Three night stay in a deluxe cabin. Very comfortable for a small family. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. So much there for children. My granddaughter had a great time as well as my wife and I. Can't say enough on how clean and how much fun we had. Be back at the end of summer

The cottage was not cleaned that good. The location was terrible and the cottage area was small. Several Carpenter ants in the cottage all week. On the beds, floors and shower curtain. For the price that is charged I was not please.

This was a popular RV KOA but as Kamping Kabin travelers we didn't feel overwhelmed, which we sometimes do when sandwiched between rigs. The location of your Kabins, set apart from the big rigs with lots of green space as a buffer, made it ideal. We didn't miss a Kamping Kitchen because we were able to cook right on the propane grill at our cabin. Lastly, the location of this KOA is perfect.

Everything was wonderful,the staff are helpful, courteous you could not ask for better. The facilities are really nice and there are improvements over last year. Patio tables by the pavilion, ice cream social, activities for the kids, food trucks, Gaga ball, great playground structure, well stocked camp store. My only recommendations would be a more thorough cleaning of the Cabins between guests .

Deluxe Cabin #06 was fantastic. Fire pit, gas grill, linens were great. Our biggest complaint is the photo showed a coffee pot being in the cabin and we came prepared to make potted coffee…. then we were told K-cups were $1.50 each! The fridge froze up so we turned it down. A ceiling light bulb was out. The vent fans in the rooms are much too loud and drown out conversations. Had a great time!

Clean and cute. The facilities are dated and need some renovations - which is why I gave this a 4 star and not a 5 star. The pool surface is really rough. The Google reviews that call this out as an issue are stop on. My kids tore up their feet in the pool. Big shout out to Zabrina on the activities team - she is amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay at the KOA Boston. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the location and surrounding areas. We extended our stay an extra day, we will definitely stay again.

The campground is clean and well maintained. The cabin we chose only had one AC unit in the main room which does not cool the bedroom at all (avg temp 80F outside). Also, the fridge opens up into the bathroom which is inconvenient and unusual. Wifi exists but doesn’t actively work. We needed it for google maps and apps like trip advisor/Roadtrippers and the signal kept going out.

We stayed in one of the upgraded cabins with a tv, mini fridge, 2 rooms, that slept 4. It was clean. The tv did NOT work...just said no signal the entire time and we tried all the inputs so that was disappointing.

Ck in and out was easy. They deliver your wood purchase from the camp store to your cabin. It's great I didn't have to lug it back to the cabin myself. My kids and I loved the loft cabin. My kids had a great time in the pool and jumping on the bouncy bubble. They also love all the extra activities the staff have for you to do. Their favorite is the outdoor movies. We will definitely be back soon!

Couldn’t use the pool cause it was too cold . And the handle to the bedroom was loose. The chair would hit the fridge.

We're sorry our weather was not at its best during your stay. Even though the pool is heated to 83 degrees, that chill in the air can be shocking when getting out. We hope you will be back to visit us in the summer, when our New England weather is a little more predictable. Happy Camping!

We stayed in a small Deluxe Cabin for a few nights. Everything was great except for 2 things. 1. The tub backed up, so we were showering in 2-3" of water and had to figure out how to cleanse our feet and ankles after our showers. 2. All the seating surfaces are hard, so bring seat cushions or be prepared to only sit on the bed or bunkbeds if you want a comfortable place to sit.

We stayed three nights while visiting Boston, Cape Cod, Plymouth and Concord. The location was very convenient. Campground was clean and well maintained. Bath house was also kept clean. Laundry facilities were convenient. Staff at the desk were very helpful with suggestions for great restaurants in the area. Really appreciate their attitude and friendliness.

We rented a camping cabin. The mattress was so comfortable and the cabin was nice a clean.The staff was super friendly and helped us out with a late check in. We will be returning customers!

We've camped at your KOA many times! We had a great time with this last visit with no complaints. In fact we were happy to see the work done to improve the campfire pit...the concrete blocks and stones around the pit are a perfect addition. Thanks for the fun...we'll be back!

Everything was very nice with one exception, a group of pre teens wanted to argue with my grandsons and another kid , one said I can knock you out with one punch. And I don’t know what one but two of them pulled knives on them one knife was a steak knife I don’t know what the other knife was. I did report it to the office. My grandsons spent the rest of the time at our site.

Wonderful Campground! Cabin was lovely and clean. Very dog friendly which is important to us. Staff were phenomenally helpful and courteous. Tons of fun activities or do what we did (except for playing Bingo) and just spend the time outside by the fire.

The staff is very friendly. The bathrooms are spotless. I wish they emailed the activity schedule ahead of time. I didn't know propane was included in the upgraded cabin. A lot of highway noise.

We had a lovely time. Great weather, everyone was friendly. Not a lot to do on the grounds, but Bingo and Ice Cream Social was nice. Cabin was spacious and accommodating. There was a little dust/cobwebs, and bathroom was slightly dirty (around the sink/faucet). Appreciated all of the linens (so much, thanks!) and kitchen utensils and supplies.

We always have great stay when we are here! The staff are excellent. The grounds and bathrooms are always clean . The store is always stocked. The staff is on top of everything including people obeying the speed limit . We love it

When we arrived, the gentleman, I believe his name was Paul, was friendly and welcoming. We were pleased with our cabin and thought it was Quite cozy. The kids love the playground and We all enjoyed the activities that were run by Melissa and Sabrina… They were absolutely wonderful with the kids! We do look forward to returning in the future.

Rented the large cabin. Very clean. Kitchen cooking pots and utensils were very limited. It would have been nice to have a cookie sheet and a large frying pan. Also some grill tools. HOWEVER, everything that was provided was clean and the staff was responsive and very polite. Would not hesitate to return.

This is a fun place to stay. Fairly close to Providence RI, and Cape Cod MA. Sites are gravel and pretty level. Bathrooms are older but very clean and well maintained. The dog park is grassy and has shade and benches. There were a lot of dogs here during our visit and the dog park was very popular. It's still early in the year, and the summer season doesn't start until Memorial Day, but still plenty of fun things to do for kids. The little train that runs thru the campground always has kids, adults, and even dogs, all having fun. The train usually has kids on their bikes following along. The store is well stocked and staff is very helpful and friendly. The laundry room is clean and all the machines work. There is a lot going on during the day but nights are very quiet.

We had a wonderful day Halloween weekend at the middleboro KOA. Every employee was extremely helpful and friendly. I will say however, that one employee delivered our wood very early in the morning and I saw that same employee working the "haunted trail" that same evening at 7 pm. I jokingly made the comment that she was working overtime and that must be a good paycheck. She informed me that she worked her 8-hour shift and then was sent home. Only to return for a second shift without overtime. I recommended that the employees unionize. I think it's really sad that In this day and age, corporate businesses have not caught up with the rest of the country. If you have a good worker you should pay them overtime, not send them home to avoid paying them what they are worth. I hope that will change in the future for KOA employees.
