As usual, our family enjoyed our stay here. The staff is friendly, the activities are really fun, & we enjoy the amenities at this location, especially the pool! My only complaint would be about the cleanliness- I requested our favorite cabin, but there was a lot of dust & dog hair inside. Outside, there were pieces of metal wire, plastic, papers & a chewed bone- not really safe for our toddler.

The showers at the main building were disgusting. Orange residue and black mold throughout the stalls, they clearly have not been cleaned in a long time. Hairs clogging drains and on the stall walls, an old bandaid left on the floor. It made me question the cleanliness of my cabin, and not want to go in the heated pool. Grounds were dirty also, old cig butts, kids socks left behind, etc.

I really enjoyed that the site was clean and kid friendly . I loved the hay ride and the glow party and movie night . The on site store ,and towel exchange and trash pick up was such a great amenity it made my camping experience enjoyable and very memorable . Most of all the staff was super friendly and helpful.

-Unclean urine bottles was left right outside of our cabin and beds were nasty.-Fire alarm was hanging inside the cabin and I was blamed for trying to take it down. We had a good time until it was time to check out. We had a man in our yard folding up our table and cleaning our grill while we were still inside in our pajamas. We planned on grilling some English muffins before we left, but didn’t dare use the grill after he had been out there. Had a great weekend!! Only down fall was our grill kept catching fire from all the grease when we first arrived and had no cooking utensils when we arrived. But was ok cause I always bring my own. All in all a great relaxing weekend!!!

Location was perfect! Campground was very well kept. However, we do not have pets and stayed in a “pet friendly” deluxe cabin. It had pet hair everywhere and had seen its better days. We were pleasantly surprised to have fresh towels everyday upon request! High marks for convenience and service… low marks for condition of the cabin. Just needs some TLC and I’m sure it’s filled all summer

We have been to this location several times. The location is great for tenting! We did stay this year in a deluxe cabin which in my opinion was not deluxe at all! We had several issues and comparing these cabins to other Koa locations they are not worth the money. Tv that was extremely grainy. 6 towels for 8 people for 4 days crappy pans! Grille was nasty. Mildew on door and ceiling in bathroom

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. Pictures appropriately set our expectations, except the floor.It was gross. Please please please mop the floor between guests. We'd run wet paper towels against it and they would be black!

The employees were amazing! Everyone...seriously. I have never stayed anywhere where the employees were so helpful. They legit went out of their way. Only issue we had was that a slat was missing on our bed that made it a tad uncomfortable to sleep.

This was our first stay at KOA Middleboro. We rented one of the Deluxe cabins. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kids had lots of fun. Especially the pool.

The size description of the Deluxe cabin stated it could accommodate 6 however since there were 4 adults/1 child this cabin was definitely not adequate. The bunk bed was fine for my grandson however it was essentially in a closet so since there was no extra room we had to rent a 2nd cabin for my daughter and son in law to have a bed they could fit comfortably in. Recommend a shower bar for safety

We love bringing our Grandkids to the campground. We really enjoy the activities, pool, and playground. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. Having laundry onsite is the best amenity. Delux cabin is the way to go.

Bathrooms were filthy with no toilet paper. Cabin was dirty. If anyone is witnessed traveling in any way including a bike or little kid scooter over 7 and 1/2 mph (yes, 1/2…) the family will be ejected immediately with no refund. We witnessed 3 employee golf carts chase & box a child in riding a bicycle. I have never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable in the last 20 years I have stayed here.

We stayed in site 712 with our 37' fifth wheel for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was super convenient to take the train into Boston, and driving to Cape Cod, Newport, and Plymouth were a breeze. The RV sites are tight, but it didn't bother us. We were there for the Memorial Day weekend and it got packed, but after everyone cleared out on Monday, we had a little nook to ourselves. The staff interactions were helpful and pleasant. The laundry room is a nice size, with 5 or 6 washers and just as many dryers. A little pricey at $4 per wash and $3 per dry.

I visited KOA Boston/Cape Cod this weekend, and we absolutely loved the experience. The space was cozy and well-organized, the service was exceptional, and we received a very warm welcome. (I can't recall the names of the specific people we interacted with), but we want to thank the entire team. I needed a spot to store my travel trailer and was able to make a reservation with them in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend it—it is very well located.
