Very well organized campground. Pool was nice. Lots of helpful and happy staff, sites were nice in The Highlands section. Great location to visit Plymouth and New Bedford.

While we love the KOA, this stay was subpar. The cabin was full of mold, air conditioners were moldy and blinking for new filters (we requested replacement and it didn’t happen), smoke detectors were missing (one removed during our stay and not replaced as it was beeping), cabin was not clean upon entering and patio was littered with trash. To top it off, we were charged $100 deep clean.

As usual, our family enjoyed our stay here. The staff is friendly, the activities are really fun, & we enjoy the amenities at this location, especially the pool! My only complaint would be about the cleanliness- I requested our favorite cabin, but there was a lot of dust & dog hair inside. Outside, there were pieces of metal wire, plastic, papers & a chewed bone- not really safe for our toddler.

My family and I love this campground! Bob has done an amazing job turning things around from a chaotic couple of years before his arrival. I have friends who have still not returned but are at least considering it because of Bob's leadership.

Park was great with the very important exception of our campsite. Our campsite was very rough and unlevel which made leveling very hard. Also at the very end of the loop on the road that we had to turn on is a tree that make taking the turn very difficult especially if wou dont want to scratch your rv. Other than those 2 things I would highly recommend the KOA.

We enjoyed our stay. I would like to see some more activities for kids to do I know there’s other places that do regular bingo for everybody that do get cash and then some dude candy bingo and I know my grandkids enjoy both of them

We had a great weekend! My kids absolutely love Ana who covers the kids events. We were so happy she was working this weekend! They asked for her as soon as we arrived!

There was too much sand all over the place at this campsite. The guys in the golf cart kept telling people about the 7 mph speed limit, yet the maintenance people or others in their golf carts were driving a lot faster than that!!

It was Labor Day and campgrounds fill up, but this was ridiculously crowded. Some sites had so many people & tents squeezed in on them. We even saw a sleeper sofa opened to a bed among tents on a site! This is allowed?? The sites were tiny and we had neighbors around their fire pit under our bedroom window. Loud! Bathrooms were dirty and showers were moldy. Terrible terrible place!

The showers at the main building were disgusting. Orange residue and black mold throughout the stalls, they clearly have not been cleaned in a long time. Hairs clogging drains and on the stall walls, an old bandaid left on the floor. It made me question the cleanliness of my cabin, and not want to go in the heated pool. Grounds were dirty also, old cig butts, kids socks left behind, etc.

Grass was not mowed on our site. Pool was too small, always packed with kids.

We had a very good time except for Friday night our neighbors were very loud and very rude but other than that we had a Best Time Of Our Lives

We have stayed in the same location for the past six or seven years. Disappointed in the upkeep of the area as it seems to be going downhill. Landscaping is not well maintained as it used to be. Grill and the patio site was missing a cover. Son had a cabin which needed attention in various in interior areas.

I really enjoyed that the site was clean and kid friendly . I loved the hay ride and the glow party and movie night . The on site store ,and towel exchange and trash pick up was such a great amenity it made my camping experience enjoyable and very memorable . Most of all the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Staff member in office was quite rude. Spoke to manger about it. This location needs more staff as the ones there were spread thin and unable to keep up with the cleanliness of the bathrooms and showers.

Love KOA. Need more crafts/activities on the weekends and enough supplies. The activity staff lady was great and very nice but she needs some help, it seemed to be just her to handle large crowds.

Only being able to have 4 guests when we have 2 registered guests is annoying on a rv site. Meanwhile you see 8 to 10 people on tent sites or 8 people on deluxe Cabins sites

Your staff are great and the campground was very clean. Could have more activities on holiday weekends. The main thing i would update is your pool. Too many people for that size pool and I kept finding hair in the pool. Not sure if it's being skimmed or filtered properly.

Staff was very micromanaging, from the time we drove up the driveway to the time we left. Pool was too crowded since there is nothing else to do on the campgrounds. The store has a nice selection of memorabilia although it should not say Boston/ Cape Cod since it is located in neither. Staff felt unfriendly and hovering. With so many other campgrounds in the area, Will not return.

Our first ever RV camping experience and we stayed here. It was wonderful and we will absolutely be back! Amenities were great, campgrounds were clean, general store was super cute and had helpful items we forgot at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Boston KOA! The grounds were clean, our cabin was very clean, and there were so many fun activities for the kids to enjoy. The girl at the front desk was so kind and welcoming! A special shoutout to the lady who was in charge of the crafts and bingo and her husband. They were both absolutely amazing, so friendly and funny, and they really made our stay extra enjoyable! It's the people who make a place special, and the staff here truly made our trip memorable. We had such a great time and would highly recommend Boston KOA to families looking for a clean, fun, and welcoming place to stay. We would absolutely love to come back! ❤️🏕️

We received top quality service from Paul he was the best!there are others I would like to mention Marta. The cabins were great and had everything you needed and if you mention some thing you need as they passed by they would say stay there I will bring it to you, I would highly recommend this sight and I am looking to come back next year
