The stay was nice. Bathrooms were clean. Amenities were Toughest part was getting in touch with people who work there. I left a message with no response. I text them back with no response. And when we booked we asked to be next to each other and they didn’t put us even near our fellow guests.

We had a wonderful stay. Lots of things and adventures for the kids. Staff are all very friendly the grounds are immaculate.

Nice campground however maintenance was lacking. The park area needs attention, it is not nearly as nice and kept up as the pictures on the website. The bathrooms are very much in need of updating, they reminded me of a campground that was about 50 years old and had the original showers. On a better note the new pool and splash pad were GREAT

Are camping tent site was dirty and had trash all over it. The site next to us was empty but there was food in garbage everywhere.I was disappointed in the sides but it was a beautiful place to camp.Just need to clean it up

Sites were small and uneven. Had to move numerous times to find a somewhat level site. For the money they charge for these sites I say stay away

I took three kids camping midweek for two nights. They absolutely loved the pool, riding their bikes, and the activities in pocket park. Cornhole, ladder, golf and basketball equipment was readily available! We had a tent site with electric and water that was shared with a neighbor. The site was well kept and private. There were 2 picnic tables, 1 covered and 1 open and a nice pad for the tent.

Unpaved roads, pool closed on Sunday? 90 degrees, really? Sites were muddy and not graveled. Location is great.

I was disappointed with our site in the Highlands. The sites are very narrow and our septic connection was uphill. We could not drain properly and when we talked to a worker about it, they asked us what we would like them to do to fix it. We stayed a holiday weekend and the Sunday of a holiday weekend, The pool was closed for the entire day. Probably would not stay here again.

Campground is okay . . . but for the price point we expected more . . . needs some maintenance and upkeep at the sites. Pull through patio sites are not truly that unless you are okay with driving through a field to pull through . . . okay in dry times . . . might be a huge problem if it was wet/muddy.

The pool was closed our entire last day there. We chose the Koa Middleboro because of the pool. By the time we learned it was closed- it was beyond our cancellation period. Our cabin was “ok” but there was a broken blindand the ac in the little room only ran for 2-3 minutes at a time. I did notify the staff- I don’t care about either but I don’t want to charged for them being broken

Busy place for the holidays. Hope they get the pool thing worked out. You need to keep the dog parks stocked. The noise from the highway was 24 hrs a day.

This was our first family camping experience and everything was fantastic! The tent site was clean and we appreciated the grate over the fire pit to cook. The bathrooms were very clean. The kids enjoyed biking. And as a family there was an abundance of activities to enjoy together- gaga ball, horseshoes, yard pool, bounce pillow and of course the splash pad/pool area. Can’t wait to come back!

It was terrible the site was so small we couldn't even have a fire. The place is overall dirty and to expensive. Was gonna stay late on Sunday and use the pool but it was closed again. This is the second time I have had a problem and the last I will never be back. Normandy farms is the same price and a much better place.

It is close to the action, although sites are close, but easy to navigate, pool is spectacular with splash pad, the deluxe cabins are everything you need, just bring you cloths. They need to trim the bushes around the cabins, but for sure I would return.

Much better this year but bathrooms still need more attention. Doors dont shut/ lock, waste baskets overflowing on the floor over lo g periods of time. Need more help in the Store too- Mgmnt told Customers to wait rather than jump in to assist when there was a line!

My husband and I love it here !! This was our fourth time coming and our second time bringing our grandkids.The splash pad was perfect for the little ones and the pool was perfect were everyone was having fun.

Great location for family. Everyone that we interacted with on the team was very kind and helpful. The staff at this location is excellent.

Good overall experience. The pool and splash pad weren’t open upon arrive due to technical issues with the equipment. Also the site type we requested was not in an area which would have worked for us despite emailing asking for a specific site (due to child having a broken ankle) but we switched to a different site type so it was not a problem, and saved some $$z

We were in spot ¹119 and the sewer hole is in the side of a hill making it difficult for the hose to stay in place.

The water is shared with 4 others from where our site was. The electricity went off the first day of our stay, and it was sweltering outside. It was off for about an hour. The Laundry is $4 to wash and $4 to dry, ridiculous! We went into Middleboro to do the laundry. The amps were low for our stay. Staff was nice and helpful. It is packed in like sardines when the campers pull out everything.

We love seeing familiar staff every visit! Always have lots for kids to do and the pool and splash pad are a great addition.

Not the best KOA experience I've had. New pool supposed to open 6/29 (our arrival), but didn't. Told pool opens 10, but didn't open the next day then either. Told not enough life guards. Finally opened at 1:30, 6/30. Everyday a mystery whether the pool would open and, if so, what time. Grounds not kept up as other KOAs I've been to. Overgrowth and weeds around bathroom house, etc. Messy.

It was around the 4th, so a lot of grace for it being packed and maybe short staffed but we were there for 5 nights, 2 days were after the weekend. The bathrooms/laundry were not cleaned once. I left a note about a clogged sink that was never touched, the garbage cans in the facilities and outside the building were never emptied. Staff were friendly, and activities were great. 4th of July weekend is always a busy one. But even on the days everyone was leaving we didn't have water pressure whatsoever. It was nearly impossible to do the dishes, let alone shower. We've stayed here before and it's always been a great time, unfortunately this time around the experience wasn't that great. Even trash pickup was delayed, and pools closures when not raining.

The new pool and splash pad are beautiful. Why would they be closed on the 5th of July with temps expected to near 100°.Noone bought the "closed for maintenance" as we could see the pool and didn't see anyone near the pool

Couldn’t get a hold of anyone before arriving at the site. We tried calling for 1 1/2 days before, left messages and no call back. Facility needs cleaning. The laundry room trash was overflowing and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Wasp nest in the electrical box next to our site,square jump pad had holes,&pool operation was a joke! The staff was very friendly always saying good morning or waiving, check-in was easy, the campground was clean no trash on the ground, RV's were close together but if you go to the "highland" section they are pull through and much quieter. The new pool and splash pad are very nice, One thing i would recommend is when kids are in the pool not to toss balls around as they hit others in the pool.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at the Boston / Cape Cod KOA Holiday. : Our site was an out of level dirt pad with large tree roots that caused tripping hazards. The pool was closed 5 of the 7 days we were there over the holiday weekend and the campground was not well maintained. I talked to the manager and he basically blew me off. I thought KOA had higher standards.

We were in cabin c3 and the stench of sewage was just awful! This stay wasn’t very good. Between the extreme heat and smell we were very disappointed. I thought this issue with smell was taken care of. I really feel you should not rent those cabins out till this matter is resolved. Been a member since 2007. The new pool is beautiful (not working on one of my days) unhappy visit this time

We checked in and received our site # come to find out that someone else was set up in our site. Back to the office lady seamed confused. Got pushed to a different site. Our daughter and her family got push to a crappy site full of roots. Pool was closed due to the need of 6 life gaurds for basically a wadding pool. Don't think I'll be back.i

We stayed 5 nights in one of the cabin's and one day the pool was opened late because because of short staff. The pool wasn't open at all on July 5th at all,with lot's of kid's still in the park.The first day the men's bathroom was a mess,I used the same shower every morning and the same paper was in the corner all week. Staff acted like customer needs were a bother. Told that the pool closed at 8:30 and when we got in at 7:45 for a quick dip we were told 5 minutes later we had to get out because the pool wasn't closing at 8:30, staff was leaving at 8:30. Power outage no accomodations. Pool dangerous and lifeguard did nothing

The only bad thing was not knowing the pool wouldn’t be open until it was too late to cancel or reschedule. The whole purpose of this trips with my kids was to relax & enjoy the pool. Instead we just hung around, not too much fun with kids.

Our first ever RV camping experience and we stayed here. It was wonderful and we will absolutely be back! Amenities were great, campgrounds were clean, general store was super cute and had helpful items we forgot at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Boston KOA! The grounds were clean, our cabin was very clean, and there were so many fun activities for the kids to enjoy. The girl at the front desk was so kind and welcoming! A special shoutout to the lady who was in charge of the crafts and bingo and her husband. They were both absolutely amazing, so friendly and funny, and they really made our stay extra enjoyable! It's the people who make a place special, and the staff here truly made our trip memorable. We had such a great time and would highly recommend Boston KOA to families looking for a clean, fun, and welcoming place to stay. We would absolutely love to come back! ❤️🏕️

We received top quality service from Paul he was the best!there are others I would like to mention Marta. The cabins were great and had everything you needed and if you mention some thing you need as they passed by they would say stay there I will bring it to you, I would highly recommend this sight and I am looking to come back next year
