 1 open and a nice pad for the tent.

This was our first family camping experience and everything was fantastic! The tent site was clean and we appreciated the grate over the fire pit to cook. The bathrooms were very clean. The kids enjoyed biking. And as a family there was an abundance of activities to enjoy together- gaga ball, horseshoes, yard pool, bounce pillow and of course the splash pad/pool area. Can’t wait to come back!

Pool closed but it's wasn't their fault waiting for health dept inspection

The staff was friendly but there were a few issues. The lady’s restroom in the center of the campground was not attended to for the the entire time we were there. By the end of the day on Monday there were no paper towels and only three of toilets had toilet paper by Thursday morning only two of the toilets had toilet paper and the showers had not been cleaned.

The Boston/Cape Cod KOA is a wonderful campground. They organize activities a couple times a day and always have something for the family. The staff is very friendly and the facilitys are well maintained. We have stayed here twice and will plan another visit soon.

We always have a great time staying at this KOA. The bathrooms are clean, the activities planned are always enjoyable (even if you’re just spectating) and the staff team are courteous and helpful. We cannot wait to see the finished swimming pool area renovation! We will definitely be back this summer!

The bathrooms were disgusting. The whole time I was there the front ones were not cleaned. The showers, toilets, feminine boxes were not emptied. The back bathrooms were not open either.

Our first ever RV camping experience and we stayed here. It was wonderful and we will absolutely be back! Amenities were great, campgrounds were clean, general store was super cute and had helpful items we forgot at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Boston KOA! The grounds were clean, our cabin was very clean, and there were so many fun activities for the kids to enjoy. The girl at the front desk was so kind and welcoming! A special shoutout to the lady who was in charge of the crafts and bingo and her husband. They were both absolutely amazing, so friendly and funny, and they really made our stay extra enjoyable! It's the people who make a place special, and the staff here truly made our trip memorable. We had such a great time and would highly recommend Boston KOA to families looking for a clean, fun, and welcoming place to stay. We would absolutely love to come back! ❤️🏕️

We received top quality service from Paul he was the best!there are others I would like to mention Marta. The cabins were great and had everything you needed and if you mention some thing you need as they passed by they would say stay there I will bring it to you, I would highly recommend this sight and I am looking to come back next year
