Sites were not maintained very well and most areas you were packed in close. Could use a makeover.

Great location and campground layout, with bathhouses conveniently spread throughout and within walking distance. Campers were polite, activities were inclusive for all ages, and common areas were well placed. Staff were kind and helpful. My only issue was that firewood I had just ordered and had delivered to my site was stolen while I showered.

We were very disappointed to learn that the pool was closed this year for the member appreciation weekend. This was our 10th year coming, and as I said before the kids and adults were disappointed. I was told this year a lifeguard is required. We don’t understand why you couldn’t have the usual swim at your own risk sign, no lifeguard on duty. Everything else was great.

I liked site 201. Horse shoe pits and corn hole area very close by across from my camp site. Enjoyed bingo on Friday. Wish there was a warm jacuzzi to soak in.

The site was dirty loaded with bird poop all over that nice cement patio and tables chairs. I get birds for what they do but really the place should do better keeping it clean.

We had beautiful weather over the wkend. This was our first time staying at a KOA facility. Campground was decent, we stayed in a back in 30amp site, which was very tight. The pool had closed for the season the wk before which was a bummer. Had the pool been open our stay would’ve been much more enjoyable. We will revisit this spot Nxt summer ���

Beautiful campground and very well maintained…very friendly staff…only complaint is when we arrived to our site there was still bits of trash in the fire pit and around the pad area

Lovely campsite, good facilities and nice sized tent pitches. Good location to the cape and Plymouth town especially.

Suggestions Upgrade bathrooms and showers very outdated Basic cabins need caulking on the wood so you can't see outside from the inside Personnel were kind & informative. Lots for kids to do that is awesome

we always have a great time and the lady that does bingo and all the other functions for the people her and her husband are awesome and very nice to every body and the new manager is also a nice guy

Very clean, well kept, nice sites. Front sites are close to US 44, so some road noise. Labor day weekend was very noisy from large groups and loud music until 11 PM, then all was quiet. Even after crowd left, one camper blasted their music and I never saw any employee ask them to turn it down.

Who closes the pool before labor day? There were multiple families with kids wanting to use the pool and splash pad on Labor Day Monday. Pretty lame move to close it a day earlier than every other pool in the country. Asked the guy at the front for an alternate place to swim, he couldn’t be bothered to suggest one of the many beaches nearby. The soured the entire experience for us

The staff is remarkable! Patrick was very helpful.The new pool was very nice-when it was open.It was closed on Labor Day, and closed twice over the weekend.The camp is old and needs an update throughout.Sites are too close and sewer connections are too close to picnic tables and the caps do not fit tightly.Flies are a terrible.Less sites wider lots and more paved sites are needed.New bathrooms.

Overall the stay was great. We have been coming here for 30+ years on Labor day weekend. The staff was great when asked to mow the grass on our site. The only complaint is the WIFI. Great they put in faster wifi but once the sites filled in and more people used it for multiple devices it essentially stopped working for us. More traffic than it could handle. Another upgrade is needed.

The stay was terrific. The staff was friendly and very accommodating when we needed something. This is an excellent place to take a family camping, especially if you have little kids who like to stay entertained. The only thing that I didn't like, was the showers because the floor you are supposed to step coming out of the shower were as wet as the shower floor and slippery.

What a gem not to far away from our home. New pool and slash pad are amazing and Bob the manager really does care and helped our large group out both in our current stay and booking the next. This is my 5th year and things feel far more relaxed and yet still operate properly. Oh but please get more bandwidth, the wifi when the park is full isn't enough. No steaming, no draft apps, it was painful.

We had a great relaxing weekend. The renovations to the pool area are fabulous! The little ones looked like they really liked the new splash pool! The little peddle cars are really cool as well. We noticed the cabin we stayed in had a few new things. Very clean and comfortable.

Positive: clean facilities. Lots of family activities. Dog friendly, two large fenced spaces for off leash fun, poop bag dispensers and cans everywhere. Sites with dog pens available. Negative: Small site with no shade. Neighbor with 3 vehicles had to park one on my site. Disappointed that restroom and shower facilities are not ADA compliant.

Super loud nighttime parties at the pavilion until 11pm, loud music and noises and our young family had to get to sleep with tons of noise Friday and Saturday evening. The online system does not accept gift cards, and calling KOA they said to pay the deposit via credit card and fix it at check in. At check in they only applied the gift card to the remainder and was left unable to use the card.

The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. I would have loved to give more stars and a better rating if the pool was HEATED as advertised. This is one of the reasons we chose this location and it was pretty disappointing.

We stayed in the Highlands section of the campground which is in the back farthest from highway 44 which can get very busy and noisy. It was very quiet and the sites in this section were well spaced.

Well maintained campground and our spot was fairly level. It is just outside Plymouth where there are lots of things to do.

The Check-in girl wth dark curly hair was all but rude.was not interested in answering any questions and told us to take first left that put us at the pool so we had to unhook at that point��we’re put at the very back with sites much closer to the front available

Location was good, plenty to do for the kids, bathroom/showers were clean and warm. Site location wasn't very level, more than 4" out is not level to me. If you have self leveling, this place is nice.

WOW! They picked up our trash every morning. How cool is that? This is a great campground for young families (the Summer water features are great!) Easy access to Cape Cod and Boston. Five Stars! One thing we wished was better - privacy between sites.

Water was a long way from the site and shared with other campers. Beautiful pool area and clean restrooms. Lots of cars just driving through and random cars parked on the sides of the roads or in empty campsites.

Our first ever RV camping experience and we stayed here. It was wonderful and we will absolutely be back! Amenities were great, campgrounds were clean, general store was super cute and had helpful items we forgot at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Boston KOA! The grounds were clean, our cabin was very clean, and there were so many fun activities for the kids to enjoy. The girl at the front desk was so kind and welcoming! A special shoutout to the lady who was in charge of the crafts and bingo and her husband. They were both absolutely amazing, so friendly and funny, and they really made our stay extra enjoyable! It's the people who make a place special, and the staff here truly made our trip memorable. We had such a great time and would highly recommend Boston KOA to families looking for a clean, fun, and welcoming place to stay. We would absolutely love to come back! ❤️🏕️

We received top quality service from Paul he was the best!there are others I would like to mention Marta. The cabins were great and had everything you needed and if you mention some thing you need as they passed by they would say stay there I will bring it to you, I would highly recommend this sight and I am looking to come back next year
