Pretty campground with plenty of things for the children. They have remove one playground. Stayed 11 days and had no internet the entire time. Had to go to town for internet. Lost water for one day.

We camped here a few times &this visit was the worst! The grounds were not well kept, picnic table was rotted, pool & pool deck were not clean, staff was rude, my daughter was charged $30 to come pick up the boys at our campsite before a terrible storm(ridiculous), golf carts were out till midnight with blaring music & honking. Rates went up & the park is no way worth the rate! We won’t be back

Staff definitely needs to learn how to deal with the public, not a one of them were friendly. Our site had ants everywhere, the grills need cleaned/updated. A majority of the seasonal people were extremely rude acted as if they owned the place. Not one of the top camping places on our list.

Been coming here for a few years-The park grounds are in the worst shape I have ever seen. It is clear that there is no pride in ownership anymore. Lake float is basically deflated, bushes and trees need trimmed, pool area needs weeded and cleaned, sites overgrown, chipmunks EVERYWHERE,pond overgrown and full of weeds, everything needs trimmed. PLEASE get the grounds under control- Was my fav park

We love staying at this KOA! We really enjoy the lazy river. The only issue we had, was all the big kids pushing the littles off the floats out in the lake. I had to yell at some kids. They pushed a boy from the very top of the slid off and almost landed on my son, he also landed on his back which was very painful for him. There needs to be better monitoring and less people out on it.

Not a KOA atmosphere. Employees are not friendly. Say hello or thank you. No response. Way too many golf carts. Party campground. The pool is too small for such a large campground. Teenagers jumping into small lazy river. No one to enforce any rules. Will not return.

Tons of seasonal sites, seasonal campers were very friendly. Lots of golf carts. The fishing pond was not very well maintained. Very tall. Grass made access. Hard fishing pond was full of weeds. Pool and lake amenities were great.

We absolutely loved it. Will recommend and also return. There was a lot for the kids and enough options to keep everyone entertained. It is large enough that it could use another pool though. Can’t wait to come back, and we will remember to book a golf cart earlier so as not to get a junky one.LOL, thanks for accomodating us.

Campground was nice however the trash pick up needs to be increased to bi- weekly as we could easily smell it when outside. When we dumped our trash smell was nauseating. Also the sewer connection was ridiculous. You can’t empty your tanks uphill! Site has been recapped multiple times. We advised office when we left of issues. Received a “I just work here comment”. Fix issues = 5 stars

Nice campground. Well maintained, sites were level and large enough for our 42 foot fifth wheel. Very nice pool area and beach on lake hobach. Only negative was proximity to busy road. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Our assigned site has a pole interfering with slide. Had to park forward to clear pole, then couldn't reach sewer. WiFi & grandson enjoyed pool & game room.

Sewer had no screw in threads,Garbage overflowing Fri-thur before emptied & stunk horrible by our site, Pool was filthy all week, Site wasn’t clean prior to arrival broken wheel chock all over it, WiFi was horrid except in back by seasonal!! The basketball court not easy to get to with all the seasonal sites around it, one of the playgrounds torn out no notice, lack of employees anywhere unfrend

Trash was overflowing from dumpsters and terrible smell coming onto our site. When we inquired on Wednesday when trash would be picked up and that it was overflowing the response was simply trash pick up is Thursday and it is what it is attitude. No apology and no attempt to remedy situation. Tons of dog poop throughout green space and dog park. Counted 3 dead birds and 1 mouse decaying in grass.

I have been going to Hogback Lake KOA for a couple years now and the quality seems to be going downhill ! Most of the people working at registration desk are unpleasant, rented a tent site with no grill , no weekday activities in summer … not worth the cost Will be looking for a new KOA to go to

The spot overlooking the lake was beautiful! And yes, there are many activities at this location. For us, this was not a good fit. WAY too big & chaotic for our liking. The website/KOA app fail to clearly communicate that the vast majority of this park is for season-long tenants. That is very importainformation and I would have steered clear had I known that. Thank goodness we only booked 1 night!

Overall, the experience was equitable. Disappointing check-in process and super confusing pricing for added amenities, like golf cart. Being told "that is how the computer does math" when prices do not add up correctly will cause me to think twice about ever recommending this facility.

We had a patio site as we had had in the past. But was very disappointed in this one! The grill was junky and not clean! We have had weber grills before and always clean! Some of the staff could be a bit more friendly!!!! Including the manager!!!! We enjoy camping at koa as its close to home and we go home check things on the farm easily.

Deceptive description of campsite. Campsite was sold and priced as a premium site on the fishing pond. It was not anywhere near the fishing pond. It was next to a tiny stream less than 2ft across where you couldn’t even see any water between the weeds. Inadequately staffed. Had to wait 20 mins in line at the counter multiple times. Will not be returning. This was the worst KOA we’ve ever visit

Well maintained park, spacious sites, quiet nice amenities. No issues except when leaving. Campers should not be allowed to block gate in order to empty trash or enter office. We will be back in the future.

This is our second year staying with you and as of last year and this year both weekends were great. The only thing I would change is the young lady in the office that worked in the evening when we were there on Saturday was very grouchy and acted like she did not want to be there other than that the dayshift people are very pleasant and caring, and answered all her questions we will definitely be

Originally booked and had to rescheduled with the courtesy one time booking. Didn't get the fish pond with full hookup like intended. As we know, we didn't pay the insurance. Site we got was pretty small, couldn't have the awning out with firepit under neath it. Then, the other camper next to us had a slide out and fire pit was close to that.

It was enjoyable like always. Wish the pool was heated. If it is it wasn’t very warm. Staff are very nice & friendly! WiFi was very slow. Hubby has to be able to work online and it was not very good. Heard they were going to try and improve that. �

Our pool temp is set to 80 degrees all season long but with the cold nights we have had during your stay it is difficult to keep the temp at 80. We appreciate your patients as we are mid way through upgrading our wifi as well.

Frustrated staff, poorly attended bathroom cleaning for the amount of weekend campers/children. DJ party was great, wifi is horrible. Pontoon rental was not smooth and all 3 pontoons needed battery replacements. Service seemed to be lacking especially on a weekend.

Bathrooms were not great, but got there in the evening so after a long day, we were happy to have a place to rest. Tent camping meant cars driving into and out of facility shined light into tent often but the lazy river and pool were lots of fun (small but my teen and I had fun). BYO pool rings!!! Vegan restaurant in town was excellent

Very friendly people and a store with all kinds of unique items! The park is clean with many things to do for all ages. This is a large park! The lake is awesome!! The cabin was great! The bed mattress was perfect for a great night sleep. We loved our visit and plan to return in a few months to enjoy summer time activities!

Campground is very Clean, Nice & quiet! Love the little pond behind our RV you see the coy & other fish swimming. Only downside is the hard water just change your filters more often.
