Always well maintained! The kids were a little disappointed that there was no haunted trail for Halloween (we were told it would be there weather permitting) but we had a fantastic time, none the less! Will be back!

Everything was great. Great family spot, and the front desk ladies are the BEST, Lori was very helpful with my extra family & friend visitors and parking passes. We have booked for next year already.

We had a wonderful stay. We stayed in a delux cabin that absolutely amazing. Very clean, tidy and I love how they pick up your trash for you. Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back again! Thank you!

We stayed for two nights for a Halloween weekend. Overall our stays are fun, but a few things to possibly upgrade is, give each Halloween weekend a boo bash! Its a fun event and shouldn’t be just for the last weekend. The prices per weekend are the same, so the activities should be too. The delux cabins could certainly use a good cleaning, and the mold in the bathroom needs to be addressed.

I have stay there for two weekends every year for 8 yrs for Halloween weekends. My daughters come there to visit for the days on Saturdays and 2 of my girls were refused to come in with my grandchildren. Office told my girls, only 4 were able to be there for my cabin. I usually have a camper there- accident with it- so rented cabin. They had to go back home with my girls- not happy !

Another great Halloween themed weekend. I did not get her name, but the woman running activities at the pavilion ALL weekend was great. She helped keep a lot of little hands busy and did so mostly by herself! We just wanted to acknowledge her! The whole staff was great!

Wish there was a tv in the front room of the 2 room cabins. The monster mash event seemed to gave been thrown together at the last min. No DJ was a bummer. Still don't know the results of decorating contest. Haunted walk through was good. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. We are weighing our options for next year.

Mostly a good, but the Halloween celebration fell short. The "Monster Mash" dance was not organized at all. In the past a DJ kept things going and made for a fun time. It's Tuesday, Oct 14th, 3 days after the Halloween activities and I've still not been told who won the site decorating contest. I asked at checkout and no one there knew. I spent alot of time decorating and would like to know.

The stay was great. But they do need to replace some of their furniture. The sleeper sofa mattress was disgustingly dirty. We were not able to use it.

After a completely understandable mix-up during check-in, I was upgraded at no charge to a higher class of cabin. Can't say enough good things about this site. The staff are as friendly and professional as you could ask for. The kids love it every time we go.

We had an absolute wonderful time at this KOA. You just can’t go wrong with any KOA. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The grounds were immaculate and inviting. I look forward to vacationing there again someday.

We arrived late after a storm came through. Finding our key and cabin was very easy. The ladies that checked me in the next day were phenomenal. They were friendly and understanding. They upgraded us because the other cabin was surrounded by standing water. I truly appreciate them checking before we got there. I would highly recommend and look forward to going back when we can.

I love the new locks on the doors and the new tv's in the cabin. We did have issues staying connected to the TV, but other than that it was a great stay as always. It's great that you are redoing the pool and adding a splash pad, I agree that you needed more activities for the kids.

We had upgraded cabin to have DISH tv but only had 4 AIR stations...we should have gone to the office but didn't. Other than that we had a great time!

Called to book cabins side-by-side to share the property with our family. We were told we had certain rooms when we got there. It was not what we were told.. the manager told me well. It’s too early enough if you want you guys can cancel your stay. I think that was very inappropriate. We drove over an hour to get there packed for two days with children. I think that comment was very inappropria

Very clean, organized, and peaceful. The store closes earlier and opens later than I’d expect. I’d also love to see more food items (eggs, milk, butter cheese, etc) the “basics” for when you forget. We absolutely loved our stay, thank you!

We were to stay in a cabin for 3 nights. Unfortunately I fell and injured my knee the first night. They refunded the two nights left on my reservation even though they weren’t required to. I appreciate this kind of customer service and we will be back for another stay.

My first night was 47* out and my cabins heat unfortunately I couldn’t use due to some electrical burning smell. Been coming here for 25 years and since using the delux cabin (DC16) for many years it’s always the same. Last year AC didn’t work. This year heat and it took me 2 days to get the shower going. It was stuck down for tub. I guess my days are over at KOA Boston/Cape Cod. Was not h

Our stay at Cabin 03,was just perfection. Cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen. Staff was helpful, courteous and friendly. There is no place I would rather go camping at. I LOVE KOA BOSTON/CAPE COD!!!

The floor corners need cleaning, dirt and comb webs in the corners, floor was dirty. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work and there is black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The porch had pine needles all over it. I had to sweep it off. I was disappointed. Normally KOA cabins are cleaner

I stayed in one of the small cabins. It was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were located near by and also were and maintained. The campground was quiet and nice. Convenient location too.

While we love the KOA, this stay was subpar. The cabin was full of mold, air conditioners were moldy and blinking for new filters (we requested replacement and it didn’t happen), smoke detectors were missing (one removed during our stay and not replaced as it was beeping), cabin was not clean upon entering and patio was littered with trash. To top it off, we were charged $100 deep clean.

We stayed in site 712 with our 37' fifth wheel for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was super convenient to take the train into Boston, and driving to Cape Cod, Newport, and Plymouth were a breeze. The RV sites are tight, but it didn't bother us. We were there for the Memorial Day weekend and it got packed, but after everyone cleared out on Monday, we had a little nook to ourselves. The staff interactions were helpful and pleasant. The laundry room is a nice size, with 5 or 6 washers and just as many dryers. A little pricey at $4 per wash and $3 per dry.

I visited KOA Boston/Cape Cod this weekend, and we absolutely loved the experience. The space was cozy and well-organized, the service was exceptional, and we received a very warm welcome. (I can't recall the names of the specific people we interacted with), but we want to thank the entire team. I needed a spot to store my travel trailer and was able to make a reservation with them in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend it—it is very well located.
