We were traveling with friends to visit the cape code and Boston area. Very quick check in. Staff was very nice and helpful with info. Only problem I had was I needed a parking pass printed for the ball game in Boston and they would not do it for me. I had to scramble to find somewhere that would do it for me when I didn't knowwhere to go. How much does 1 piece of paper cost?

Other than a really unlevel site this is a great koa. We use it as a stop to the Cape. It’s extremely well kept and convenient to anything you’d need. We’ve stayed there three times and will again.

Great busy weekend. Would request accessibility options for little kids in the bathrooms, a milk crate or step stool so they can wash hands without sitting on the counter. Thanks!

Such a great campground!! Pleasant, helpful staff; well stocked camp store; fun activities. We stayed on an RV site in The Highlands for 10 days and didn’t want to leave! Our daughter and son-in-law stayed in a deluxe cabin in The Highlands at the same time that we were there. The cabin was beautiful! It had a small refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. For the price you are charging 1 would expect that the sites would be level and everything in working order. That was not our experience. We found the cover to the electrical panel was being held on with tape, which didn't hold, and it fell off. Additionally, the number of golf carts is just too high. We were more concerned about getting run over by a golf cart than a vehicle.

Got a 30 amp pull through site, most of the sites say gravel but are now a sandy dirt so bring a mat. Our sewer hookup was at the highest spot in the site and was placed at a 45 degree angle which made the 90 degree hookup difficult to use. Pool was nice and warm.

We stayed last year, loved it so much we returned. We recently stayed at a KOA near Six Flags, unfortunately, did not know we had to pay extra for Linens and towels, and our cabin wasn't cleaned. We also had no propane in our tank. They did fix it but I wasn't a happy camper.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were on a sought after pull through site. Dirt no real gravel. Receptio for phone or internet very limited. This campground meet our needs for site seeing.

we arrived and the staff was very friendly, gave us advice on places to eat and see. Got to site 30amp, and hooked up for the night no issues. Ran A/C in main coach, TV, Fridge, and ceiling fan (just as we always can do) and dehumidifier(ran limited time).in the morning breaker kept tripping, they said was us did give us another site and all was fine..never an issue before nice place for kids

for several years we have rented the same deluxe cabin equiped for cooking, We ordered the same facility again for this year, told we had it, was sent verification listing the kitchen within the cabin's adminnities... but was given a deluxe with no stove and told we never requested that "model" deluxe..we came with food for two days with no stovetop nor pots/pans to cook for our the weekend.

Mr. Dias, we are sorry your cabin did not meet your expectations and we were sold out and unable to move you. Unfortunately, you made your reservation online and did not speak to the office so you received what you booked. Glad to see you have the cabin you want for next year. Happy Camping!

The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to be helpful. The sites are not what we expected for a holiday resort though. At other holiday resorts we stayed in they were larger, and many were paved. We were surprised that internet service in the Boston area is so poor, but that’s no fault of the campground. For $100 a night we were expecting more but it may be just the Boston area is high.

We were there 5 nights. The activities were wonderful this holiday weekend. We love this KOA and it's our go to for this holiday weekend. We found that the office staff were friendly but, pricing and charges differed with the employee. Also, we have a problem with the $50 site fee hold. We also ran into some rudeness by some of the activity staff, and management.

I ask to have the deck & table cleaned out side no one came to do it at check in I was giving the wrong cabin the cabin had spider weds I can tell just the utensils was clean bath room clean bed room cleaned kitchen all kinds of spiders webs

The area we were in was big enough for a dog as large as ours. The trees are nice but do block any chance for satellite as described. We have Starlink but decided not to set it up. The WiFi worked well.

We changed our reservation late from a tent site to a cabin (approaching weather), no problem. Nice property, very pet friendly and there was a bunch of kids activities.

The campground was very clean -especially the bathrooms! No matter what time of the day or night it is, they were always VERY clean. The facilities were in great shape. There were lots of activities for the kids (we stayed over Labor Fay weekend). The staff was very friendly & helpful. It was a great location - fairly close to Plymouth, Cape Cod & Gillette Stadium.

Our stay didn’t get off to a great start when it appeared the site had not been prepared for our visit. We found candy wrappers, used glow necklaces, broken glass and a bag of dog feces on the site.

This is a fun place to stay. Fairly close to Providence RI, and Cape Cod MA. Sites are gravel and pretty level. Bathrooms are older but very clean and well maintained. The dog park is grassy and has shade and benches. There were a lot of dogs here during our visit and the dog park was very popular. It's still early in the year, and the summer season doesn't start until Memorial Day, but still plenty of fun things to do for kids. The little train that runs thru the campground always has kids, adults, and even dogs, all having fun. The train usually has kids on their bikes following along. The store is well stocked and staff is very helpful and friendly. The laundry room is clean and all the machines work. There is a lot going on during the day but nights are very quiet.

We had a wonderful day Halloween weekend at the middleboro KOA. Every employee was extremely helpful and friendly. I will say however, that one employee delivered our wood very early in the morning and I saw that same employee working the "haunted trail" that same evening at 7 pm. I jokingly made the comment that she was working overtime and that must be a good paycheck. She informed me that she worked her 8-hour shift and then was sent home. Only to return for a second shift without overtime. I recommended that the employees unionize. I think it's really sad that In this day and age, corporate businesses have not caught up with the rest of the country. If you have a good worker you should pay them overtime, not send them home to avoid paying them what they are worth. I hope that will change in the future for KOA employees.
