Wifi was useless. Cable didn't work texted staff no response. Grass was overgrown poorly maintained sites.

Great place for a weekend. The sites are a little close together for my liking but very nice. The amenities are good and plenty for all ages to do. The one drawback I have after 2 stays here is talking to the ladies in the store. They are not the friendliest. They are very abrupt and act as though they are being bothered. Not very welcoming.

This place has all the necessary components to become a great campground. Unfortunately, most of the amenities and activities are buried in weed patches and unusable. Grounds holistically overtaken by weeds and not manicured. Pool so dirty you can’t see the bottom. Worst premium sites I’ve stayed at so far in my 12yrs of camping. I was very disappointed. The store closed at 5:00pm. Ice cream quit being scooped at 4:00? One kitchen size scoop was $2.29! Didn’t know you had to bring your own tubes for the lazy river, corn hole bags for the corn hole at the pool area. Ping pong balls and paddles for the table at the pool area. The cabin was filthy. sand on the beds and floor, bathroom was disgusting.$50 for my own golf car

We appreciate your feedback, hours are posted online at at the office. Corn hole bags, paddles, life jackets and more are available in the office for free use for all of our campers. Tubes are available for purchase. We hope you travel safe.

Came here for the pool and other activities. Pool was closed regularly for maintenance and when open, it was so dirty I didn’t want to go in it anyway. The other kid activities were buried in weeds; heck, the entire campground is covered in knee high weeds! It was clear that weekend campers are viewed as a nuisance and very little attention is paid to make their stays welcome and enjoyable.

The staff (especially Lisa and Dan) was very helpful and friendly we really enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed the lakefront space that we had. The lazy River was a blast. There were some interesting local meat markets nearby the campground that had such a unique selection of bratwurst. Yum!

Not relaxing. Loud beach party on Friday night followed by an obnoxious golf cart parade Friday and Saturday night at 10pm. Small tight roads made it very uncomfortable waking to the pool with little kids as under aged golf cart drivers cruise through the park. We will not be returning to this KOA.

I loved the gazebo at our site! Everything was so clean and neat. The one complaint I have is the fireplace. It was awkwardly deep so someone with knee/back problems might struggle with it. The metal borders around the edge of the bricks were also not secure. It wasn’t a huge problem for us, just something to be aware of for people with physical challenges.

Most sites are seasonal so the back in sites available were very small. The bathrooms and shower houses were outdated and needed some improvements. We did get a free fireworks show from across the lake! The lake was beautiful!

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this campground and we will most likely not be back. We had a very rude lady when we called to make sure we had a golf cart. The folks checking us in were great! We were booked in a campsite with 3 friends around us. 1 of us was able to use our fire pit, the other 3 had fire pits underneath our camper awnings or too close to the camper and no room to move.

The campground has gone down hill. The grass has not been been mowed in forever. How do you get foot tall weeds? Was pretty the first time we stayed. You can tell maintenance is very laxed. The pool had soo much trash floating due to be broken. The seasonal people were rude.

We were there for the Angola Balloons Aloft. We love the campground, especially the pool and lazy river. The people in the office are always so nice and welcoming.

the pool kept breaking down and was closed several times during our stay (very disappointing). The weeds were HORRIBLE. In fact, we pulled quite a few at the pool and lazy river while we were floating around and it took them over a day to pick the dead weeds up. Bathrooms were very dirty.

No cell service and terrible wi-fi. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Disgusting bathrooms. Poor communication about events and not many events. Overall felt very expensive and not good value for the money spent.

Overall our stay was great and we loved all the things to do. The staff when checking in and out could have been a bit more friendly. The young ones seemed unsure of most things (mostly understandable). The older lady was however snarky and rude to most she was working with. If the customer service had been more welcoming I would have rated it 5 stars for sure.

600 total sites but 500 are long term stay or residents. Fix the online map to reflect this. CG is owned by corporate so staff are employees - that means they care less about conditions at the CG. Only one bathroom/shower for the campers? the other bathroom is deep in the "resident" area - it is bigger and cleaner. Our site was in a gravel pit infested with ants, no trees, constant road noise.

Great campground, a little pricy...which is probably due to being on a lake. We liked the place and will probably return the next time we are in the area. My only concern was that some trees need trimming in the full hook-up pull-through patio sites near the office; I had tree branches dragging on both sides of my American Coach when exiting our site which is a problem for me returning. mw

We camped at a “primitive” tent site which was very small and in a high traffic area (people were walking/biking through sites) and constant golf cart traffic blaring loud music which made it difficult for anyone to sleep before 11. All tent sites were on a hill leaving no good place for a tent to be pitched. There was no access to potable water at bathhouses for tent campers. We enjoyed the p

We stayed on your fishing canal. We enjoyed our site. My improvement suggestions. The inflatables, make sure that kids can climb on them. It tires you out when they are not blown up. And people need to not be standing in the lazy river. Frustrating when you can't enjoy such a great amenity!

We stayed in a cabin by the lake this year and were not disappointed. We love this KOA and it has been a new yearly family trip 5 years now. Campground is clean, everyone is friendly, and so much for the kiddos to do. Love it!

The cancel is so full of algae it makes me feel like it could cause illness just breathing the air near it. KOA is overpriced now and we may be looking at other campgrounds in the future for our annual trip to Angola, Indiana. After 10+ years coming at least once a year, next year probably will be the last. Holiday week is about $140.00 a day and that is excessive.

Bathrooms/Showers were were constantly dirty, only cleaned 1 time a day and then not checked again. One day out of the 5 we were there they were not cleaned at all. I called 3 times to ask to have them cleaned so I could shower, finally at 6 o'clock at night someone came and did the very bare minimum. Camp store was out of all but 3 flavors of ice cream and not at all prepared for the crowd.

The grounds were clean, the store was stocked, and the amenities were great. We loved the floatables in the lake and the jumping pillow best. I suggest to bring your own firewood if you live in state, as $9 a bundle is the highest price we have ever seen at a a campground.

Our 1st time here we had a really good time and we definitely would come back. Our cabin was made very we'll and out of really thick sturdy wood. The only thing I didn't like was all the walking we had to do in the heat. They have carts most people had rented but it was a bit expensive for us so we were stuck doing a lot of walking which the kids didn't like in the hot heat.The pool was refreshing

My family had a great time even though it was a little chaotic with it being a holiday weekend and rain multiple days. Only thing that we had issues with was our site had an ant infestation as well as a bees nest under our patio table. Also grass was pretty long overgrowing onto the sidewalk, could have cut closer to arrival.

The floating items in the lake were broken. The prices were very high and seem to be getting higher and the staff was extremely unfriendly !

Amenities were excellent. Customer service was poor, always a line at check in and store counter, two older women working the desk were very unfriendly both towards other staff and to guests.

Bathrooms were not great, but got there in the evening so after a long day, we were happy to have a place to rest. Tent camping meant cars driving into and out of facility shined light into tent often but the lazy river and pool were lots of fun (small but my teen and I had fun). BYO pool rings!!! Vegan restaurant in town was excellent

Very friendly people and a store with all kinds of unique items! The park is clean with many things to do for all ages. This is a large park! The lake is awesome!! The cabin was great! The bed mattress was perfect for a great night sleep. We loved our visit and plan to return in a few months to enjoy summer time activities!

Campground is very Clean, Nice & quiet! Love the little pond behind our RV you see the coy & other fish swimming. Only downside is the hard water just change your filters more often.
