We were extremely frustrated by the ever changing pool hours with the law of 3 lifeguards. It made it very hard to plan as a family. A huge reason we booked was having access to swim and cool off and not having that available with consistent hours was awful.

We had a quick one night stop here and wished we had stayed longer. The park is amazing if you have kids, there is honestly soooooo much for them to do, the kids were out playing basketball and volleyball until dark with all the other kids in the park. The new pool and splash pad area was a highlight for our kids. Everything around the park was very clean and well maintained, we would stay again!

First we were assigned the smallest tent site even though throughout our stay more than half of the tent sites stayed empty. Bathrooms were dirty, most of the doors would not lock. The pool hours were very inconsistent. I understand needing lifeguards, but you only have to supply them for 2 months a year and your camp can’t even accomplish that? Very inconvenient to your guest. Won’t be back.

We have stayed at many KOAs in the northeast & this rates towards bottom. There are no daily activities for the children like an arcade, bingo, or art. The only thing they have is self directed like pool or bouncy pad. Our cabin had no parking, fold couch gross, cabinets falling off, table legs wable, queen bed 30 years old creaky & 6 person cabin was tiny.

The cabin was clean and cool. Check in was easy. The bathrooms closest to the cabin left a lot to be desired. There were things out of order and mold on the floor of each shower stall, as if they had not been cleaned thoroughly. While we understand camping comes with different expectations than a hotel - these were things that would be easily attended too with some elbow grease.

Besides the beautiful pool & spash pad, the park itself needs attention. The place is loaded with potholes, they should address the roads throughout campgrounds. Bathrooms were always a mess, trash cans spilling over with paper towels. Floors were dirty & a door actually fell off hinges sitting there. Our site was unlevel, hard to drain sewer. Will not be back here.

There was no rhyme or reason to the store hours, not to pool hours. When we arrived we asked for pool hours and were told 8 pm. There were only 2 days in our 7 night stay that the pool was open that late. We stayed here as it was central to many activities. But when arriving back to the park the pool would be closed at 6 or earlier. Also the park store never had the same hours each day.

Great location to explore the surrounding area. The pool was clean and a great retreat after the busy area site seeing. Site was close to level and utilities were close for our Travel trailer. We wood stay again when in the area.

It was great and enjoyed our stay... One disappointment... My daughter uses a wheelchair &wanted to visit ithe camp store to get a shirt. We pushed her to the far end of the pool and between the rough gravel path & the placement of a bikerack across the path. We gave up & headed back to our site. We paid a bit extra for patio for wheelchair, but found wheelchair access hard between patio & road.

The site was tight, but mangable.wouid liked to have had more space away from season sighters. Main bathrooms and showers need a lot of work. Laundery floor was dirty the whole month we were there, and doors to toliets would not lock.

A good but not great KOA location. Front desk staff seemed a bit indifferent. Garbage dumpster is in an inconvenient spot (but garbage pick up is available daily at each site). Hot water went out for multiple days in central bath house and laundry room while I was there. My site was next to a long-term resident with an extremely dilapidated camper. Easy access to Cape Cod and South Shore areas.

It was great! We enjoyed a lot. Bathrooms were clean and dry. One suggestion is to fix the latches on bathroom doors and perhaps provide more lights in the shower stalls.

We had a wonderful stay last weekend. This is our 5th annual father-son trip with 8 dads and 14 boys. We stay at a new location each year. This was the best yet! The pool & splash pad made the weekend! Staff was very attentive and quick to respond with help on all matters. We'll be back!

Just an overnight on the way to Cape Cod and we trust KOA for quality. Only issue was distance from bathroom and wifi being overcrowded and not working.

We've been staying at KOAs this whole summer and this one has been the worst so far. If it wasn't for then lady at the office and how nice she was I would have given a 1 or 2 star. Entering the campground you first notice how over grown the grass is all over. Our tent site was not level by any means, holes all over and the grass was at least 8" tall. Bathrooms very dirty, not kept up.

Water pressure in the Highlands was very low and the water taste was a bit off, even with a new in-line filter installed. Other than that, we had a nice stay. Thank you.

2 days of sun and 2 days of rain but ae made the best of it. Pool was very nice and enjoyed the relaxation time while I read my book at the shaded table.We enjoy staying in the highlands and appreciate the quiet and peacefulness�We have been coming here since oyr kids were small and now it is back to the two of us.We have gone full circle.

KOA Boston is a great camping spot close to the city. It is nice and clean with friendly staff. Great pool and playgrounds for small kids.

Oceanside but view was only of the person in front of us outdoor shower house that was 8-10 feet tall (where the picnic table normally would be). Person doing the craft and kid activities wasn't very friendly. Location of campground was great as was all the other staff. Views are amazing. Would stay here again.

Campground is nice. Lots of fun games and things to do. Only complaint is that it wasn't communicated that I'd be staying in an rv spot when I signed up for rent camping with water and electric. They called them "dual purpose" staff was still super nice and accommodating they allowed me to move to a different camper spot. Just a heads up would've been nice. All of those spots are covered in gravel

Campground is in a very convenient location for Boston, Plymouth and the Cape. Staff were friendly enough. Bathrooms need a complete overhaul and upgrade. Campers are stacked in like sardines.

Had an incredible time utilizing the new pool. Staff were all very helpful and kind. Did not expect delivery service for ice and wood, was a great added touch. Especially for free. The only reason not 10/10 experience was our site was on a small mound with no pad for the camper. Made it very difficult to park/level our camper. Even just sitting around the fire we felt like we were falling down.

Wonderful stay the new pool area is great. Sites as always well kept. Easy check in and informative. One complaint is the new bike rentals and the use of battery scooters. We were in site 708 and watched kids flying down the hill and going around the blind corner of site 123. There were alot of near misses with vehicles and walkers. We saw three rollovers through the weekend.

Our first ever RV camping experience and we stayed here. It was wonderful and we will absolutely be back! Amenities were great, campgrounds were clean, general store was super cute and had helpful items we forgot at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Boston KOA! The grounds were clean, our cabin was very clean, and there were so many fun activities for the kids to enjoy. The girl at the front desk was so kind and welcoming! A special shoutout to the lady who was in charge of the crafts and bingo and her husband. They were both absolutely amazing, so friendly and funny, and they really made our stay extra enjoyable! It's the people who make a place special, and the staff here truly made our trip memorable. We had such a great time and would highly recommend Boston KOA to families looking for a clean, fun, and welcoming place to stay. We would absolutely love to come back! ❤️🏕️

We received top quality service from Paul he was the best!there are others I would like to mention Marta. The cabins were great and had everything you needed and if you mention some thing you need as they passed by they would say stay there I will bring it to you, I would highly recommend this sight and I am looking to come back next year
