This was year 6 for us during Halloween, but unfortunately the most disappointing. We have never seen the campground so empty with very little trick or treaters, and really no one at the boo bash. We did not rebook thinking maybe some changes need to take place before coming back. It’s expensive to stay in the deluxe cabin so we felt a little let down. Check in, store, maintenance was amazing!

The staff were friendly and pleasant to work with. Check in was quick and efficient, and activities were fun to see.

Love coming to the KOA. Had some situations in the cabin that needed to be fixed. Blinds, coffee pot, toilet seat broken, water issues and neighbor with septic issues. Staff VERY responsive to fixing water (not sure if fully fixed) and septic. Hope the cabin will get some much needed attention/ upgrades. Did reserve a cabin for 2027 but unable to book/put deposit down. Will call Nov 1

Check in was easy and quick- housekeeping was on top of checking in asking if we needed anything. I was disappointed I was unable to book for next year as I always do upon leaving. I liked the extension of fires from previous visits. I wish there were more activities, like a dance for Halloween. The golf cart parade was a nice add this year as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Boston KOA! The grounds were clean, our cabin was very clean, and there were so many fun activities for the kids to enjoy. The girl at the front desk was so kind and welcoming! A special shoutout to the lady who was in charge of the crafts and bingo and her husband. They were both absolutely amazing, so friendly and funny, and they really made our stay extra enjoyable

We loved the cabin - cozy with everything we could need: air conditioning, heat, refrigerator, porch protecting us from the rain, porch swing, fire pit, grill... The location was quiet. The bathrooms were clean. People were friendly. The location was convenient to some great places to eat. We will be back!

We had a great stay for Columbus Day weekend! So many activities for the kids to keep them entertained all day long. Our camping cabin was clean and comfortable. We have camped at KOA for the last 4 years and will definitely be back!

Love this location. Very respectful responsive staff. Love the up graded pool renovation. Our cabin was good. Needed lightbulb in outside light. We did have some trouble with the outside gas’s grill. We did call once but not sure the issue was resolved. Thanks. We will be back.

This is our 6th annual cousins weekend at KOA. We started in Mystic and changed to Boston a few years ago. We love it there. The only big disappoint was that the pool was closed. I urge you to please consider keeping the pool open for Members weekend. It would be appreciated by all. The staff is fabulous and we will definitely be back. PLEASE keep the pool open for one extra weekend! Thank you!

Everything was amazing. The cabin was in great shape and very clean cute location in the trees. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Very nice campground while maintained. We appreciate the effort to keep it so clean.

Members reward weekend Pool&new splash pad were closed so no grandchildren as Dad was nervous they wouldnt be entertained enough-quite weekend alone

Our first time in a Deluxe cabin. It provided all we expected. Good size bathroom, Kitchen, separate bedroom and TV that worked. Only concern is that I tried to return a bundle of plastic wrap wood and was denied being able to return it. Otherwise Cabin as expected. Right now at Bar Harbor/ Oceanside KOA. Cabin poorly outfitted. Ocean view blocked by trees, no kitchen sink, etc. Not Good!

3 out of 4 Nights absolutely terrific One very bad day as a party pulled in right next too me and nothing was done to settle it down countless people showed up and everyone was hammered by 5 pm I was told I should have called The campground needs to be responsible for these situation it shouldn’t be up to me to get involved If it continued any longer 911 would have been called Camper

We moved to west coast so were back visiting friends and family. They were able to join us for cookouts, we hope to rent a few cabins next year and stay together. Coffee pot didn'twork, replaced with a better model quickly. Wifi quit, also fixed quickly. Great staff, deluxe cabin worked well for us. Pillows could be upgraded. Nice grill and firepit. Enjoyed our stay!

Great location and campground layout, with bathhouses conveniently spread throughout and within walking distance. Campers were polite, activities were inclusive for all ages, and common areas were well placed. Staff were kind and helpful. My only issue was that firewood I had just ordered and had delivered to my site was stolen while I showered.

Suggestions Upgrade bathrooms and showers very outdated Basic cabins need caulking on the wood so you can't see outside from the inside Personnel were kind & informative. Lots for kids to do that is awesome

What a gem not to far away from our home. New pool and slash pad are amazing and Bob the manager really does care and helped our large group out both in our current stay and booking the next. This is my 5th year and things feel far more relaxed and yet still operate properly. Oh but please get more bandwidth, the wifi when the park is full isn't enough. No steaming, no draft apps, it was painful.

We had a great relaxing weekend. The renovations to the pool area are fabulous! The little ones looked like they really liked the new splash pool! The little peddle cars are really cool as well. We noticed the cabin we stayed in had a few new things. Very clean and comfortable.

Our first ever RV camping experience and we stayed here. It was wonderful and we will absolutely be back! Amenities were great, campgrounds were clean, general store was super cute and had helpful items we forgot at home.

We received top quality service from Paul he was the best!there are others I would like to mention Marta. The cabins were great and had everything you needed and if you mention some thing you need as they passed by they would say stay there I will bring it to you, I would highly recommend this sight and I am looking to come back next year
