-Unclean urine bottles was left right outside of our cabin and beds were nasty.-Fire alarm was hanging inside the cabin and I was blamed for trying to take it down. I'm way too short.- my daughter stepped on a nail while doing the mining and it went through her shoe and a few minutes later it happened to my friends son. - when I talked to someone about my concerns I was told I could leave

This location is not well maintained. The bathrooms and showers are poorly maintained and filthy. The showers had a pinkish slime on the walls that had not been scrubbed in a long time. A brush and some cleanser would have worked wonders. I never saw maintenance people doing any wor. They were either racing around the kamp in golf carts (well above 7 mph) or they were playing on their phones.

We had a good time until it was time to check out. We had a man in our yard folding up our table and cleaning our grill while we were still inside in our pajamas. We planned on grilling some English muffins before we left, but didn’t dare use the grill after he had been out there. Rented a rustic cabin...floor was filthy. Bathhouse showers were OLD and gross and there were only 3.

Activities for the kids was great and lots of things to keep the kids busy. The bathrooms are not clean at all. The campground also had so much litter on the ground. The campground was very noisy with cars driving around all hours of the night.

Extended weekend to visit family. We prefer the Highlands sites because they are more quiet. Internet and phone reception is a little challenging. Plenty of walking areas for dogs. Laundry facilities plentiful and the ability to pay through an app is appreciated. This was our 3rd visit this year so clearly we are fans of this KOA.

I enjoyed the campground. The only thing that I don't see as being up to KOA standards was the bathrooms. The showers were in need of upgrading and the stalls were not in good shape. Some even falling apart.

Had a great weekend!! Only down fall was our grill kept catching fire from all the grease when we first arrived and had no cooking utensils when we arrived. But was ok cause I always bring my own. All in all a great relaxing weekend!!!

Stayed 2 nights and was very happy with the place. Service was great and fast. We ordered firewood and 5 minutes later it was delivered to my site.

Loved the easy access to Boston via MBTA commuter rail from the campground. Enjoyed the heated pool.

Awesome stay! Great location for visiting the area. Close to Commuter Rail to Boston. Our dog spent the day at Pet Recess Inc, 36 Main Street, Lakeville MA. Pet Recess is just down Main Street from commuter lot. They took such good care of her and pampered her. Would definitely stay at this KOA again if in the area.

Sites are not groomed. Mixed grass, weeds, and gravel. Garbage in fire pit. Dirty picnic table.

My tent site was great. The shade was optimal, and it fit my car and tent perfectly with enough room to have a fire going and cooking on the grill. The bathrooms were always tidy. There was plenty of entertainment there for kids and myself included, although the pool was a bit cloudy, but I think that's to be expected with a lot of kids. The campground is huge, and I look forward to next time.

I had a wonderful weekend at this campground! All the staff were great, but a woman with purple hair truly stood out , she was amazing leading bingo and activities. My son loved the air-and-water carriage, and we had so much fun. I’m very grateful and look forward to coming back soon!

The low rating is for the smallest campsites we've ever witnessed. You are so smooshed next to your neighbors it makes you not want to go out and have a campfire or enjoy being outside. During bookout we were asked if we had a bump out but not sure why youd even ask that question if our bump out is going to impede our neighbors space. Its not going to let me type much more but clearly a money grab

Cleaning of bathrooms was below average. Grills at site were not cleaned. Pool needed attention. Arrived 1.5 hours early and was sent away told to come back in an hour. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our site. Staff was pleasant.

Location was perfect! Campground was very well kept. However, we do not have pets and stayed in a “pet friendly” deluxe cabin. It had pet hair everywhere and had seen its better days. We were pleasantly surprised to have fresh towels everyday upon request! High marks for convenience and service… low marks for condition of the cabin. Just needs some TLC and I’m sure it’s filled all summer

Our first ever RV camping experience and we stayed here. It was wonderful and we will absolutely be back! Amenities were great, campgrounds were clean, general store was super cute and had helpful items we forgot at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Boston KOA! The grounds were clean, our cabin was very clean, and there were so many fun activities for the kids to enjoy. The girl at the front desk was so kind and welcoming! A special shoutout to the lady who was in charge of the crafts and bingo and her husband. They were both absolutely amazing, so friendly and funny, and they really made our stay extra enjoyable! It's the people who make a place special, and the staff here truly made our trip memorable. We had such a great time and would highly recommend Boston KOA to families looking for a clean, fun, and welcoming place to stay. We would absolutely love to come back! ❤️🏕️

We received top quality service from Paul he was the best!there are others I would like to mention Marta. The cabins were great and had everything you needed and if you mention some thing you need as they passed by they would say stay there I will bring it to you, I would highly recommend this sight and I am looking to come back next year
