The woman’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Hair everywhere in the showers and all over the bathroom. Toilets not clean at all. I stayed last year and they were a little better. I understand it is a camp site public bathroom but for almost $200 a night it’s not acceptable. Even the walkway leading up to the bathroom door had hair everywhere. I will not be returning.

The staff was very nice and helpful but our site, and many other sites they offered us, were terribly unlevel or had restricted access with trees. This is the first KOA we had to use extra boards and blocks to get our camper level. Since we don't typically carry a lot of extra leveling blocks, we were thankful for the lady who went and found us a couple things to use as they had no other sites

This is my "home away from home " campground. Most of the staff are amazing and a joy to interact with. Plenty of activities for my grandchildren to do. I'm not too pleased with the $50 site lock fee but it is what it is.

The cabin was great. My only issue is the plates were dirty and the table had pizza sauce on it and dripping down one of the chairs. Other than that my family had a great time with friends despite the weather.

A few months ago, we booked our stay with 4 other families.They allowed choose sites so that we could be together.When we arrived,we were scattered all over place.When we spoke to the manager, she was rude and said that we should have locked our sites (which is a $50 fee).There are other places in the area with more amenities and cost the same with no lockin fee.We won't return to this KOA.

We didn’t get a very warm welcome at all. Just the opposite. Sites are on top of each other. Fine if you want to party with a group of friends or shake hands between vans.

Our stay was great. Only issue was the unlevel sites. We should have requested another site, which staff would have accommodated but we were already set up so lived with it. Also a little pricey but convenient for seeing many places in Massachusetts

We were assigned a site across from play area (narrow site ) we would have preferred a site in the wooded areas with more room since we had 2 dogs and no children We may come back but not in the centrally located area The highland area looked nice

Bad receptacle at pedestal. Space was so unlevel we could not use picnic table and had trouble leveling coach. Plenty of level available sites. I would think level sites would be a priority. Wont be back when we come out next year

We stayed at this campground because it was central to the places we wanted to go, which was convenient for us. Shower was used and it was clean. We were there 4 nights and had no issues.

Easy and fast check in with plenty of staff; the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful; very well kept and clean facility; lots of activities for the kids; lots of dag break areas with bags and trash cans; great all around atmosphere; easy drive to Boston and Cape Cod. We’ll be back!

Loved being across the playground. My children could play while we set up our camper. Had trouble finding the cable hookup, the gentleman inside the office, walked out to our site and showed us (very helpful). We have 2 dogs, so I was glad that the park was dog friendly. Unfortunately missed out on the activities the weekend we were there (other plans) Overall a great experience.

Worse stay ever. The manager, Tiffany, made it a miserable experience and was rude.

Amanda, campground rules are so everyone can have an enjoyable experience and we're sorry you felt them unreasonable. After numerous complaints from fellow campers and staff it was best for you to find a campground that better suits your camping needs. We wish you the best.

We stayed on one of the Halloween celebration weekends in a cabin and had a great time! There was so much to do and all the activities were well thought out. I found the text alert feature announcing the various events to be especially helpful. My family and I had a great time and plan to return in the future.

Great campground with everything you need for a multi-day stay. A bit far from downtown Boston (30-40 minutes). Staff was very helpful. Would totally recommend!!

They did Halloween BIG and our four girls 5-9 yrs old had a blast!!! We were on an end site and had plenty of room. I have been here before but not with foliage, it was beautiful and the nature trails thru the campground were fun!

Premium patio site was nice, though than smaller patio than many KOAs. plenty long gravel driveway for our 45’ motor home and toad though tight turns into and out of site. Lots of grassy area for our pup and play area for kids. Really quite nice! I’m only downgrading from 5 stars because the site was not level and took some effort and blocks to level out. Not fun with a 45,000 lb rig.

We had a wonderful day Halloween weekend at the middleboro KOA. Every employee was extremely helpful and friendly. I will say however, that one employee delivered our wood very early in the morning and I saw that same employee working the "haunted trail" that same evening at 7 pm. I jokingly made the comment that she was working overtime and that must be a good paycheck. She informed me that she worked her 8-hour shift and then was sent home. Only to return for a second shift without overtime. I recommended that the employees unionize. I think it's really sad that In this day and age, corporate businesses have not caught up with the rest of the country. If you have a good worker you should pay them overtime, not send them home to avoid paying them what they are worth. I hope that will change in the future for KOA employees.

We arrived late, and someone was in our spot (they were nice). A worker came and cleared them out, only for us to discover we were on a hill too steep for our camper. Moved in the morning, ended up next to a guy with 2 large unfriendly dogs on long leads, and he didn't clean up after them. The staff handled this quickly and amazingly Last night was peaceful. We were rushed out of the nearly empty site, but that just got us home quicker. Bathrooms were clean on the 2nd and 3rd nights. Jump pillow was a big hit with the children, who were all well-behaved and quiet. The store was well stocked. Most of the people seem to be regulars and were super awesome. They have regular activities. Overall, we had a great time and hope to visit again. The staff was great.
