The wifi continues to be terrible

Four nights. Right before the Memorial Day weekend. They didn’t seem to be quite up and running. It was clean and neat. The site was OK but not as nice as other KOA sites we’ve visited. Showers lacked benches in some and no place to place soap and shampoo in some. This was the first time at a KOA that we were not escorted to our site. Nevertheless the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was a great stay. Kids had fun and activities were fun. My one comment is for the parades that included bikes can the lead cart slow down? We saw younger kids get left behind has the lead cart flys down the road. We even saw the golf cart parade get separated as the lead cart was again going top speed. Otherwise, see you for July 4

Hostess when we arrived was really nice. Not a whole lot good after that. The price is much to high for a dirt lot and no patio. We were out back which you think would be quiet. Lawnmowers, leaf blowers, banging on equipment all day. Garbage man came at 3:30am!! He was there 10 minutes banging the crap out of the dumpster!! What a joke.

Nice campground but was currently under a lot of renovations. Pool closed, and construction made for some extra noise. Spaces are a little close together. Nice facilities folks though.

Great place to stay. Our spot was centrally located. Not far to office or laundry room/ showers.Showers had hot water. Although, I heard a shower leaking. The bench in my stall was almost off the wall. The laundry room floor remained dirty for most of my 4 day stay. Machines are nice and reasonably priced. Brand new pool wasn't open yet. I would stay here again. Easy access to Boston and Cape Cod

Great place and friendly staff. I was at little disappointed that where most campgrounds allow for extended checkout for a minimal fee, they charge $20/half hour for extended checkout.

Signage upon arrival was insufficient to realize a handicapped accessible office entry was on the back side of the building. A steep staircase was the main entry. Pads are uneven gravel and not well-maintained. 11pm quiet time is too late. Deluxe Cabin had no cooktop or stove, only microwave and outdoor grill (it rained) with no cover or shade/umbrella. Staff was excellent. Stayed here to meet up for a family reunion and Mother’s Day.

Pros: Easy reservations, nice checkin staff and employees. Clean bathrooms. New pool looks nice. Fun for kids. Cons: Sites are too close. Shared water hook up is inconvenient. Too much highway noise. Convenient location but lots of traffic.

For some reason the cable TV didn't work. The last 3 times I went it didn't work. I like to see the news in the morning. When I didn't have a camper and rented a cabin it worked fine.

It is a great campground and pool looks amazing. Wish it was open when we were there. The only issue is we stayed at H3 and black tank hook up was uphill and made difficult to do the business. I see several sites like this.

The site was unlevel and we had to pull through a feild to get to the pull through sit. The bathroom where not open near us and the bathrooms that were open had toilet paper every were and where dirty. The staff was frendly but the Camp ground was sub par compared to others we have stayed at.

Grass in our site was long and animal feces. We were about the only campers in our area and had to listen to road work in front of us and grass being cut across from us all day Sunday…not a relaxing or enjoyable experience..

We have always loved this place but it is deteriorating badly. The new pool is a total waste of money while the sights are unkept. Put your money into the grounds instead of wasting it on a pool. I am also amazed at the lack of security anyone can come and go that aren’t paying guests.

The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting both men's and women's saw the same two employees just driving around on golf carts when they could have been weed whacking or mowing or cleaning the sites

We had a great spot and it was very quiet. They had the best WiFi we have had at a campground. It never went out the 4 days we were there. The staff were amazing and great to talk too. The store had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

I was there for about 2 and 1/2 Weeks and one side of the bathrooms by the laundry was closed the whole time and the bathrooms by the office were open and they hardly ever got cleaned maybe once the whole time I was there. I saw that they were hiring a housekeeper and housekeeper supervisor I let the lady at the desk know that I started the application online but I could write out my whole resume

When we visited, the toilet near pur site were closed and the toilet toilet and showers at the main entrance were not clean at all.

Over all it was good. The site they gave me was too small for my unit. The picnic table was covered in mold and they did not agree and wouldn’t do anything about it. The grass was 5 inches tall with leaves. Ultimately it was not ready to be used

One of a very few open this time of the year, however, most of the park was muddy roads and construction. People were very nice. But the loaction was MILES from restaurants and grocery stores

It was very nice we really like this camp ground but unfortunately we had too leave early because of an issue with one of our dogs and needed to get her to the vet right away. They were very understanding. The staff is incredible here. Our dog is doing better now with high hopes of full recovery. We will definitely be coming back to visit this campground again.

Overall we had a good stay. The management was responsive to the broken circuit breaker at our site, 267, when we arrived. The downside is that the rest rooms at the middle of the campground were closed and that put more pressure on the facilities by the office. The result was a bathroom that in my opinion was not up to KOA standards. The condition of the campground was good. We would stay again.

We had emergency after booking a seasonal. They went above and beyond to refund us and any deliveries will take care of. So bummed we had to leave so clean and friendly.

Although we were reimbursed site locking fee and one night stay, if our friends a didn’t remind us of what site number we should have had, the reimbursements wouldn’t have happened. Not happy with the outcome and if we paid for the site lick fee for specific site they should have moved the ones who were on our site to accommodate us. We were there with friends and wanted to be together.

Very evident that there are a ton of improvements happening. It is much needed. We left early because of a horrific incident I had attempting to use the men’s bathroom attached to the main building. All stalls had no toilet paper. Feces on the stall walls an I was solicited by an older man with a state issued ankle bracelet on. As he came out of the shower. This was around 11 am the day we left.

We stayed in site 712 with our 37' fifth wheel for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was super convenient to take the train into Boston, and driving to Cape Cod, Newport, and Plymouth were a breeze. The RV sites are tight, but it didn't bother us. We were there for the Memorial Day weekend and it got packed, but after everyone cleared out on Monday, we had a little nook to ourselves. The staff interactions were helpful and pleasant. The laundry room is a nice size, with 5 or 6 washers and just as many dryers. A little pricey at $4 per wash and $3 per dry.

I visited KOA Boston/Cape Cod this weekend, and we absolutely loved the experience. The space was cozy and well-organized, the service was exceptional, and we received a very warm welcome. (I can't recall the names of the specific people we interacted with), but we want to thank the entire team. I needed a spot to store my travel trailer and was able to make a reservation with them in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend it—it is very well located.
