We had a great stay. We stayed in upgraded cabins. Bathrooms were cleaned regularly and any issues that came up were address quickly. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Our kids loved the jumping pillow and nicely shaded play park.

We have stayed at several KOA’s over the years. This was our first time staying in a cabin. It was perfect for us. We loved that we could bring all 3 of our dogs with us. The property & campsites are well maintained. The heated pool is clean & spacious. Plymouth Rock & the beach (we went to a dog friendly beach) are within a 20-25 minute drive. This was definitely our favorite KOA stay.

Stayed in cabin DC-18. Floors were dirty. Both AC units full of mold and very bad mildew odor, made us have cold like symptoms, turned 1 off. Found a soda bottle under bed-we didn’t have soda. Sink leaked and dish dryer was full of algae. We enjoyed being with family and friends but the housekeepers need to clean better and the maintenance personnel should check these units and treat the AC unit

We loved it here. The jumping pillow was a hit with our little gymnasts. Deluxe cabins had everything including shampoo, conditioner and shower gel! I way overpacked. Bring your bug spray for the evenings. Great time and we will come back for sure. The kids didn’t want to leave!

The staff at this KOA were wonderful. The playground and the jumping pillow were great for kids. The park is small so it’s good for a family. The cabin we stayed in was ok. It wasn’t overly clean but it was good for our stay.

I rented the deluxe cabin that sleeps 6 people. It was 2 rooms with queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. We have teenagers so I got this cabin so they could have their own space. The sofa bed had mold on the mattress. Told manager when checking out. She was not interested in making it right.

I recently stayed Friday-Sunday and paid for an upgraded cabin that to my opinion wasn’t upgraded at all I have stayed here for years and have never been so unsatisfied. Our bed was missing a wooden slate so we caved into the mattress all weekend, my tv did not work the entire weekend the grill was dirty as well as I was very disappointed I wasn’t aloud paying day visitors !

It was our second year staying in one of the deluxe cabins - we love it! Also very impressed with all the improvements. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back next year.

The location was central to what we wanted to do, so that was the main highlight. Our cabin wasn’t very clean - cobwebs in corners, items from previous campers left. The bathrooms were pretty bad, especially the showers. After staying at KOA Grand Island/Niagara, the difference was stark. The campground needs an update.

Cabin was dirty upon arrival, even the grounds outside ! U spent tbe first half hour picking up beer bottle caps and plastic dinnerware. Opened the grill only to find grease and caked on food covered up with foil so I couldn't cook! Disgusting! And NOISE WELL PAST 11pm- reported but no change!

We rented 3 cabins for a family vacation and it was perfect, kids had a blast with outdoor activities, the pool, walking campground. Our kids got to take their kids to the same campground they spent entire summers in while my husband worked on the big dig and other projects. It was a walk down memory lane. Perfect vacation. Every employee was helpful and nice to everyone

Great location and courteous staff. Two things we must comment on for hopeful improvement: arrived 15 minutes early prior to check in, exhausted from trip and were told we had to come back, that checking in early at any time was not possible. 3pm is a late check in for the cost of stay. Also, cabin was dirty and had mold on ceiling and walls in bathroom. Thank you.

We have been staying every year for ten years. We could tell the place was under new management. The staff was polite and very courteous. However we arrived 15 minutes early and they wanted to charge us an extra $15 because we were early. I understand there is a policy but 15 minutes is not an hour or more. The place was clean and any problems were dealt with immediately. My only critique wasn’t the KOA itself but of the entitled campers. Smoking in the pool area and unattended children. We counted 35 kids and 2 adults at one point. Some kids tried to steel my daughters pool toy while she was using them, others took a bag of chips off our table while we were sitting there eating lunch. we didn’t

Understand it was a holiday, but have visited multiple KOAs - disappointed quiet hours were not upheld & men’s bathroom was scary to use - lack of supplies & dirty Positive - office staff were super helpful & friendly & liked the different things available for kids

Check in is about 3 pm and check out at 11 am to have a 4 hour clean up but my site has trash in it and just put in the trash can. Also, the restroom clean up takes from 9:30 am to pass 11:00 am. The staff was friendly and the place is nice but these details didn't make a great impression to coming back

I don't think they cleaned the cabin because there was a white cheeto on the floor and a gummyworm stuck to my bed. The grill also didn't work so I had to get ahold of maintenance to look at it. He fixed it but we didn't eat until 8:30. Which tells me they didn't check it before. There was also used tin foil on it. Didn't like how early the office closed. Was hard to get someone when needed help.

Although the grounds looked nice, the pool area was not maintained, the pool was not maintained as it was filthy. The cabin we stayed in was clean to the eye, but the floor was filthy and the cabin was old. We have stayed in much nicer KOA‘s Being the only KOA in the area, we may try another cabin sometime, but also hope that someone decides to pay attention to this campground.

My kids loved the pool, and the cabin was charming ands comfortable. The gas grill was a nice surprise, and allowed us to change things up from our camping stove as we traveled through New England. It was a great home base for seeing some of the sites in the area, like Plymouth ands Minute Man National Park.

Everything was good except for one major issue and a couple minor issues. The major issue was black mold spots that were on the ceiling in the bathroom. The minor issues were a hornets nest in the outdoor socket and the fire extinguisher not being in its holder.

We stayed in site 712 with our 37' fifth wheel for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was super convenient to take the train into Boston, and driving to Cape Cod, Newport, and Plymouth were a breeze. The RV sites are tight, but it didn't bother us. We were there for the Memorial Day weekend and it got packed, but after everyone cleared out on Monday, we had a little nook to ourselves. The staff interactions were helpful and pleasant. The laundry room is a nice size, with 5 or 6 washers and just as many dryers. A little pricey at $4 per wash and $3 per dry.

I visited KOA Boston/Cape Cod this weekend, and we absolutely loved the experience. The space was cozy and well-organized, the service was exceptional, and we received a very warm welcome. (I can't recall the names of the specific people we interacted with), but we want to thank the entire team. I needed a spot to store my travel trailer and was able to make a reservation with them in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend it—it is very well located.
