My site was dirty. it had 2 picknick tables on it when we arrived and sometime over the weekend someone can to the site and took one table away and the site was covered with cigarette buts I picked up about 100 or more and found several nails threw out the site witch one I ran over. other than that, it was a really nice weekend the staff at the desk were very helpful and friendly.

Super friendly and accommadating office. Grounds are beautiful and kept up with. Best event schedule, your allowed to decorate your site for themed events such as Halloween lots of blowups. We cant wait too go back.

Very nice KOA. Clean, staff was nice, laundry worked good. Sites were nice. Easy in and out to main thruways. Also alot of stuff for kids. They had movie nights, pumpkin decorating and trick or treating. Would definitely stay here again.

Campground gets 5 stars as always!!! Never disappoints. Clean, there’s always some new updates every time we come so it’s nice to see maintenance always being done. Other campers need to follow the rules and keep pets leashed . At all times when outside . Campground does all they can but ultimately it’s up to owners. Thanks again KOA see you in April!!!!!

The campground was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and the bathrooms were always very clean. The only thing I did not like was the cost of bonfire wood. The bag was $8 and only had 5-6 pieces. A little steep in my opinion but other then that, a great stay :)

We spent a quiet, relaxing few days up in the Highlands. The deluxe cabin was perfect for our needs! We look forward to returning next year.

The campground was wonderful. Although the bathrooms were dirty. We stayed 5 nights and in that time the showers were not cleaned at all. Same papers and dirt on the shower floor the whole 5 nights. The small trash in the stalls were not emptied in the 5 days. Had to go buy something to stand on in shower to bathe

loud people till 1200 am. cabin behind our site had people banging on walls and woman screaming till the early morning hrs then speeding out of the grounds with a car.

Great location. But can't they put more gravel on the camp sites. And the price was way too high, $140 for a night and $90 the next night. I think they could afford some gravel, based on the price they charge!

Very nice KOA! This is all KOA’s should strive to be like. The staff were excellent and provided us suggestions to visit such as Mayflower ship, Plymouth Rock, Grist Mill, and lastly the East Bay Restaurant! Then we drove (1 hour and 15 minutes) north to visit Salem, MA. Take care.

Sites are on the small side. It'd be nice if there was an arcade for the kids and onsite dining options.

Great time as always and the staff is very helpful/friendly. However, I was very disappointed that after I booked two cabins together that each cabin was on opposite sides of the KOA from each other. I get it that it is a booking system and you need to optimize space BUT cabins on either side of me were empty the whole weekend.

This is our seventh time staying at the particular KOA. Our eighth will be at the end of this month. It is my favorite one so far, and we have been to quite a few KOA. The staff at always so pleasant. The activities for the kids are great, especially having a lot for free. My son enjoys your jump pad and playground. We are storing our camper there for our next trip which is very convenient.

We enjoy camping at the Boston/Cape Cod KOA at least once every year. The campsites are nice and there are many activities to do in the area.

Rv spots were tight and not very level. Not much room between spots. Found it challenging to walk my dog as there were no specific trails and not many unused grassy areas. Facilities were old but clean. Front desk staff were helpful about the Boston area. Best part of this KOA was the location. Easy to access the commuter rail into Boston.

Small sites, felt cramped could not open my awning the whole way due to a large branch. Some sites shouldn’t be sites. $50 lock in fee is ridiculous. Don’t know why KOA has to do that. Why can’t you just have people book a site and that’s it? . Nowhere on reservation did it show what site we locked in. All the people I came in contact with were very pleasant and customer service minded.

we stayed at site 20, 21 and 12 the water at sites 21 2 22 did not work and the electricity went out every 30 minutes

Fantastic KOA. Busy yet quiet. Lots for kids to do and they seemed to be having a great time. Very well patrolled and accommodating. Big trees throughout the campground.

Thank you for the survey. When booking our site I specifically asked that the site must be a level one for the length of our Motorhome. " It is a level site " was the answer. The "Highlands " is a hilly area with uneven and unlevel sites. Not only was the site not what we were told , the people next to us had barking dogs and we received no answer on the call for after hours. VERY DISAPPOINTIN

Booked a site for 8 nights and we were put in the front of the campground where campers were coming and going every morning and evening. We were woke most mornings with campers getting ready to leave at 7:00 am . It would have been nice to be farther back in the campground especially with the price we paid.

This KOA is very well maintained, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The site sizes are pretty spacious. We usually book a pull through when we stay and have enough room for our rig and car. There is quite a bit to do and see within an hour of the campground. We have stayed here in the past and will come back.

We had a wonderful day Halloween weekend at the middleboro KOA. Every employee was extremely helpful and friendly. I will say however, that one employee delivered our wood very early in the morning and I saw that same employee working the "haunted trail" that same evening at 7 pm. I jokingly made the comment that she was working overtime and that must be a good paycheck. She informed me that she worked her 8-hour shift and then was sent home. Only to return for a second shift without overtime. I recommended that the employees unionize. I think it's really sad that In this day and age, corporate businesses have not caught up with the rest of the country. If you have a good worker you should pay them overtime, not send them home to avoid paying them what they are worth. I hope that will change in the future for KOA employees.

We arrived late, and someone was in our spot (they were nice). A worker came and cleared them out, only for us to discover we were on a hill too steep for our camper. Moved in the morning, ended up next to a guy with 2 large unfriendly dogs on long leads, and he didn't clean up after them. The staff handled this quickly and amazingly Last night was peaceful. We were rushed out of the nearly empty site, but that just got us home quicker. Bathrooms were clean on the 2nd and 3rd nights. Jump pillow was a big hit with the children, who were all well-behaved and quiet. The store was well stocked. Most of the people seem to be regulars and were super awesome. They have regular activities. Overall, we had a great time and hope to visit again. The staff was great.
