The deluxe cabin was perfect for a winter weekend away with two kids. It was warm, comfortable, and welcoming. Linens were provided and the coffee pods were much appreciated!

I have been renting cabins at Hogback KOA for a few years . Peaceful campground . Better management this year . Cabins could be maintained and cleaned a little better though .

The beds in the cabin are so terrible you feel the slats in the box spring

Our rustic camping cabins are vintage to the campground, for a more plush experience we always recommend our deluxe cabins with full kitchens, linen service, and great outdoor patios.

This was our first time staying with you & it was GREAT! The cabin was better than expected - like a hotel room with all the amenities but wrapped in this adorable rustic cabin! The queen beds & pillows were so comfortable. The patio & patio furniture were awesome. The park's playgrounds & attractions for the kids were awesome. And, we got to include our 4-legged furry boy & he loved it too!

The lady working in the store is a bit of a Karen. The park is very clean and nice. The season campers are so nice and friendly. The koa provides a lot of activities which is nice. I would give the internet service (that we pay for) zero stars. I could not even get a signal on my phones wife to make a call or get emails. That problem needs to me #1 on the list to fix.

Even though I have rated it a 10, please understand,I absolutely love the campground but I will never stay in cabin 307 again. 307 is in horrible condition.It is in need of some serious updating,cleaning and repairs. I understand the rust in the water but it smells terrible.They do not FIT four comfortably. Investing in these cabins would show You really care about your customers. Pd alot, disapp

Had a great time cabin was clean and sufficient for our stay just wish we could have exchanged towels and got clean ones had to go buy towels I perfer to use a clean towels who wants to wipe with a used towel no thankyou I understand your green thing but the kitchen sink wastes more water waiting for it to get warm. And if I would go wash towels I see no difference in exchanging thanks

We rented the 4 person cabin and the TV didn't work, the sheets felt like they had dirty in them, many of the outlets didn't work, the water ran black and then got cold. Told staff and nothing was done or no compensation. Price was way too high for all of this. Most likely will neve be back.

We value your comment, During your stay when we brought your concern to our attention you stated you did not want us to enter your cabin during your stay when an investigation was offered. Upon checkout we did not find any signs of black water and found the TV was on HDMI input, not cable. Thank you

The campground was great overall, but my cabin (cabin 110) did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned prior to our stay. Also, there was a distinct smell, look and taste of rust in the water. I did not even feel comfortable with my family brushing their teeth with the water. There were rust stains in the toilet, sink and shower. We have stayed here before without this issue.

I hope you read this. We loved the cabins!!! We loved the bounce pad and playgrounds, the beach side, the rentals, the lake, the store, the people were nice... IT WAS ALL FANTASTIC!!! ....BUT.....and it is such a BIG BUT.... the pool was so cold, next to no one got in one adult from our family got in to be with the kids, but the kids' lips were blue. WE WANT TO SWIM ON VACATION! ASK OTHERS?!

Been coming to this KOA for 4 years now and everyone is always nice and welcoming. Only reason didn't get a 5 is that the pool was GREEN the whole weekend. Never saw anyone attending to it. It has gone downhill.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin on the lake. Very cool with lots of room. Very nice porch and patio. It’s a big campground with lots of amenities.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was nice. AC was nice. Bed comfortable. Grill worked and was somewhat clean but there was no brush to clean after using it. The lower number channels (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX and PBS) did not work and could not be fixed for the four days we were there. The upper windows did not have curtains or blinds. We had to put pillows in them when sun shined through into our eyes.

The cabin was nice and clean and the pool was great with the lazy river. The only complaint I have is about the customer service. We were told the price of a golf cart rental was $150 for the day. When I received the receipt, it stated there was a refundable $50 deposit but no one mentioned we would receive a deposit back. When I called about it the younger girl answering the phone was very rude.

The pool with lazy river was great. The zip ride was very crowded, but well worth the wait for the kids. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Cabin was perfect.

Accommodations were perfect. Only complaint we had was the women behind the front desk are extremely rude and not welcoming. They seem to be miserable. Maybe they all were having a bad weekend but you should leave that at the door and put on a smile while working in the service industry. Beyond that we had a great stay.

We had a very nice time. It was a bit inconvenient that the water supply was interrupted for about 4 hrs but they were working on the problem the whole time. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

We have stayed 3 years now. We love it there. They had a water pipe break, the communication was great. Check in was a breeze....just wish more than one key and gate key. When there are 4 adults, we don't always go same place and we had to figure who gets cabin, who gets gate key. Then the other was running with Jerry to let other in. Only drawback

Great park, weekdays are pretty chill with pool and lake toys, weekends have cornhole, movie, a wet hay ride for the kids, and other stuff that changes based on the theme. neighbors were noisy but the staff addressed it when i made them aware. lots of golf carts, lots of kids. New management this year seems more attentive to concerns and feedback than experienced on previous visits.

Pool + splash pads are awesome, we love the bounce pad. Disappointed to see the Pirate Ship/Castle Park gone - it was our favorite and allowed many kids imaginative play. The new set going up has 1 swing, so 1 kid will likely hog the ride and other kids will have no fun. Nice idea but not realistic for many kids. Lake floats need nets added for footholds. Was difficult for even adults to climb.

We have stayed at this location every year for 5 years now and it seems that over the years, the upkeep has been less and less. The cabin we stayed in was very dusty and not as clean as it had been in years past. The pool was not as clean as it has been, there was sand on the bottom every day. The jumping pillows in the lake have disappeared and the play grounds were either closed or failing apart

I like the location of this campground it is a nice 2 day get away close to home ! BUT It needs a lot of management improvement ! The deluxe cabins need to be cleaned better , dirty toilets , dirty appliances , the floors were not swept ( dog hair everywhere ! ) I wound up cleaning the whole place before I could use it ! The beach was cleaned up better since my last stay . pond needs help

Loved the park, activities, and lake. Some good fishing to be had. Check in was easy, they are building a new playground, and have a new Rec/game/activity room. Shoutout to Daniel, Lisa, Ben, Sandy, Jill, Ron, and Dan for making a great stay happen short notice!

We rented & paid for 3 cabins ourselves and enjoyed them with our family of 17, but feel that the price was a bit high. We asked for a group/Reunion discount but was denied. She said we could get the membership but would only save $30 on ONE cabin as it wouldn’t apply to the others we paid for. That was disappointing and confusing to deal with but our overall stay was very enjoyable! Pool toLake

The cabins were not very well cleaned. The bathrooms were moldy and need attention. The front desk also had some really rude employees. We paid around $1000 for a 3 night stay and wanted to switch our towels out once, and they were extremely rude. We also wanted one more trash bag since we were out, they had 2 in the cabin, and they didn’t want to give us that either. The pool was also dirt

It was a nice stay, we had a great time with our family. There was a couple of times staff at the counter could be more courteous. The internet was not available at our cabin at the back of our camp. The towel person was very kind and helpful. My check -in person was very nice and pleasant to me as well.

We stayed in a 6 person cabin. We had a toilet/sink, which is generally nice to have. The toilet did not work properly when flushing. Luckily my husband was able to rig it to make it work properly and we just kept the tank open the whole time. I did not call maintenance as this was just something that until they replace the toilet it would do. I reported it though. Nice location in general.

While pleasantly pleased with the cabin we rented (nicely appointed, spacious) your water quality leaves a bit to be desired. I’m no stranger to hard water, but the smell associated with the minerals in your water is tough to handle.

It was just okay. We enjoyed the pool. The cabin was very clean and nice. But the weeds were horrendous in all the landscaping. The pond was very gross. The inflatable play area on the lake was mostly deflated and dangerous. We tried renting a bike that was impossible to operate. The pickle ball courts didn't have enough paddles. We also own a campground and definitely expected more.

The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is that we rented both a deluxe cabin for my kids and grandkids, and an RV space for our 5’er. We were visited by my aunt and uncle, and both of my sisters for the day. We were required to pay $10 for each of 3 cars, all of which were parked out of the way. We will be back. Just don’t like being nickeled and dimed after spending over $1,000 for 3 ni

First of all, don't advertise Wifi as it is non-existent there. I had to leave several times to go to Starbucks to do work on my laptop since your Wifi did not work. Also, you need to have someone trim the grass and weed the areas by the cabins. All you are doing is cutting the grass. It needs a lot more work. Lastly, your cabin airconditioners are so loud at times I could not sleep. Awful !

It was good. They need to clean a little better. My 1 year old found a cut pepper in the cabin and tried to eat it. Lawn could have been mowed. And it's not safe putting a bunch of little kids by the water.

I was very disappointed. The store closed at 5:00pm. Ice cream quit being scooped at 4:00? One kitchen size scoop was $2.29! Didn’t know you had to bring your own tubes for the lazy river, corn hole bags for the corn hole at the pool area. Ping pong balls and paddles for the table at the pool area. The cabin was filthy. sand on the beds and floor, bathroom was disgusting.$50 for my own golf car

We appreciate your feedback, hours are posted online at at the office. Corn hole bags, paddles, life jackets and more are available in the office for free use for all of our campers. Tubes are available for purchase. We hope you travel safe.

Bathrooms were not great, but got there in the evening so after a long day, we were happy to have a place to rest. Tent camping meant cars driving into and out of facility shined light into tent often but the lazy river and pool were lots of fun (small but my teen and I had fun). BYO pool rings!!! Vegan restaurant in town was excellent

Very friendly people and a store with all kinds of unique items! The park is clean with many things to do for all ages. This is a large park! The lake is awesome!! The cabin was great! The bed mattress was perfect for a great night sleep. We loved our visit and plan to return in a few months to enjoy summer time activities!

Campground is very Clean, Nice & quiet! Love the little pond behind our RV you see the coy & other fish swimming. Only downside is the hard water just change your filters more often.
