We had a payment discrepancy with the party we were with. My oldest has bug bites all down her leg the grass was over grown, spots unmentioned. Sand bees are digging in the play area. The bathrooms are disgusting. Since turning corporate the maintenance has seriously gone down hill. We mentioned the sand bees to the maintenance man who replied “ that’s not good”. We are unsure if we will be

We were very disappointed this trip! Seems as though the general up keep of the property has gone downhill. The sites were overgrown, with tall grass. The bugs were out of control - and I get it, it’s camping and outdoors, there are bugs. But could definitely use a spray to minimize them. The kids were COVERED in bites.

The cabin is need of a healthy upgrade. Wood has lots for rot in it.

Stay was mostly okay, and we were only there from Thursday to Sunday. But not once in the time we were there was the bathroom garbage emptied, and it was overflowing with paper towels the entire time. I never saw anyone cleaning the bathroom, and the paper towel dispenser was empty on the last day.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kids had lots of space to play and so many activities to keep them busy. The park was very clean and the staff were super friendly.

Way to close to each other. No privacy. Pool is small for the account of campers.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. Pictures appropriately set our expectations, except the floor.It was gross. Please please please mop the floor between guests. We'd run wet paper towels against it and they would be black!

Site was so small, neighbor septic line practically under my picnic table , pool not at all monitored . Should be checked hourly and chemicals checked, was so crowded with kids , hair floating in water, screening cleaning should be done better , laundry way way overpriced, Fire wood price outrageous , in general disappointed , we’ve been to other KOA’s much much nicer

Busy weekend. We were in a spot with no shade trees at all. Had to go into town to buy a pop up canopy for shade. Showers and bathrooms are separate making it a little inconvenient. We did enjoy the sights around Bar Harbor and visiting Acadia National Park.

The employees were amazing! Everyone...seriously. I have never stayed anywhere where the employees were so helpful. They legit went out of their way. Only issue we had was that a slat was missing on our bed that made it a tad uncomfortable to sleep.

we were next to a trailer storage area with landscaping material , hust plain ugly.At check in we were told if you place your trash outside, there's always someone around to pick it up.Not so so the person that picked up was nasty to us for the bag of trash. we have stayed there in past times and this koa is not like it used to be.Its definitely gown down hill.

Check in & staff was good. The culture of the long term residents was extremely questionable. One lady stands at the side of the road with a sign that says STFD while her kids are running in the road at 10 pm. I had another guy yell at me as my dog walked about a foot into his grass. A man claimed to be a mgr yelled at me & said he would kick me out of park for driving too fast, I was going 8 mph.

This was our first stay at KOA Middleboro. We rented one of the Deluxe cabins. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kids had lots of fun. Especially the pool.

This KOA is great! It has great amenities and a lot of privacy at the sites. My only complaint is that the pool water was WARM! It was kind of terrible but its been super hot outside so I don't think that it's their fault. I would have happily purchased bags of ice to dump in there though hahaha. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

The camp staff was working hard to make things great. The campground needs work. Aging facilities, bathrooms, cabins need repairs for wood rot. Security was good, store was nice.

We were approached by large dogs off leash, came running out of a camp site. This was an upsetting issue. We had previously been told that trash had to be out by 11 am and if not ir was our responsibility to take it to the dumpster. Then was informed we were using the wrong dumpster. Have witnessed kids taking over playground equipment and making it unavailable to other kids.

The size description of the Deluxe cabin stated it could accommodate 6 however since there were 4 adults/1 child this cabin was definitely not adequate. The bunk bed was fine for my grandson however it was essentially in a closet so since there was no extra room we had to rent a 2nd cabin for my daughter and son in law to have a bed they could fit comfortably in. Recommend a shower bar for safety

We were on site 116. The cable did not work but we got plenty of channels on our antenna, just an fyi. We always enjoy our stay there. Prices are climbing outrageously but we’re close to home. I do have to say though which is not your fault, other campers were rude. Our neighbor parked his truck on our site and we had to squeeze through to get to our car. Again rude. Be bag Labor Day.

My son had a ball with the hayride and the movie. There were only two things that disappointed us—the mini golf had been removed (one of our favorite activities) and neither of us cared for the tent “platform.” I wasn’t big enough for both our tents and I kept tripping over it.

We loved our stay, our only complaint is that the pool was too warm! The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the option to deliver wood to our site! We typically go tent camping in August, and definitely wouldn’t go back if it was hot outside. But if we stayed in a cabin in September/october- we’d look to return.

This is a very nice well kept KOA where the people take pride in making it nice and in making sure you have a good experience. Beautiful place.

We stayed in site 712 with our 37' fifth wheel for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was super convenient to take the train into Boston, and driving to Cape Cod, Newport, and Plymouth were a breeze. The RV sites are tight, but it didn't bother us. We were there for the Memorial Day weekend and it got packed, but after everyone cleared out on Monday, we had a little nook to ourselves. The staff interactions were helpful and pleasant. The laundry room is a nice size, with 5 or 6 washers and just as many dryers. A little pricey at $4 per wash and $3 per dry.

I visited KOA Boston/Cape Cod this weekend, and we absolutely loved the experience. The space was cozy and well-organized, the service was exceptional, and we received a very warm welcome. (I can't recall the names of the specific people we interacted with), but we want to thank the entire team. I needed a spot to store my travel trailer and was able to make a reservation with them in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend it—it is very well located.
