Upon checking in the ladies in the office weee super friendly and gave us specific details and recommendations while we were visiting. Our first visit to the Badlands and would definitely choose to stay at KOA in Badlands again!

We stayed here for two night while passing though from the Black hills to MN. It was a great place to stay to explore the Badlands and Wall drug! The employee's where very helpful and friendly. The campgrounds where clean and taken care. Plenty to do at the campgrounds if you have children

Bathroom is disgusting!!! Have plenty of employees that drive around on a golf cart about every 10-15 minutes. There is literally 1/8” of scum built up on the wall. The floor is so dirty they put a mesh down that you step on that’s over the drain. The fixtures are broken. Read reviews if you don’t have a usable bathroom in your rv do not stay here I feel like I’m going to get feet fungus.

The campground is getting ready to do a lot of upgrades so I want to be flexible in my rating to allow for that. Our cabin had torn screens so open windows weren’t an option and the a/c only went down to 78 so it was a tad warm. I’m sure those will be improved over the coming off season! Cheryl was super nice & accommodating when I was forced home a day early. Camp is VERY close to Badlands lo

Very welcoming. Clean sites. We had an awning problem. The Staff was very helpful in trying to resolve the problem, which we dod.

Friendly staff, clean laundry machines. I had a broken leaf spring on my fifth wheel trailer. The owner promptly helped me locate an RV Mobile repair. They had a replacement leaf set in stock and installed it bad the end of the day. We could resume our trip.

I’ve never experienced unfriendly, unhelpful staff at a KOA until this stay. This was quite out of the way so for the money and customer service it was very disappointing. We filter our water and still had a very bad taste.

Check in quick and easy. LOVE the escort to our site. Very accommodating to one in our group who wanted to move closer to the rest of us. On leaving, one of our group had a breakdown and Jean helped to arrange for a mobile tech!

We loved Badlands KOA. It was quiet, peaceful, and clean. It was also just a short drive from Badlands National Park. We hope to stay there again in the future.

The sites are very close together. We had to move three times. The ladies at the front desk were extremely unfriendly and acted like we were putting them out.

Very nice campground. Sites are nicely spaced with all the amenities. Lots of trees provide nice canopy and shade. Had a nice sized dog park for our pup as well. We looked at the campground in Cedar Pass in Badlands National Park and saw it was basically on street sites, no trees, no water or sewer, so we were very happy with our choice for this area.

We were there for 2 nights, luckily had an end spot otherwise spots are too close together for my liking. Placement of sewer and water was not ideal. Turns in and out of spots and roads within the campground were tight. Just an 'ok' stay. For the price I would stay somewhere else next time.

Perfect base for exploring Badlands. Friendly staff keeps a well-run campground and facilities. Nice walking areas in camp and along the river. We enjoyed the shady cottonwoods at our site. Very relaxing enjoyable stay.

we stayed for 8 nights, and it was fantastic!!!!!! Great location for the park walking in the great outdoors. The staff was very friendly and helpful - "ready to serve". Looking forward to returning next SEPT!!!!!!

Very friendly and lots of space for our big rig and tow. Great proximity to the Badlands National Park. We enjoyed the nice pool area!

Bed was very uncomfortable. Not the norm when I have stayed at any other KOA. I think it is just old and needs to be replaced, but the rest of the stay was great!

Nice park but dead tree branches overhanging some of the sites. The site was level with full hookups.

The park is well situated for the area attractions. The site was level and the WiFi was good.

The staff was friendly. That being said, the shower and toilets were DISGUSTING!!!!! The smell almost made me vomit. We were told some campers didnt flush. However, I believe your holding tanks were FULL. That created the problem trying to flush. This was the condition of the facility both days! I will NOT be back! I will NOT recommend this KOA!

Very noisy campground allowing late check-ins. Next to us they checked in at 11 pm and it took them 3 hours settle in which kept us up. The facility is old and needs updating. Half way through a shower the hot water just stopped and we had to finish with just cold water a few times. We used the air conditioning and after 2 hours of use the A/C unit was so loud we had to turn it off. Good location.

This is a nice place. Not too crowded. Close to the Badlands. Nice facilities. We’ll kept. I’d recommend this to anyone wanting to see the Badlands

I absolutely loved this nice little park. We didn't use the amenities because we came to visit the Badlands. We spent several days sightseeing the park and it was very much worth the time and money to stay here. Everyone we met was super friendly and welcoming! Grant it, I'm writing this review a year later, but it's still fresh in my memory! Thank you for such a wonderful site and a great vacation spot!

Wow! We arrived late and so happy to find a beautiful site. Very clean, quiet campground. Highly recommend if visiting the Badlands area. We spent 3 days and it was a great experience. Highly recommend the breakfast pancakes!
