The campground seems to need a lot of up keep and maintenance done. The sites were very unlevel and basically just dirt. You could tell at some point there was gravel but that it was many many years prior. Found cable hookup but no available cable channels. This was our first KOA experience we do not want to return to. The bathrooms seemed like they were not ever cleaned in the three nights we were there. The trash was always full, showers gross, and sinks had standing water on the counters. It was very hot outside and no fan was provided for cabins. This was a very unusual KOA experience. Usually the bathrooms are well maintained.

The shower and laundry facilities were not cleaned for days, and having the store close at 5pm most nights was inconvenient.

This is a beautiful campground right in the middle of all the action! Just minutes to Boston, Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, or Providence, Rhode Island. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and took in all the sites around us.

Nice KOA. We appreciated the FHU site and daily trash pickup. Downside is that the “Highlands” portion of the campground has no showers/restrooms and it’s a long walk to the bathhouse after dark. Our site (H49) would benefit by a some leveling.

I’m surprised this campground meets the standards of a KOA Holiday. They don’t take care of the sites AT ALL. Hardly any gravel, completely unlevel, and the grass hadn’t been mowed in weeks. There’s one bath house for the entire campground which is insane because it’s a large campground. While we were there, we were without water twice. The first time was for several hours. Total disappo

We made reservations 3 mo. In advance and got the worst 30 amp spot in the campground. Garbage on ground,very little room for table between us and the next camper. Fire ring ring 3' between our vehicle and the next vehicle. We had to pay 40 dollars more to get a better spot in 50 amp.

Stayed in a cabin. Seemed clean and well maintained. TV difficult to work. My main complaint would be the grounds. Difficult to walk easily, especially for us older folks. Why not make walkways?

When arrived, the bed was half broken, i sat on it and the corner hit the ground. The TV in the cabin did not work. The pool was not open.

Great location for accessibility for local attractions, not for off the highway. Seem to have alot of activities for kids. Staff who greeted us upon check in was super friendly. Campsites need some work. Picnic table very old and needed to be replaced. Most campsites looked like they could use some grating and some mowing. I would return if we needed to be in the area for something. Great place.

Pool was not opened our entire stay. We book in advance knowing these things are available. Maybe we should have gotten a discount for no pool. Barking dogs next to us were very annoying . Sites are very small . Speed limit in campground is 5 miles per hour but the workers in there carts are going much faster than 5.

We had a late check in and requested to be next to family. Initially our site wasn't next to the family, but I called the after hours number and the host quickly moved us next to my sister without any hesitation and with such kindness. I loved the wooded area we were in and the whole campground was taken care of beautifully. Would definitely stay here again!

Love this place so relaxing. The cabin was clean with no issues. Staff are fantastic no complsints! First days were rained but we brought indoor activities. KOA may become a yearly trip for me now.

This KOA was recommended to us by a friend and was told to choose the Highland option. At arrival assigned site H25 which is right on the end of one of the lanes. This gave us only one direct neighbor and because of the water main work being done that weekend the next lane over last 3 spots were empty. The highland area was well worth it so quiet far from the road noise. Will be coming back

We have stayed at this KOA many times now. We recently purchased a camper and were assigned to a different area than usual. While we enjoyed being close to the jump pillow for our children, we did not like the spot we received. We were site 108, we had no tree cover and the nearby road was loud. We were very happy that the splash pad was able to open though, just wish the pool was also open.

Friendly staff, nice trees, we don’t have kids with us but there were lots there jumping on the bouncy pads and playing in the splash pad. Laundry was big enough for us to use three machines and not take it all over.

There was a water break behind us. We had no water which is the same thing that happened to us when we stayed there two years ago up in the Highlands. This seems to be an issue.

I had a good time except for trying to figure out the ROKU tv set-up.I liked it how it was.The reception was fine 20% of the time.The other 80% the tv looked like it had green and white bar code stripes across the picture.I ended up watching tv on my laptop.

The cabin was dirty and the shower knob was broke so you had burning hot showers. No communication hard to get anything you may need.

Terrific staff. Overall, VERY NICE place to stay. Great central location for both Cape Cod and Boston. Showers need work and are in somewhat disrepair.

Very nice, shady sites with plenty of trees. The sites were level and spacious, the bathroom/ shower were fantastic! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again if in the area.

Normally I love this place. me and my family have been going here almost every year for the past 30 something years. Normally we do King Richards Faire and a whale watch. However, I was informed earlier this year that June or July would be the safest dates for making sure the pool was open. 1 day before our reservation we got a Pool would not be open" e-mail. Very disappointed in communication.

Stayed there during the World Cup. Easy to get to, very nice, clean facilities and friendly staff. Had a slight issue with my water connection hose and staff immediately solved it for me. Highly recommend this KOA!

We had a nice stay there but we wish that we had cable there. You had cable when we where they last year that why we came back on the way home from the cape. People were friendly and help full when we had problems they took care of it.

It was ok. The pool was under construction which was a big bummer. But the cabins were cute. Bathrooms were not very clean, lots of missing toilet paper and hairballs in the showers. But overall good place for a couple nights.

The pool and splash pad not being open was fairly disappointing however the grounds were pristine and the staff was amazing and friendly. We will be back.

Everyone was friendly. The general manager and his staff all did a great job. The cabin was tidy, the restrooms were promptly serviced, and the laundry area was clean. We loved the daily activities and appreciated text message reminders.

Our first ever RV camping experience and we stayed here. It was wonderful and we will absolutely be back! Amenities were great, campgrounds were clean, general store was super cute and had helpful items we forgot at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Boston KOA! The grounds were clean, our cabin was very clean, and there were so many fun activities for the kids to enjoy. The girl at the front desk was so kind and welcoming! A special shoutout to the lady who was in charge of the crafts and bingo and her husband. They were both absolutely amazing, so friendly and funny, and they really made our stay extra enjoyable! It's the people who make a place special, and the staff here truly made our trip memorable. We had such a great time and would highly recommend Boston KOA to families looking for a clean, fun, and welcoming place to stay. We would absolutely love to come back! ❤️🏕️

We received top quality service from Paul he was the best!there are others I would like to mention Marta. The cabins were great and had everything you needed and if you mention some thing you need as they passed by they would say stay there I will bring it to you, I would highly recommend this sight and I am looking to come back next year
