We had a nice time at this camp. A little out dated perhaps, but everything worked without issue. Staff were super friendly.

Staff was very nice and accommodating but the trash containers were overflowing, the laundry room really needed to be cleaned and the miniature golf should be repaired or done away with, all the carpet was torn or missing. Very disappointing to my grandson and me. It’s a beautiful location, just needs a little work.

Even with the discount, this KOA was a pricey for what it was. It was a typical campground without much fine repair and maintenance. Roads were in decent shape, sites were typical, close together and not that inviting. Water was way over treated. We purchased water from the local cowboy store to drink and make coffee. Workampers need more training in customer service. I am a former KOA owner

Easily the best RV site in the area, only a quick drive to the Badlands entrance, kids loved the pool and the putt-putt. Lots of trees keep the sites cool.

If you are tenting, be prepared to either wait a while to use the restroom or shower. Or, you’ll need to walk a good distance to use the other restroom/ shower. We had two restroom/ shower rooms, for about 30 tenters in our area.

Mostly clean. Super close to Badlands NP. Lots for kids to do but the equipment needs updated, flat balls and broken racquets. They accommodated us an extra day. Nice management and overall good stay. Would books again.

Some amenities need maintenance golf specifically. Would recommend cement painted rather than the faux grass. Hookups for the sewers are relatively high. Pool was closed for the duration of our stay. Has a small store and offers hot foods. Very close to the National Park. The changing area needs floor drains or the showers need better dividers from it. Person before us flooded it

Marty in the Office was super nice & helpful, not to mention funny. For being a Holiday KOA I would give you a C- at best. The grounds could use a lot of landscaping and cleanup and the putt-putt golf was in unusable condition. We did not attempt to use any other amenities. We enjoyed the Badlands which is why we were there.

The cabin was clean. The ceiling fan didn't circulate the air enough to feel it. The "A/C" didn't work much either. So it was pretty hot and stuffy. A screen door on the front door would be a nice way to air out the cabin. The queen bed was good. The bunk beds were extra short. Our 5'11" daughter couldn't fit except when she curled up. The bathroom was clean and well equipped.

The restrooms were horrible. No soap or toilet paper in the women's for 2 days. One of the shower heads was broken. The dumpsters were overflowing.

The campsite was more than adequate. The major issue is the bathroom/shower. Only two bathroom/shower combos were available in the back end of the campground. When we were able to get in they were very dirty and the shower head was hanging off the wall by the pipe.

Staff was very friendly but the location was not well supplied at all. No soap in the men’s bathroom and i mentioned it to the front desk each day. Ice cream bins were empty. Soda, food and camping supplies in the lodge were pretty much non existent.

This KOA was ok, not bad, but we’ve stayed at many better KOAs. There wasn’t much for the kids to do. It rained really hard and flooded our uneven patio so we basically had to jump over or walk through a swimming pool in front of our cabin. The grass was over grown. However, they were nice and the bathrooms were clean. We ended up shortening our stay.

Many KOA cabins have a refrigerator and/or TV. They also have a broom/dustpan. This one has NOTHING. Overall, very clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Put a refrigerator in the cabins like at the other KOAs.

We got to the campground and thought it looked pretty nice, until we got to our assigned site. The site looked like it had just been added, and the camping pad consisted of very rough ground up blacktop and the fire pit was located within a few feet of the next campsite’s electrical box. Our neighbors Sewer pipe was directly in front of our camper and under our picnic table. The pool was gross

Stayed in a deluxe cabin with our 4 kids and really enjoyed it. Cabin was nice, small but perfect for what we needed. AC was great. Pool was closed the 2 days we stayed. It would have been nice if dinnerware were standard to be stocked in the units. There are towels, shampoo, etc so it seems odd to have to bring or buy plates, silverware, etc.

This is our least favorite KOA we have ever stayed in. The bathrooms were dark and minimally clean. The sites were full of weeds. The water was not drinkable and no signs were visible stating this. Would never stay there again and not recommend to our friends/family.

I enjoyed the time at the KOA and the Badlands and would stay ther again. My one recommendation is to remove or replace the campsites with rubble asphalt. That material creates a huge mess and is easily tracked into the campers. i was in site 111 and I don't understand why the management didn't use some of the nice stone like most of the rest of the campground had.

I feel the price was steep for the condition of the campground. The lots were ok. The bathrooms were dirty and there was never any soap to wash your hands. I would recommend it to my friends but tell them not to expect good showers.

We stayed at a unique tent village site. The floor of the locking cabinet was full of leaves, dirt and other debris. The sink counter was filthy too. A little site prep cleanup would have been easy and appreciated. The shower/bath house had no hand washing soap. The shower curtains were stained. The concerned staff checked on us after a nighttime severe thunderstorm with hail occurred.

We have stayed here numerous times over the years. This time traveling with family we had sites #161, 162 & 163. They were terrible! Site 161 had the Sewer connection under the picnic table for the site behind it. Site 162 was so narrow that our table was located behind 163. For $100 a night we were very disappointed. The steps going into the pool were very slippery. More maintenance needed there

We rented a basic camping cabin for 2 nights. Only issue the mattresses on the beds could be a bit thicker, otherwise the campfire ring and porch swing were great, water tap right by our cabin. Store had nice selection. Wings were very good and kids liked the Hunt Bros pizza.
