Everyone was very friendly, and helpful. We loved how large the campground was and how spread out it was. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We hope to come back someday!

Staff is always so rude. Pay way too much a night to have to deal with poor attitudes. If your not a seasonal camper, it's impossible to get any sort of respect. Definitely set up to focus on seasonal members, they do not care about weekenders. We will not be returning, which is sad because before KOA bought the property it was a yearly tradition (8years strong). KOA RUINED THIS CAMPGROUND!

Beautiful campground we really enjoyed it and will be back. Our kids had so much fun playing on the play set close to our campsite. The pool was super nice and there was a lot of room even when it was busy. The staff were friendly and every helpful in recommending sites. My complaints are there was algae in the lake by the beach and they need more trees in some areas. But overall great campground

This campground is well maintained with clean bathroom/showers. Very nice pool and things for the kids to do. The night was quiet except for the highway traffic noise. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the neighbors were noisy after quiet hours. Maybe they don’t know the rules.

As always we loved our stay at KOA Hogback Lake. However, I noticed that the grounds are not as well kept as in years past. From the bathrooms, to the campsites, to the beach area. Lots of weeds, debris, and just in need of a little loving care. Still a fun campground and one of our favorites but I hope some general maintenance takes place.

Grounds to take a lot of work, we were happy to have refreshed our beach this year with over 40 tons of sand. We have also switched to more pet and family friendly chemicals for weed control.

Very nice place to stay! The only reason I am giving it a 4 is because the pool & deck was dirty. It would help if they had someone mid-day cleaning things up things.

We stayed along the fishing pond. It would have been nice if the weeds were cut down for fishing. Otherwise everything else was great!

We had a great time! The staff & seasonal campers were very helpful and friendly. We had teenage boys with us and they had a blast fishing, swimming at the lake, playing Cornhole too. The pool was busy, but not a big deal, it was a hot weekend! Our cabin was clean and even smelled great! The campground does have hard well water, but it IS a campground. We will definitely consider this KOA again!

Cigarette butts littered the campsite. Sprained my ankle becuase there were big holes on our site I accidently stepped in. The beach was covered in algae, so we went to the state park to swim. Our friends could not be on our campsite past 11pm becuase of some new rule. No more than 6 people are allowed on your site at a time. The people who rented golf carts were flying down the roads.Disappointed

We appreciate your feedback, We looked over the site you stayed on to make sure it was as level as it could be, we also are constantly taking steps to control the algae on our lake in a n eco friendly way. Quiet hours have always been at 11pm for campers, however visitors do need to leave by then.

receiving new Campers, was a pile up. No Network connection for t.v., and only 1 cell phone would work at a time per site. We were only a mile outside the city. Both of those issues need remedy. Another issue is that we left a message after your shop closed We never received a response back to us. So communication is also important.

First off, I check out the KOA directory before booking to check amenities, directions, but knowing it's KOA I honestly do not go online and check out golf cart policies. Having camped from Florida to Kent Washington I never heard of being charged $25 a day to use my own golf cart with a handicap placard to boot. Large park. No parking at pool, and only golf cart parking at beach.

Friendly staff. Nice pool & lake front, but clearly not set up for 1 night transient campers. One & only bathhouse was a very long walk from transient area. It was very difficult to level our RV. Site was slanted. Lots of cigar/cigarette butts left all over site. Several garbage bags left on sites not picked up from earlier in the day. Better suited for longer & seasonal stays

Memorial day weekend had a lot of guests and a lot of trash, half of our park is devoted to our short term guests including sites that are long and level pull thrus.

The staff was very rude. They mentioned being short staffed but were too short staffed to rent a bicycle out an hour and a half before closing ( almost 2 but we waited the line for 20 minutes to inquire) too short staffed to open the pool by 10 am too short staffed to inflate the bounce pillow before the sun was blazing on it and our cabin had a bee infestation which they knew about before our tri

The male working the gate at night is extremely rude and should not be working with the public. He's on a power trip and it shows. He was so unprofessional that my family and I left a day early.

I had to pick up piles of dead grass before we could park. Mole hills all over our site. Creek was all grown up on edges. Playground was gone in the middle of campground. dog park agility gone. Very pricey weekend. Don't think we should have to pay 35.00 to secure our site number. What's a reservation for then?

We thank you for your feedback and understand the frustration of having nature intrude on your campsite. We are currently working on humane ways to remove our ground squirrels. Slated for mid june we are installing a new park in the center of the park featuring a zipline Swing!

Very beautiful campground and the campsites were very clean and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again. The grandkids loved the floating water jungle gym and the fishing they could do.

We had a wonderful time! The only complaint I have is, a few times on different days, the girl at the register named, Lisa was very rude. She even told my son I have only had 5 hours of sleep the whole weekend so far and she wasn’t in the mood. As for her and only her we had horrible customer service. As for the 2 older blonde ladies, we’re very friendly & was more than happy to help us.

It’s was very relaxing and a good time. I think your outside ground maintenance needs to be better. And your fire rings are to tall and bulky, can’t really enjoy the fire.

front desk at check in had no idea how to redeem a gift card. i was very patience, but took her 20 min to check me in. our site had tall mowed grass leftover laying everywhere.-firepit was full to the rim also would have been extremely nice to have someone collecting the key cards at check out. instead of making everyone park and walk in with it. I expected the koa to be alot nicer

Too many golf carts that drive way too fast. Cars also do not obey speed limits. Speed bumps should be added.

Tent site, in view of pond/lake; Had no neighbors but sites were close/tight; Restroom and shower facilities are decent, noting hard water issues complicate cleaning and upkeep; Staff very accommodating and friendly; Would stay here again;

Very nice campground to camp at lots of stuff to do! We did have a problem while we were staying, the people next to us has a really loud dog that kept us off till around 4am. I have little ones and they were having trouble falling to sleep with the noise. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay, but we were a bit concerned when we arrived to our site and it was covered in ant hills. Also, the grounds could use some attention. There were areas where the grass seemed too high. Overall, great stay, but expect to show up to our site without these kinds of issues.

Bathrooms were not great, but got there in the evening so after a long day, we were happy to have a place to rest. Tent camping meant cars driving into and out of facility shined light into tent often but the lazy river and pool were lots of fun (small but my teen and I had fun). BYO pool rings!!! Vegan restaurant in town was excellent

Very friendly people and a store with all kinds of unique items! The park is clean with many things to do for all ages. This is a large park! The lake is awesome!! The cabin was great! The bed mattress was perfect for a great night sleep. We loved our visit and plan to return in a few months to enjoy summer time activities!

Campground is very Clean, Nice & quiet! Love the little pond behind our RV you see the coy & other fish swimming. Only downside is the hard water just change your filters more often.
