I am not sure about this KOA. Drinking, yelling, campfires till 1am, kid shooting a bb gun toward our camper. Showers did not appear to be cleaned daily. I don't think I would stay again. My family talked a few times about how we don't believe it met KOA guidelines and we pick them becasue its KOA.

People’ in the office and property are very nice almost left do to site issue but office took care of that and I hope some day they get rid of the lock in fee I still have many friends that don’t agree with that they say you make a reservation you should not have to pay a lock in fee I agree also but that’s there doing

Our stay was ok we were put in an RV site. Then our neighbor behind us wanted to swear all night. Where my husband asked him to stop which he didn't. Other than that and the showers were not the greatest or having 1 pool for all those campers you would think about adding another pool. Or maybe have an adult swim so everyone can enjoy the pool without being crowded would be great.

This KOA is close to a lot of attractions. We were only 30 minutes to Plymouth. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The bathrooms need to be updated. The pool was great and heated.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had an issue upon arrival with water and they came right away and offered us a solution while they continued to fix the water at our site. Garbage pick up and wood delivery at your site is a nice perk. Bathrooms were clean.

Highlands needed a bit of lawn care (a lot of sites overgrown), site was a little difficult to level in the highlands, highlands was far from everything so bring a bike or golf cart, highlands needs its own bath house, but overall a good campground

We were here in May and loved it. This time, not as much. Super crowded and the staff this time was NOT as friendly. Two staff were super! Manager and one of the outside people were horrible. I would only stay again if it’s early in the season.

Very cold reception. Met at site by assoc. He was not nice. Told office i was pissed when I actually said I was not satisfied. If not for Monica finding me a different site away from your seasonal I would have just left. I have stayed at many KOA across this great country. You have been by far the least enjoyable. This was the rudest staff I have ever encountered at KOA

These spots are extremely small which I can deal with but the koa staff put a very large 5th wheel in the spot next to ours and allowed them to have an extra car which meant they were over flowing into our space we said something and it was never addressed. The kids were riding bikes over and hitting our stuff.The pool was nasty and smelled like feet with hair and all kinds of other stuff in it.

I always love it there. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. I was glad to see the mining station was open. I miss the mini golf though. My granddaughter loved it. I will be back!

They ran into our slide bending it and said they would fix it, never happened told we cannot drive with slide open still not fixed, paid for 1 week and they kicked us out after one day saying we were over the 38 d as you limit so had to have someone come out and help fix slide out. Then we wanted to stay jusy one more night so my husband could have a good night sleep but they called the police

We are thrilled we stayed with KOA for our first camping trip, the kids had a ball as did the adults. We will definitely be returning soon (with bigger water guns!). Thanks again!

Very nice campground. Very helpful staff knowledge regarding taking the commuter rail into Boston. Our site, #188, was next to Highway 44. Lots of road noise. Had to run the fan all night to cover the noise. Not a big deal, but I would ask to be farther away from the road if possible next time.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The KOA is clean and well run however some facilities and amenities are sort of run down. Shower houses need a lot of work. Some sites are very narrow. We upgraded our site type & got a site that was much better and more spacious. We did overhear the staff say they were going to be remodeling this fall. Overall a great stay. Great location for site seeing.

One of several visits we make here every year. We prefer the Highlands because it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the activities. We really enjoyed this spot - H-26. End of the back row. Perfect for our 40’ toy hauler. Looking forward to visiting again in August.

The receptionist at the desk was very rude and not helpful at all. I have been a KOA member for years and stayed at countless campgrounds and Jean was the rudest campground worker I have come across. Absolutely no customer service! The campground itself is ok. Sites are muddy.

Almost everything was really great. The one downer was that big crowds of people were allowed to throw a football around and in the pool to each other, and they were not always good throwers. Myself & granddaughter got hit with the ball. Not good. It also kept non-players confined to one small area of the pool for safety. New Rule: No footballs or hard balls thrown in or around the pool. THX.

We love how many of the spots have shade. We don't love how many of the sites are very unleveled. We love that it's usually quiet. We don't love all the construction that was happening over Fourth of July weekend - seems a very poor time to do construction. It is also highly annoying that speed bumps were installed during our stay. If people don't follow the signage, don't let them back in!

Campground was well kept and looked nice. My issue was the staff provided little support and at times rude towards campers. The whole campground was illuminated at night like Times Square! Way too many lights shining into campers from overhead. I am sorry to say we would never go back.

We stayed in site 712 with our 37' fifth wheel for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was super convenient to take the train into Boston, and driving to Cape Cod, Newport, and Plymouth were a breeze. The RV sites are tight, but it didn't bother us. We were there for the Memorial Day weekend and it got packed, but after everyone cleared out on Monday, we had a little nook to ourselves. The staff interactions were helpful and pleasant. The laundry room is a nice size, with 5 or 6 washers and just as many dryers. A little pricey at $4 per wash and $3 per dry.

I visited KOA Boston/Cape Cod this weekend, and we absolutely loved the experience. The space was cozy and well-organized, the service was exceptional, and we received a very warm welcome. (I can't recall the names of the specific people we interacted with), but we want to thank the entire team. I needed a spot to store my travel trailer and was able to make a reservation with them in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend it—it is very well located.
