Water issue on Wednesday and we were not clear when we returned that evening if the water was back on (no sign/no message). We had no internet or cable service during our stay (reported on Saturday), broken chair outside, bath tub drain wouldn’t hold water. Otherwise, it was a nice cabin.

Clean and quiet campgrounds. Employees were very helpful and polite. Lots of activities to choose from. The staff really made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. 10/10.

GM has an awful attitude, the older women with gray hair at the desk is extremely aggressive and rude. The family who works there one maintenance one was at desk i want to say her name is Monica as well as daughter Olivia were the most helpful and understand did everything they could to help. My cabin had issues severe back up in pipes and smelt like a sewer and couch was ruined no dance for kids

We stayed in site 712 with our 37' fifth wheel for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was super convenient to take the train into Boston, and driving to Cape Cod, Newport, and Plymouth were a breeze. The RV sites are tight, but it didn't bother us. We were there for the Memorial Day weekend and it got packed, but after everyone cleared out on Monday, we had a little nook to ourselves. The staff interactions were helpful and pleasant. The laundry room is a nice size, with 5 or 6 washers and just as many dryers. A little pricey at $4 per wash and $3 per dry.

I visited KOA Boston/Cape Cod this weekend, and we absolutely loved the experience. The space was cozy and well-organized, the service was exceptional, and we received a very warm welcome. (I can't recall the names of the specific people we interacted with), but we want to thank the entire team. I needed a spot to store my travel trailer and was able to make a reservation with them in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend it—it is very well located.
