Quiet secluded campground that is dog friendly. Laundry room needs a deep cleaning and a small parking lot beside the pavilion. Highlands area have nice long spaces, but whoever built it shouldn't have put the sewer hook-ups on the uphill side (at least in our particular spot).

Everything was amazing. The cabin was in great shape and very clean cute location in the trees. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Very nice campground while maintained. We appreciate the effort to keep it so clean.

Grounds up by the 5 Cabins needed attention, and came close to calling 911 due to safety concerns

Members reward weekend Pool&new splash pad were closed so no grandchildren as Dad was nervous they wouldnt be entertained enough-quite weekend alone

Our first time in a Deluxe cabin. It provided all we expected. Good size bathroom, Kitchen, separate bedroom and TV that worked. Only concern is that I tried to return a bundle of plastic wrap wood and was denied being able to return it. Otherwise Cabin as expected. Right now at Bar Harbor/ Oceanside KOA. Cabin poorly outfitted. Ocean view blocked by trees, no kitchen sink, etc. Not Good!

We stayed for a month because it was the closest campground to our family. It was fine, but we thought that some sites could have been cared for a bit better. They do pick up trash frequently. Amenities were good and plenty for kids to do.

Laundry room filthy. Sewer hookup elevated. Sent pictures and they denied the pics were taken at their campground. NOT a proper way to respond to concerns.

The site we had was awful, no water pressure, the majority of the site was located on the drivers side of the camper which makes no sense at all unless you have a small camper, 34 ft is not small, barely enough room to park the truck

3 out of 4 Nights absolutely terrific One very bad day as a party pulled in right next too me and nothing was done to settle it down countless people showed up and everyone was hammered by 5 pm I was told I should have called The campground needs to be responsible for these situation it shouldn’t be up to me to get involved If it continued any longer 911 would have been called Camper

I love the addition of the pool & splash pad ( even though it was closed while we were there b/c it was after Labor Day.) This is a great KOA except for bigger rigs when you happen to be on the end site towing a car ( nothing that couldn't be fixed by trying it a second time from a different direction.) Love all the trees! 1 complaint is the workers going way too fast on golf carts!

I’ve stayed at many KOA‘s over the years. Without exception, every employee was courteous and smiled and said hello. While camping at the Boston KOA, there was a creepy employee who wrote around on a golf cart never responded to waves or smiles on several occasions and just look like he got out of prison. I’ve never experienced this before, and hopefully I never will again.

Your staff in the office, the young blonde girl, I can’t remember her name, Kayle?, was super helpful and very friendly, She was able to give direction and advice on getting into Boston and any questions I had!!!

Clean campground, pricey campground, disappointed there are no organized adult activities ($ bingo, cornhole event, etc.) Everything is kid related, but there are adults that want fun also. The dance party could be better (more speakers, mix in some adult party ideas). I feel the campground could offer a better activity schedule for the price.

We moved to west coast so were back visiting friends and family. They were able to join us for cookouts, we hope to rent a few cabins next year and stay together. Coffee pot didn'twork, replaced with a better model quickly. Wifi quit, also fixed quickly. Great staff, deluxe cabin worked well for us. Pillows could be upgraded. Nice grill and firepit. Enjoyed our stay!

The KOA was ok… the grass around the sites was very long. It always stayed wet. The laundry room was beyond dirty. Bugs and grass and dirt in all the corners. And $4.00 to wash and $3.00 to dry. Very ridiculous, especially with the amount of money you pay to stay there. The smell of sewer in the laundry wanted to make us vomit. Lady in there said it has been like that… fix it, gees…

There has been a significant change to the KOA in recent years. Prior to this weekend we had booked a reservation for a pull thru. When we checked in it had been changed to a back in with no notification at all. This part weekend we were put on a back in, again no pull thru's were available. We ended up bending one of the stabilizer jacks severally because of the hill we had to back up. Not happy

Single overnight stay only. My rt 44 has become busier than ever and traffic noise is incredible. Looks as though there are many improvements going on.

KOA kindly found a spot for us when we had mechanical difficulties with our motorhome and had to cancel previous plans. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Great location and campground layout, with bathhouses conveniently spread throughout and within walking distance. Campers were polite, activities were inclusive for all ages, and common areas were well placed. Staff were kind and helpful. My only issue was that firewood I had just ordered and had delivered to my site was stolen while I showered.

We were very disappointed to learn that the pool was closed this year for the member appreciation weekend. This was our 10th year coming, and as I said before the kids and adults were disappointed. I was told this year a lifeguard is required. We don’t understand why you couldn’t have the usual swim at your own risk sign, no lifeguard on duty. Everything else was great.

I liked site 201. Horse shoe pits and corn hole area very close by across from my camp site. Enjoyed bingo on Friday. Wish there was a warm jacuzzi to soak in.

The site was dirty loaded with bird poop all over that nice cement patio and tables chairs. I get birds for what they do but really the place should do better keeping it clean.

Our first ever RV camping experience and we stayed here. It was wonderful and we will absolutely be back! Amenities were great, campgrounds were clean, general store was super cute and had helpful items we forgot at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Boston KOA! The grounds were clean, our cabin was very clean, and there were so many fun activities for the kids to enjoy. The girl at the front desk was so kind and welcoming! A special shoutout to the lady who was in charge of the crafts and bingo and her husband. They were both absolutely amazing, so friendly and funny, and they really made our stay extra enjoyable! It's the people who make a place special, and the staff here truly made our trip memorable. We had such a great time and would highly recommend Boston KOA to families looking for a clean, fun, and welcoming place to stay. We would absolutely love to come back! ❤️🏕️

We received top quality service from Paul he was the best!there are others I would like to mention Marta. The cabins were great and had everything you needed and if you mention some thing you need as they passed by they would say stay there I will bring it to you, I would highly recommend this sight and I am looking to come back next year
