We were pleasantly surprised! We very much enjoyed our stay. We met some wonderful people who showed us around and possibly swayed us their direction for a seasonal spot next year! We very much enjoyed the family atmosphere. So many things to do and also peaceful at the same time.

Our family had a wonderful reunion at Hog Back Lake KOA. I do not think that I would come back though. Our family has been vacationing there for years, but it is getting too big to be comfortable. If you expand any further, I think it would be wise to have a separate entrance and campgrounds.

This campground has always been a favorite of ours. We were a bit disappointed this trip. We had the only unmowed lot in our area. Store staff was less than friendly. Our friends had requested to have a site next to ours if possible, we were placed at completely opposite ends, which felt spiteful considering their were empty sites between us. Paying to pick your site feels like gouging.

My friends and I have come to stay here for the past 3 years, We pay to pick our certain sites we want due to having a playground right next to us, due to our group having 10 kids. Each time we have stayed we get the same sites. When we arrived this past weekend the park was torn down and the kids were heartbroken. I get updates need to be done but a heads up would have been nice.

We like this KOA, great pool & lake, but some of the amenities could be improved. Bath houses felt dirty and old. Beach had TONS of animal/goose poop along the shore, weeds, roots and trash on the beach, this should be cleaned daily. Pool was FREEZING COLD. Pool toilet was clogged when we went to use it. Site had some trash in it from past guests. WIFI is TERRIBLE and unusable in my experience.

We are midway through our great wifi improvement, adding 5 times the access points and upgrading to multiple dedicated fiber lines to better meet our guests needs.

We were SO impressed with this campground, I can't express how much fun we had! Campground is clean, rules are followed, staff is excellent! If I had to say one or two negative things it would be how freezing cold the pool water was and how gross the beach was from duck /goose crap and that smell- wowza! But we still swam out to the blow ups and still swam in the pool. :)

Our pool temp is set to 80 degrees all season long but with the cold nights we have had during your stay it is difficult to keep the temp at 80. every morning we try to tackle the goose poop... but its a crappy situatuation this time of year...

The staff are amazing. The cabin we stayed in by the pool area was clean. They even have brand new golf carts!!

Electric outlets in bath house won't work. Need more stone on rv sites to much dirt. Shower curtain were moldy. Need to clean up edge of lake. Don't clean up bird poop at pool very good.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our site. We were on site 330 and the traffic from route 20 was unbearable. Sitting outside was so loud we could hear each other talk. Trying to get a good night sleep was impossible with semis and cars continuously racing by all night long. We will not be returning and plan to share or experience

If you like your site near the road that has nonstop semi trucks at all hours of the day and night and you like your site in a desert atmosphere with sketchy internet and not a tree in site, this is the place for you. Granted we were there for only 1 night, but out of the 12 koa we stayed at these past 3 weeks, this was the worst.

We had a fabulous time! The Lazy River is a big draw for us. The cabin we stayed in was just beautiful and very clean. We were very comfortable. Thank you very much!!! The only "complaint" I have is that none of us could connect to the free wifi. If it is advertised, it should work.

Stayed in pull through near pool. Nice location, however very little shade because trees have not gotten very big, but we had a pleasant breeze so very nice. Firewood was pricey at $9.00 a bundle.

Was surprised and disappointed. We have been before and remembered it as better kept. The camp spot smelled like sewage The ice cream was unavailable The pool was very dirty The landscaping was unkept The gal at the front desk has no business working with the public.

Everyone was very friendly, and helpful. We loved how large the campground was and how spread out it was. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We hope to come back someday!

Staff is always so rude. Pay way too much a night to have to deal with poor attitudes. If your not a seasonal camper, it's impossible to get any sort of respect. Definitely set up to focus on seasonal members, they do not care about weekenders. We will not be returning, which is sad because before KOA bought the property it was a yearly tradition (8years strong). KOA RUINED THIS CAMPGROUND!

Beautiful campground we really enjoyed it and will be back. Our kids had so much fun playing on the play set close to our campsite. The pool was super nice and there was a lot of room even when it was busy. The staff were friendly and every helpful in recommending sites. My complaints are there was algae in the lake by the beach and they need more trees in some areas. But overall great campground

This campground is well maintained with clean bathroom/showers. Very nice pool and things for the kids to do. The night was quiet except for the highway traffic noise. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the neighbors were noisy after quiet hours. Maybe they don’t know the rules.

As always we loved our stay at KOA Hogback Lake. However, I noticed that the grounds are not as well kept as in years past. From the bathrooms, to the campsites, to the beach area. Lots of weeds, debris, and just in need of a little loving care. Still a fun campground and one of our favorites but I hope some general maintenance takes place.

Grounds to take a lot of work, we were happy to have refreshed our beach this year with over 40 tons of sand. We have also switched to more pet and family friendly chemicals for weed control.

Very nice place to stay! The only reason I am giving it a 4 is because the pool & deck was dirty. It would help if they had someone mid-day cleaning things up things.

We stayed along the fishing pond. It would have been nice if the weeds were cut down for fishing. Otherwise everything else was great!

We had a great time! The staff & seasonal campers were very helpful and friendly. We had teenage boys with us and they had a blast fishing, swimming at the lake, playing Cornhole too. The pool was busy, but not a big deal, it was a hot weekend! Our cabin was clean and even smelled great! The campground does have hard well water, but it IS a campground. We will definitely consider this KOA again!

Cigarette butts littered the campsite. Sprained my ankle becuase there were big holes on our site I accidently stepped in. The beach was covered in algae, so we went to the state park to swim. Our friends could not be on our campsite past 11pm becuase of some new rule. No more than 6 people are allowed on your site at a time. The people who rented golf carts were flying down the roads.Disappointed

We appreciate your feedback, We looked over the site you stayed on to make sure it was as level as it could be, we also are constantly taking steps to control the algae on our lake in a n eco friendly way. Quiet hours have always been at 11pm for campers, however visitors do need to leave by then.

receiving new Campers, was a pile up. No Network connection for t.v., and only 1 cell phone would work at a time per site. We were only a mile outside the city. Both of those issues need remedy. Another issue is that we left a message after your shop closed We never received a response back to us. So communication is also important.

First off, I check out the KOA directory before booking to check amenities, directions, but knowing it's KOA I honestly do not go online and check out golf cart policies. Having camped from Florida to Kent Washington I never heard of being charged $25 a day to use my own golf cart with a handicap placard to boot. Large park. No parking at pool, and only golf cart parking at beach.

Friendly staff. Nice pool & lake front, but clearly not set up for 1 night transient campers. One & only bathhouse was a very long walk from transient area. It was very difficult to level our RV. Site was slanted. Lots of cigar/cigarette butts left all over site. Several garbage bags left on sites not picked up from earlier in the day. Better suited for longer & seasonal stays

Memorial day weekend had a lot of guests and a lot of trash, half of our park is devoted to our short term guests including sites that are long and level pull thrus.

The staff was very rude. They mentioned being short staffed but were too short staffed to rent a bicycle out an hour and a half before closing ( almost 2 but we waited the line for 20 minutes to inquire) too short staffed to open the pool by 10 am too short staffed to inflate the bounce pillow before the sun was blazing on it and our cabin had a bee infestation which they knew about before our tri

Bathrooms were not great, but got there in the evening so after a long day, we were happy to have a place to rest. Tent camping meant cars driving into and out of facility shined light into tent often but the lazy river and pool were lots of fun (small but my teen and I had fun). BYO pool rings!!! Vegan restaurant in town was excellent

Very friendly people and a store with all kinds of unique items! The park is clean with many things to do for all ages. This is a large park! The lake is awesome!! The cabin was great! The bed mattress was perfect for a great night sleep. We loved our visit and plan to return in a few months to enjoy summer time activities!

Campground is very Clean, Nice & quiet! Love the little pond behind our RV you see the coy & other fish swimming. Only downside is the hard water just change your filters more often.
