The cabin Had a weird smell to it. The mattresses were extremely hard.

TV was supposed to be free to air, but could not get it to work - we have Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ accounts, however, could not watch anything due to the very poor internet service - PS - staff was very friendly and efficient!

The campground staff was super friendly and helpful. They were supposed to close the park the week prior to our stay but they called me and asked if were staying as per my reservation back in April. They honored my reservation, and I was very happy because I was visiting my son and grandkids. I'll definitely will recommend this campground to anyone.

As always our cabin was spotless!! It was so relaxing. I look forward to our trips to the KOA every year!! The only negative thing I would have to say is not having the golf cart rentals anymore. My husband is partially disabled and it makes it very difficult for him to get around. We are confined to just staying at the cabin. I have been to different camp sights and they all have carts to rent.

We spent Halloween weekend at KOA. The kids absolutely loved it. So many activities to participate in and always something to do. The trick or treating was perfect for the littles at 5:30pm. Our deluxe cabin was perfect and had all the amenities we were looking for (plates, silverware, towels, linens, grilling utensils). We can't wait to book our next trip!

Stayed in the camping cabin and it was awesome as usual because it rained all day the 2nd day of our stay Not sure I liked having to book for 3 days where my grandsons had school and we wasted a whole day that was paid for

Cabin was nice in a good location. There was trash under the bed from a previous resident and bathrooms were not cleaned one time in the three days that we were there.

We had a great time. Office is fantastic at helping, and knowledgeable about everything, especially Paul! Cabin could really use a good cleaning. Floors, bathroom, everything. The mold on the wood walls needs to be addressed. The kids really enjoyed all the activities!!���

The woman’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Hair everywhere in the showers and all over the bathroom. Toilets not clean at all. I stayed last year and they were a little better. I understand it is a camp site public bathroom but for almost $200 a night it’s not acceptable. Even the walkway leading up to the bathroom door had hair everywhere. I will not be returning.

The cabin was great. My only issue is the plates were dirty and the table had pizza sauce on it and dripping down one of the chairs. Other than that my family had a great time with friends despite the weather.

We stayed on one of the Halloween celebration weekends in a cabin and had a great time! There was so much to do and all the activities were well thought out. I found the text alert feature announcing the various events to be especially helpful. My family and I had a great time and plan to return in the future.

Campground gets 5 stars as always!!! Never disappoints. Clean, there’s always some new updates every time we come so it’s nice to see maintenance always being done. Other campers need to follow the rules and keep pets leashed . At all times when outside . Campground does all they can but ultimately it’s up to owners. Thanks again KOA see you in April!!!!!

The campground was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and the bathrooms were always very clean. The only thing I did not like was the cost of bonfire wood. The bag was $8 and only had 5-6 pieces. A little steep in my opinion but other then that, a great stay :)

We spent a quiet, relaxing few days up in the Highlands. The deluxe cabin was perfect for our needs! We look forward to returning next year.

Great time as always and the staff is very helpful/friendly. However, I was very disappointed that after I booked two cabins together that each cabin was on opposite sides of the KOA from each other. I get it that it is a booking system and you need to optimize space BUT cabins on either side of me were empty the whole weekend.

Nice cabin, stocked with clean towels and linens. Check in was a little crowded and took time, but easy. Parking at the main entrance needs to be better (confusing and no designated areas to park to check in or to run in the store). Quiet, clean grounds.

We stayed last year, loved it so much we returned. We recently stayed at a KOA near Six Flags, unfortunately, did not know we had to pay extra for Linens and towels, and our cabin wasn't cleaned. We also had no propane in our tank. They did fix it but I wasn't a happy camper.

for several years we have rented the same deluxe cabin equiped for cooking, We ordered the same facility again for this year, told we had it, was sent verification listing the kitchen within the cabin's adminnities... but was given a deluxe with no stove and told we never requested that "model" deluxe..we came with food for two days with no stovetop nor pots/pans to cook for our the weekend.

Mr. Dias, we are sorry your cabin did not meet your expectations and we were sold out and unable to move you. Unfortunately, you made your reservation online and did not speak to the office so you received what you booked. Glad to see you have the cabin you want for next year. Happy Camping!

I ask to have the deck & table cleaned out side no one came to do it at check in I was giving the wrong cabin the cabin had spider weds I can tell just the utensils was clean bath room clean bed room cleaned kitchen all kinds of spiders webs

We had a wonderful day Halloween weekend at the middleboro KOA. Every employee was extremely helpful and friendly. I will say however, that one employee delivered our wood very early in the morning and I saw that same employee working the "haunted trail" that same evening at 7 pm. I jokingly made the comment that she was working overtime and that must be a good paycheck. She informed me that she worked her 8-hour shift and then was sent home. Only to return for a second shift without overtime. I recommended that the employees unionize. I think it's really sad that In this day and age, corporate businesses have not caught up with the rest of the country. If you have a good worker you should pay them overtime, not send them home to avoid paying them what they are worth. I hope that will change in the future for KOA employees.

We arrived late, and someone was in our spot (they were nice). A worker came and cleared them out, only for us to discover we were on a hill too steep for our camper. Moved in the morning, ended up next to a guy with 2 large unfriendly dogs on long leads, and he didn't clean up after them. The staff handled this quickly and amazingly Last night was peaceful. We were rushed out of the nearly empty site, but that just got us home quicker. Bathrooms were clean on the 2nd and 3rd nights. Jump pillow was a big hit with the children, who were all well-behaved and quiet. The store was well stocked. Most of the people seem to be regulars and were super awesome. They have regular activities. Overall, we had a great time and hope to visit again. The staff was great.
