We had a wonderful stay but the only thing about our site was that the sewer hook up was going up hill which made it very difficult to empty the tanks.

This was the 4th year I have gone to this particular KOA. We have a family with two kids and we were very disappointed by the lack of activities offered this year. We have always gone Memorial Day Weekend and the reason we have gone back year after year is because of the activities and the amenities. This year there was dance with a DJ or candy search on Friday night. We will go to Normandy in '26

Our stay really was nice! The only reason it's not five stars is just because it wasn't the best for tent camping. We did have a nice site tuck into the trees but the evening camp activity noise level over Memorial day was more than desirable. The middle of the week was nice and quiet! The bathrooms were clean though very dated. We didn't interact much with staff but no negative experiences!

I feel like KOA puts out a very good product but I feel as though the camp sites were too close together, I think it was a little ridiculous how close the sites were, it made it very uncomfortable, I think this was the worse I ever seen.

The staff are great, we enjoyed the activities everything was very good. Just one disappointing our spot was on the corner with any privacy and we bring our dog, very annoying hearing barking walking dogs, next time I would like to choose first our place before to reserve.

Hello, I had a poor experience at KOA Boston, The swimming pool was out of order they said they had a water slide to replace the "fun" of not having the pool (a key feature of this location that you advertise) and it was taken down on Monday, The WiFi was down in my cabin and the front door lock was broken and no one ever came to fix it. VERY Disappointed!!

The stay was great. Only serious complaint, was that it was Memorial Day weekend and the pool wasn’t open and also I kept seeing the STAFF speeding in golf carts well over 7mph speed limit. It was other vehicles too, but the staff in the golf carts was the most serious issue for me. I was concerned for all the kids playing and riding bikes.

Perfect! This was our first stay at KOA. Our own kids are grown, and now it is time to introduce the grands to camping. Best family-friendly dog-friendly park by far! First stay for us, so Krystal was sure we had all we needed to know at check-in. During a busy holiday weekend, Monica checked to be sure we were plugged in to all the events. See you July 4th!

Great campsite, lots of activities for kids. Very nice playgrounds, and good-sized dogparks. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to a water quality issue. It was the first weekend it was supposed to be open, these things can happen. The cleanliness of the restrooms and showers needs to improve massively! During our stay from Friday night to Monday, it seems the restrooms were not cleaned.

Showers & bathroom stalls could be kept /maintained better. Lots of mold & overflow on floors. Overall though, excellent stay!

We love coming to the Middleboro KOA. The staff are always welcoming. One issue we had was that there are no activities for adults. I understand it’s a family campground but it would be nice to have some activities for the adults too.

I was very disappointed that the pool was not open due to inspection as this is the 2nd memorial day weekend they did this. But they did not even tell us when we checked in. I found out Saturday morning when my grandchildren and I tried to go swimming. Also, the bathroom was not very clean. They did not pick up ou r trash Sunday night.

The campground was clean, but the sites are small, with everyone on top of each other and back to back in most sites. The staff was wonderful and the bathrooms clean. Actually pretty quiet for a holiday weekend and close to many attractions. We loved the eating choices in the little town, old school main street was fun!

I am a loyal koa member, and, as usual, all the staff was wonderful! I have to say 2 quick things as constructive criticism: 1. the bathrooms were not cleaned at all the entire weekend or the showers - very unusual for a koa 2. the sites were jammed together - no room to even open the awning - very unusual also

Pros: -kids love the trampoline mats and activities. - nice camp store - friendly staff Cons: - our site fire pit was surrounded by grass so tall it was going to seed. Fortunately we were with friends so used their area. Campers suppose to sit in almost knee high grass for campfire? -activities were not on time. They happened, just more than once started 15-20 minutes late. -highway noi

This was absolutely not our first stay at this KOA or any KOA for that matter however this stay was very frustrating. The pool was not open due to lack of state/town inspection. The activities stopped on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend at 4pm and the water systems to the campers were not working at our site or purged, thus leaving damage to the water supply to our toilet. 3/10 this visit

We stayed here because of the proximity to Boston and Plymouth. Overall, everything was fine. Our spot was in the field near storage, which honestly was fine with us because we weren’t packed in with other people. Laundry app was a bit difficult because phone service was limited to download the app and load money. Showers need updating. Playground stuff was great. The lady at front was nice!

We came in to the Campground on a Tuesday afternoon and the staff was absolutely great. Very friendly and helpful. We arrived at out site, and it was very clean, level and easy access. Lawn was mowed and looked very well. The dog park was very clean and user friendly. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and everyone was very friendly and the Campground was very quiet at night.

made a reservation for a full hook up site. When we pulled in it was a "shared" water site with the water too far away for my standard 25 foot hose. When I called office to resole, I "heard" they would send us to a full hook up site. Not word on being charged for this. But now I see I was charged. Ripped off. very bad business practice. False advertising and bait and switch. Worth reporting

We stayed in site 712 with our 37' fifth wheel for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was super convenient to take the train into Boston, and driving to Cape Cod, Newport, and Plymouth were a breeze. The RV sites are tight, but it didn't bother us. We were there for the Memorial Day weekend and it got packed, but after everyone cleared out on Monday, we had a little nook to ourselves. The staff interactions were helpful and pleasant. The laundry room is a nice size, with 5 or 6 washers and just as many dryers. A little pricey at $4 per wash and $3 per dry.

I visited KOA Boston/Cape Cod this weekend, and we absolutely loved the experience. The space was cozy and well-organized, the service was exceptional, and we received a very warm welcome. (I can't recall the names of the specific people we interacted with), but we want to thank the entire team. I needed a spot to store my travel trailer and was able to make a reservation with them in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend it—it is very well located.
