This is our 3rd year staying in a deluxe cabin at your location. As a family we absolutely love it. We live locally, so it is the perfect weekend getaway without having to travel too far. Your cabins are perfect & I especially love that it comes with a grill & our own fire pit!! The pool is also a great addition!

Friendly staff. One of the larger parks we’ve stayed at. Beautiful area to visit. Large trees shade most of the camping areas.

We held our family reunion at Boston/KOA . Family members came from Florida/Michigan/Delaware/Pennsylvania/New Jersey Vermont and New Hampshire. We loved this camp ground! The staff was friendly and the cabins restrooms and grounds were well maintained. The pool was closed due to filter issues, but there was enough other activities to keep us all busy! We will be back!!

Overall not bad stay. The cabin was clean and as advertised. WiFi was spotty especially at certain times of the day. If you advertise it as a plus please make sure it works well. We kept losing connection and had to jump from WiFi to WiFi throughout the evening hours.

Great stay, lots of sport and swim options. Not too far from gas stations and restaurants. Wish there were activities during the week.

They advertise a beautiful new pool yet the lifeguards call in sick so pool is closed 2/3 days we were there. There is a splash pad and every kid no matter age was allowed in it so my 3 year old was afraid to use the pirate slide due to older boys (14-15 yrs old) using it inappropriately. I had to ask 3x for my wood to be delivered that I bought at booking. Cracked sink & cobwebs behind bed.

KOA Review We love KOA and have used it to travel all over the country. We had a great time, but this campground needs some serious maintenance. The cabin floors were dirty and gritty, the outside was dusty, and deck boards were broken and sinking. The bathrooms had rust, peeling floors, leaking fixtures, and rocking toilets. We expected better upkeep from KOA.

KOA area was dirty, trash all over around our 2 room cabin. Laundry room and bathroom could have used a good cleaning. New pool was nice and location to Plymouth and good restaurants was hard to beat. Was day 10 of our 20 day KOA vacation

There are a few things which would have made it better. The list of daily activities was only posted in the general store. If the list of activities could be viewable from the KOA app, or posted in other places it would be more convenient. The bathrooms were attended by KOA staff often, but soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers were empty. The bathrooms were clean though!

I came from Boston w my family. The pool was closed both days due to no lifeguard. Mind you the pool is 4ft deep and "required " 3 life guards. Yet the Olympic size pool uptown Middleboro has only 2 lifeguards. Make it make sense? There was a splash pad but my kids aged 12 and 16 were not interested. The manager was very nice about giving me back $ but we were disappointed. Place is well kept.

The KOA front office personal was very helpful on trying to help with are request for a printed directions! All the the staff that we encounter were pleasant and very helpful.

We stayed in a one room “upgraded” cabin. The cabin was clean and quiet. The bigger issues were the bathroom and pool. The pool/splash pad is GORGEOUS. However, the lifeguards were on their phones the entire time, never looking at the pool, opened and closed when they felt like it. The bathrooms were far (though listed as near by) from the cabins and dirty, full of hair and generally disgus

We had a good time. We were a little disappointed when the pool opening was delayed due to lifeguard shortage. Our cabin was clean but the site and our tent site had trash ( bottle caps small stuff) littered about that our young grandson had eagle eyes at finding - the site just needed a quick rake. I know it is under new staff so know they need time . Have stayed many times before and will again

We stay every year the last 5 years or so but likely will not return next year,.switch it up. We were very disappointed this year. Pool was only open 1 of the 3 days, which is the #1 thing my kids look forward to. Hopefully KOA figures out their staffing/lifeguard issue.

We got to the camp ground just as the office was closing. There was an issue with the key for the cabin, the two people said a person was down there to fix it. Had to call the emergency line to get into the cabin. But that was the only major issue. Lots of kid friendly thing. But we don’t have kids.

The pool was closed. It was 90* both days of our stay. I had 4 little kids that were very unhappy. Hopefully you can get a handle on the lifeguard situation in the future.

Anthony = fantastic!! The campground itself was nicer than others we’ve stayed at. Cabin was in quiet area which we appreciated. But the communication was far less than other campgrounds. The pool and life guard situation was a mess. The new pool was the reason we picked this one. While my family and friends had a blast camping, the inconsistent pool hours was really disappointing! It was incredibly hot this past weekend and having the pool close at 4pm when we had gotten texts that said the pool would be open until 7 pm was shocking. We saw families walk up to the pool only to be disappointed, especially since the pool was completely closed yesterday.

Overall we had a good time. A couple of things for you to improve on....bathrooms should be cleaned daily, lifeguards at the pool should NOT be allowed to be on their phones, and when guests book cabins they should be informed of what the cabin has or doesn't have (example, AC, grill, etc.). All employees at the office/store and the employees who drive around the campus were GREAT!! Thank you!

We have stayed at many KOAs in the northeast & this rates towards bottom. There are no daily activities for the children like an arcade, bingo, or art. The only thing they have is self directed like pool or bouncy pad. Our cabin had no parking, fold couch gross, cabinets falling off, table legs wable, queen bed 30 years old creaky & 6 person cabin was tiny.

The cabin was clean and cool. Check in was easy. The bathrooms closest to the cabin left a lot to be desired. There were things out of order and mold on the floor of each shower stall, as if they had not been cleaned thoroughly. While we understand camping comes with different expectations than a hotel - these were things that would be easily attended too with some elbow grease.

We had a great time, the pool area is awesome and the splash pad if great for the younger kids. We stayed in a delux 6 person cabin and we had the futon/ sofa bed was very uncomfortable you could feel the springs from the mattaress so we slept horrible.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was nice, the bathrooms were clean. We enjoyed ourselves. During the daylight hours it was great, at night our neighbors were a bit rowdy though. They were up with loud music, swearing and arguing until 2:30ish both nights.

The facilities were clean and had plenty of fun activities for the kids. The workers were also very nice and helpful. However, one thing that was very frustrating was the fact that the quiet hours weren’t enforced. The cabin next to us had their music blasting until 2-3 in the morning and the people swearing really loud as well. Not appropriate for children.

Our cabin was not very clean, of cobwebs dirty surfaces. Unfortunately on Sunday the pool was closed . The fire pit was very nice.

Our first ever RV camping experience and we stayed here. It was wonderful and we will absolutely be back! Amenities were great, campgrounds were clean, general store was super cute and had helpful items we forgot at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Boston KOA! The grounds were clean, our cabin was very clean, and there were so many fun activities for the kids to enjoy. The girl at the front desk was so kind and welcoming! A special shoutout to the lady who was in charge of the crafts and bingo and her husband. They were both absolutely amazing, so friendly and funny, and they really made our stay extra enjoyable! It's the people who make a place special, and the staff here truly made our trip memorable. We had such a great time and would highly recommend Boston KOA to families looking for a clean, fun, and welcoming place to stay. We would absolutely love to come back! ❤️🏕️

We received top quality service from Paul he was the best!there are others I would like to mention Marta. The cabins were great and had everything you needed and if you mention some thing you need as they passed by they would say stay there I will bring it to you, I would highly recommend this sight and I am looking to come back next year
