One of a very few open this time of the year, however, most of the park was muddy roads and construction. People were very nice. But the loaction was MILES from restaurants and grocery stores

It was very nice we really like this camp ground but unfortunately we had too leave early because of an issue with one of our dogs and needed to get her to the vet right away. They were very understanding. The staff is incredible here. Our dog is doing better now with high hopes of full recovery. We will definitely be coming back to visit this campground again.

Overall we had a good stay. The management was responsive to the broken circuit breaker at our site, 267, when we arrived. The downside is that the rest rooms at the middle of the campground were closed and that put more pressure on the facilities by the office. The result was a bathroom that in my opinion was not up to KOA standards. The condition of the campground was good. We would stay again.

Very friendly staff. Sites could use some fresh gravel. It was early season and they were doing maintenance and upgrades while we were there. Nice stay.

We had emergency after booking a seasonal. They went above and beyond to refund us and any deliveries will take care of. So bummed we had to leave so clean and friendly.

Perfectly located if you want to see Boston, Plymouth etc. The bathroom was unclean when we got there and still had not been cleaned 3 days later when we left. The girl at front desk was awesome and the tiny cabin was nice.

Although we were reimbursed site locking fee and one night stay, if our friends a didn’t remind us of what site number we should have had, the reimbursements wouldn’t have happened. Not happy with the outcome and if we paid for the site lick fee for specific site they should have moved the ones who were on our site to accommodate us. We were there with friends and wanted to be together.

Very evident that there are a ton of improvements happening. It is much needed. We left early because of a horrific incident I had attempting to use the men’s bathroom attached to the main building. All stalls had no toilet paper. Feces on the stall walls an I was solicited by an older man with a state issued ankle bracelet on. As he came out of the shower. This was around 11 am the day we left.

Very good stay as always. On a couple of minor issues with cabin that were reported. Great attentive so. Enjoyed the bingo. See you again in October.

My family and I had a fun time staying at the KOA. The only drawbacks were that our cottage said it slept 6-8 but it was more like 6 absolute max. The bunk beds were tiny. Also there was ants on the counters. Other than that we did enjoy our stay and would probably go back at some point.

The lady in the office and the gentleman maintaining the campground were both very nice and helpful. This is our first time owning a trailer and our shakedown trip. We really appreciated their help.

The staff at Boston/Cape Cod KOA are friendly, helpful and accomodating. They are in the middle of installing a new pool and splash pad, can't wait to come back when it is finished.

Staff was great. Internal roads were full of giant potholes. We got there a day after they opened for the season and laundry room was closed for the entire 8 days we stayed. First site they put us in had bad electric-we had to move. We invited friends to stay in a cabin next to our site and the floor was filthy. No wifi for 3 days of our stay. We just expected better at the beginning of season.

Everything was great! Monica in the office was super friendly and beyond helpful. Other staff were awesome as well, always saying hello in passing. Stayed in the Highlands area, very peaceful. Thanks for an amazing weekend!!

There wasn’t any WiFi for a few days due to a construction snafu and I had wished they took some money off our bill. It was a little hard to plan day trips with internet being shut off and relying on our own spotty service. Other than that, the staff was perfectly nice and hospitable and gave us a few local tips for places to check out off the beaten path.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. People staying there also nice and friendly. My son and I enjoyed staying at one of camp cabins. Nice comfy clean cabin with a fridge and heat. It was freezing cold at night but it was warm inside. Many fresh seafoods markets near and we got nice seafoods to BBQ. This KOA was open in very early April while other campgrounds in the area were still closed.

They didn’t tell us when checking in the bathrooms by the pavilion we’re not open. I waited to use them for a while since there’s a sign saying they close periodically for cleaning. Finally after I couldn’t wait anymore, I went to the main one and asked about the others, where they said it was closed until further notice. Would have been nice to know so I wasn’t waiting about to pee my p

The pull-thru sites had plenty of length but were pretty close together so much so that our bedroom slide was located beside the adjoining campsite's area where the campers sat outside providing very little privacy for us from our bedroom. Also, the site's groundcover was mainly dirt and could use a little more grass although the area was in the midst of a drought during our visit.

Campground itself is fine but poorly maintained. Grass is overgrown, bathhouse has broken toilets and showers, and the "new" Wi-Fi is intermittent. The HUGE problem is management. Bob Brammer is rude, plays favorites with certain seasonals ,treats guests with no respect. Watched him make a woman cry in front of her child. His behavior creates a toxic environment and is unprofessional at any level

Stayed at this KOA from Oct 24 - Nov 1. The campground is kept up and they are making a brand new pool and splash pad area for the Spring. The staff was friendly, the campground was clean, and we enjoyed our stay.

Always well maintained! The kids were a little disappointed that there was no haunted trail for Halloween (we were told it would be there weather permitting) but we had a fantastic time, none the less! Will be back!

People are exceptional, tent sites would be improved if railroad ties were filled with pea gravel so water can escape in a rainstorm and tents are not flooded.

Even with stormy weather and at the end of the season the staff was friendly, professional and enthusiastic with plenty of Halloween and fall activities for kids and adults

I would love to give five stars because of its great location, shaded level site, good WiFi, and pleasant staff. However, the showers were among the worst that we have encountered in the past several years, with broken shower door locks and mold. We had a FHU site but the sewer was 35 feet from our black tank discharge. Construction noise during the day was disruptive (think bugling elk).

My wife and I had a wonderful time on our honeymoon. The campground was very nice and everyone was so accommodating to our needs. The Halloween festivities were amazing and we enjoyed every moment spent at the grounds. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful time

The staff was helpful and friendly. The campground was very clean. Everything worked as expected. I enjoyed my stay and I will return. My only complaint is that I didn’t receive my KOA Rewards points for some reason. Can someone please look into this?

Poor light and moldy shower. The camp poor lighting is a risk for pedestrians at night. Coming back from the shower, I had to go through a part that has NO light (at least 200 yards, next to tent lots) and was pitch black. I was lucky a car went through and show me the way. The bathrooms are really far (is there only 3 showers?) and the shower I used was moldy. I have picture if needed.

We stayed in site 712 with our 37' fifth wheel for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was super convenient to take the train into Boston, and driving to Cape Cod, Newport, and Plymouth were a breeze. The RV sites are tight, but it didn't bother us. We were there for the Memorial Day weekend and it got packed, but after everyone cleared out on Monday, we had a little nook to ourselves. The staff interactions were helpful and pleasant. The laundry room is a nice size, with 5 or 6 washers and just as many dryers. A little pricey at $4 per wash and $3 per dry.

I visited KOA Boston/Cape Cod this weekend, and we absolutely loved the experience. The space was cozy and well-organized, the service was exceptional, and we received a very warm welcome. (I can't recall the names of the specific people we interacted with), but we want to thank the entire team. I needed a spot to store my travel trailer and was able to make a reservation with them in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend it—it is very well located.
