had had our fifth wheel in dry storage over the summer at this KOA. Took it out on a trip and returned it two weeks later. No problem. Friday took out of dry storage, put on site. Some minor problems with campsite water. Got to our next camp ground yesterday. ALL filters now full of black stuff. KOA ruined filters. Called. Left msg. NO ANSWER!!!!

It was just what we needed to visit Boston. The laundry area wasn't that clean and a bit expensive. But otherwise a good place.

Our staying was good; however, there was some construction going on ( which is understandable) but the CAT machine that was in operation lacked lubrication in its moving parts so the squeaky noise was unbearable everyday from 8 am. I had to go to the office and have a word with the assistant as no one seemed to notice! This is called Occupational Health; this noise should have been prevented!

Overall we had a good experience. The only negative thing I have to say is the bathrooms by the dumpstation need to be updated. Some of the locks on the toilet stalls do not work right and the shower stalls have large gaps in them making me uncomfortable being undressed. Other than that it was good.

Luke warm , Small moldy showers. Water pressure weak. Run down. Parking near office shower slim. KOA gulf cart parked in a handicap space. Never again.

Our particular campsite had a large depression where we were to park our vehicle, as a consequence a huge puddle formed whenever it rained. The whole campsite needs a fresh layer of gravel.

The campground was clean however they decided to get rid of cable TV and upgrade the WiFi to Broadband. We were able to steam on Thursday and most of the day on Friday. However after that we were unable to get WiFi When I inquired to the office we were met with a condescending attitude as we were just 60+ yo and we didn’t know what we were doing and once the campground was full the WiFi did

We have always enjoyed Halloween weekend at the KOA. However, the prices have continued to go up and we found this weekend to be very costly. We actually left a day early, due to the no water in the Highlands. We were traveling with our infant, and were uneasy by the uncertainty of having no water.

My husband and I have been to many KOA Campgrounds across the country. We choose a KOA because we know the campgrounds are always clean and staff are very knowledgeable about the area. We found the bathrooms at KOA Boston to be dirty, trash cans overflowing and dirt on floors. The staff was very pleasant but just told us to look online in regards to restaurants and train station/schedule.

Well, been finding that this KOA seems to be rapidly devolving over the three years we have been coming. When I booked I spoke with them and also told them that we would be in Europe for 20 of our 26 days and they never mentioned that we could possibly put rig in the storage area. Paid full pop. It also kind of sucked that when we got back from Europe I asked to extend and they refused

The Internet was spotty and we were close to the office. It is under construction adding a new pool and water area. The noise bothered my dog. She can be skittish with noises but I understand they were making it better and for that I am happy. Overall our stay was easy and very pleasant.

We were placed in an annexed area. We had to drive to the bathhouse. Bathrooms were adequate. Laundry was expensive.

Excellent location for visiting friends on Cape Cod or in the Boston area. Very clean with excellent amenities. Beautiful, wooded sites and ours had a patio, gas grill and comfortable patio furniture (table & chairs). Highly recommended!

Me and a friend paid $25 lock in fees 2 days before arrival, as we were told the campground was sold out and it was the only way to be next to each other. The entire weekend we had 5 surrounding open sites all side by side. My family rented a cabin and asked to be near us, I again was told the sites were sold out and they put my cabin far away while 3 open cabins across from us never got used.

We've stayed here more than 35 times over the past 30 years. We do King Richards Faire which is 20 minutes away. Plymouth is 30 minutes away so location is fantastic as are the people that work there!

Very Friendly staff. Updated bathrooms and showers would be nice. I did not like having to download an app to get the washing machine and dryer to work. Should have coin machine for change. Had to charge $25.00 to begin the process and did not use the full amount. This is the first KOA that I have visited that uses this system. Now I have a credit for $13.00. Hope to get it back to my card

I am a seasonal camper. The grounds are amazing and very well maintained. The staff goes way out of their way to be accommodating to insure that your stay is special. Bob the manager is awesome. He works tirelessly to make sure everything runs as close to perfection as possible. He cares about the needs of each camping family. He should surely be regarded by KOA as a very valuable employee.

Awesome camp ground! Grounds were kept up so nicely! Lots for everyone to do, a nice park, basketball court, lawn checkers and jump pads, two dog parks, clean laundry area, bathrooms and shower areas. Excellent place to stay to see Cape Cod and Boston! Train station to Boston very close by!

We stayed in site 712 with our 37' fifth wheel for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was super convenient to take the train into Boston, and driving to Cape Cod, Newport, and Plymouth were a breeze. The RV sites are tight, but it didn't bother us. We were there for the Memorial Day weekend and it got packed, but after everyone cleared out on Monday, we had a little nook to ourselves. The staff interactions were helpful and pleasant. The laundry room is a nice size, with 5 or 6 washers and just as many dryers. A little pricey at $4 per wash and $3 per dry.

I visited KOA Boston/Cape Cod this weekend, and we absolutely loved the experience. The space was cozy and well-organized, the service was exceptional, and we received a very warm welcome. (I can't recall the names of the specific people we interacted with), but we want to thank the entire team. I needed a spot to store my travel trailer and was able to make a reservation with them in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend it—it is very well located.
